Very big rooms, clean.
Wifi only in the lobby. Location pretty far away from the city. No shuttle bus to the metro! Employers once said there would be tomorrow one, next day nobody knew about a shuttle bus.
good hotel overall
location is too inconvenient
Ants in room, bedbugs, free shuttle bus is none existent, staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, toilet didn't flush, shower leaked all over bathroom, mini fridge can't go cold and contains warm water and you can't open your balcony door unless you get the handle from reception!
The service and friendliness of the hotel.
The room is very convenient.
No electric kettle readily available. Breakfast time is quite late for early riser and departing guests.
good to stay there
We had a fantastic stay, good food, comfortable room and very attentive staff.
A little out of town but not insurmountable, good public transport connections
The hotel is nice and clean. It is near to Ciampino airport.
It has not a good location. it is far from metro station. It is far very from flumicino airport, i needed to pay 50 euro to reach the hotel.
Large, comfy business - style hotel. Great free parking and an excellent, well-stocked breakfast buffet. Safe residential locality.
Coach tours seem to keep this place afloat, so evening restaurant can be chaotic - however, Rome does have some excellent restaurants!
All members of staff, dress smartly, spoke good English , and was very helpful. Loved every minute of our stay there , would highly recommend to anyone who asks
Would of been nice to make a coffee in the room
Big rooms, modern, pool, Breakfast
I was with a group and too many rooms had issues with the A/C to the point their rooms were unbearably hot on a day when it was not hot outside! Second visit to the hotel two years apart... starting to look like maintinance is been kept up
the staff were very unfriendly and it seemed like you were bothering them every time you asked a question. I,m from Ireland and in the hospitality industry here your supposed to be friendly and polite with paying customers. my parents worked in hotels in the 70,s and 80,s and they said if a lot of the staff had of behaved like that then they would have been fired.
Loved how large the rooms were and how quiet the hotel was.
Location very far from city center! Don't book if you're siteseeing. Uncomfortable beds.
Clean rooms every day, large and spacious rooms, good transportation to the Centre
Clean rooms. Good WiFi signal even on 4th level.
Breakfast wasn't that varied.
Staff flexible, helpful, knowledgeable, but sometimes fell down on detailed directions. Able to assist with off menu food requests. Pool open in bar area.
Location was fair and good for the price but the promised shuttle had been terminated and the hotel got overrun by tour groups who took over the restaurant staff's attention.
Bedrooms were spotless
Very little help given for alternative arrangements re transport when buses were on strike-just told shuttle bus which we used on previous visit was no longer in use
This hotel is good for company meeting n conference n not suitable for family with young children...no kettle are provided where difficult to us to hv a boil water for my baby milk...the hotel staffs quite friendly n helpful...tq
bed are good clean rooms very nice brekfast
quite far from downtown
Easy to reach Rome,free parking
Location for seeing the Appian Way. Swimming pool. Clean. Good value.
Not close to downtown Rome. Staff were pretty overworked.
Staff, Breakfast, Cleaning
Location is a little odd
Location, Cleanliness, Quality of sleep and rooms.
There is no sauna, spa or other relaxing departments in the facility, there is no toothpaste in rooms, safe case was out of order.
Low prices for good sized rooms. Clean, quiet, nice bathroom, efficient if sometimes busy reception staff. Shuttle to the local Metro reliable. Nice area, local supermarket nearby. Situated within 1k of the Via Appia - a fantastic way to walk to the city! Shuttle, bus and metro can be used to and from city, also train if you don't mind a 1k walk from the station.
Tired facilities - had to move room as fridge and safe did not work. Safe still did not work in the 2nd room - were offered to use hotel safe. Could not get hotel wifi to work. Travel to and from centre took time and energy - OK but would not like to do it for more than a week. Overall, the hotel was good value as it is budget-priced in line with its location and condition.
It was clean.
Customer service lacking. Easier almost two hours to have power in the room. No shuttle as confirmed a day earlier (hasn't been available over a week). No iron (were told the one iron was stolen). Asked to use two glasses and we're told they didn't have any!!! No fresh fruit for breakfast.
