Staff, Breakfast, Cleaning
Location is a little odd
Location, Cleanliness, Quality of sleep and rooms.
There is no sauna, spa or other relaxing departments in the facility, there is no toothpaste in rooms, safe case was out of order.
Size of bed and Room where great.
Staff in the dinning area were not so friendly.
Spacious rooms Shuttle bus to metro stations Walking distance to a bus stop Friendly and helpful staff
Fridge, lights, and airconditioning switch was broken.
Staff, room size, bedding facilities, bathroom, breakfast
far from the city, safety box, air condition, dirty pool
the hotel was lovely and clean all the staff were polite and freindly. The food in the Restaurant was the best tasting food we have ever had
there was nothing to dislike
big rooms,comfortable and quiet
to far away from the center but fine if own acar
Breakfast was only ok. Pool was a bit too cold.
Food, facilities and bedrooms were all good.
Arriving (and leaving) by hire car, it was very difficult to locate the hotel and to reach it via the maze of one way streets in this location. Italian driving habits don't make it any easier.
perfect location to visit rome. the hotel is located in a neighborhood so it's really calm. there are a lot of buses to go to the city center and the staff is really nice and helpful. the hotel is really clean !!
good price, clean, shuttle bus to metro, friendly staff
expensive taxi, cca 6km distance to Ciampino costs 31€
Everything. Friendly and helpful staff, speaking good English. Huge suite; which we were not expecting and was very cheap! Great facilities although we were only there for one night and so didn't have time to use the pool. We didn't eat there either, so can't comment on food, but prices looked reasonable. Secure free parking on site too which we didn't need to pre-arrange. Great hotel!
Our booking request for extra bed was missed by staff, though they did manage to get us two rooms on the same floor in the end. Price was good, but it was at a cost of convenience. Breakfast very good.
Pool wasn't that inviting, a bit murky. The staff in the restaurant were very offhand, and the food wasn't great. Shuttle to metro station is handy, but only if the times fit in with what you want to do. Last shuttle back was 1845, not late enough for us.
I could hear my snoring room neighbour... Thats the only fault... and air conditioning did not manage with hot July temperature...
Stayed at this hotel a few times,Excellent breakfast ,free pool towels, bar staff was so friendly .made you feel welcome that's why we used to stay here.
Must be different management now new Bar Staff, you even after pay €2 for each pool towel now, need to find a different hotel for next time sorry
Serviss and oll around
Location in quiet area, nearby rome (10. Nin by car) the staff were realy friendly specialy mr. Davide who realy was patient and helpful, he answered all our questions patiently and professionally. I like that there were so many grocery and ice cream shop around the hotel.
Really good location to watch Editors Rock in Roma
Staff were very unfriendly when we checked in. Made us feel second class.
nice big rooms, staff was ok
the air conditioning controls are locked so you have to call reception to turn it off .
Peacefull hotel, perfect after a busy noisy day in the city. Special shuttle service to metro Colli Albani but with public bus reachable. Good value for money!!
Little restaurants in the neoghbourhood (supermarket and pizzasnsckbars there are a few).
The hotel is too far from the city. The Maid broke our expensive champagne bottle and replaced it with cheap wine. The pool is for the whole neighborhood and not only for guests of the hotel. They charge 2 EUR rent for the pool towels.
Small but great swimmingpool. Perfect temperature and always clean. Quiet location as it is further away from centre. Easy to get around by public transport.
Beds are fairly hard but good. There are no restaurants or cafes near the hotel, for me and my mother it was easy enough to have dinner in Collie Albanie or head back in the evening for dinner in the centre of Rome, but I can imagine it is a bit harder for elderly people or people with young kids.
big, air conditioned hotel, not too far from the centre, free parking, pool.
boring neighbourhood, not so close to the centre, small pool, the internet was rubbish. (maybe because the hotel was packed?)
The hotel is far from the city center. It served perfectly for our visit but if you are planning to stay in this hotel to visit Rome, please bear in mind that it is distant from the most touristic places. Comfort, cleanliness, spacious room/bed, abundant breakfast.
All was good.
Pool Shuttle service
Staff were not very good at making us feel welcome and finding out how our stay had been. Kept up all night on the first night due to people running up and down the corridors. Expensive for what you get.
