É muito confortável, novo e limpo. O autocarro devia fazer mais viagens. Fica longe do metro. O hotel tem 235 quartos e um autocarro de 35 lugares que apenas parte de hora a hora e, durante a noite, só faz duas viagens do centro da cidade para o hotel. Toda a gente se empurra para entrar, inacreditável.... a maioria fica a pé. O hotel fica longe do centro. O transporte grátis para o aeroporto não é verdade, apenas para o aeroporto Ciampino. |

It was a very nice hotel. The description on the website said that they had complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. Unfortunately, it failed to mention it was not to the main airport. It also forgot to mention that the shuttle to that airport was only twice a day. The one closest to our flight was 7:15 p.m. We landed around 11:15 p.m. The taxis to and from the airports cost us 90 Euros (approx. $135 US). |

Located in a quiet suburb, just a short drive from Ciampino airport, the hotel provides an efficient shuttle service to the local metro station and a late-night service from the centre of Rome. The hotel provided a double, rather than the twin room we reserved. |

The hotel looks really good and new. It's very clean. The breakfast are tasty and fresh. It's far from the city center. The stuff is not so friendly and helpful |

Room comfort. Windows could not be opened (no handel!). Inappropriate shuttle service (E.G. in the morning, first shuttle to Ciampino at 11:00!). |

Nice airy light hotel with good pool. Very difficult to find. Air Con only worked when your key inserted, therefore often very hot when returning to room. Hotel were not aware of our request for a childs bed to be added to the room even though it was in our paperwork, resulting in a long wait for a third bed!!! |

The hotel was beautiful There was a horrible noise like the foghorn of a ship going off every few minutes. We asked at the reception if someone would come up and take a look. After no one arrived we asked for a new room. They were not very helpful or friendly. We were moved at 11.30 pm. Next room had similar but not as loud noise. We didnt complain as we felt there was no point. Sleepless night! |

The staff at the front desk were very courteous. We had a room with a very noisy air conditioner and the room was changed with no problems. It was very difficult to find, even with our gps. |

Its a bit far from the City center, but close to the airport. The hotel shuttle is a little limited but nice. |

of course visited Roma, virtually each evening we ate dinner at the hotel, the only set-back was that the service at dinner was very very slow... Dinner service - we made a decision to eat out one evening so that we knew we would not be eating too late before going to bed... |
