Rooms are very large and comfortable. Each room had a seperate living room and entrance hall. Breakfast was very varied.

The staff are not well informed about what's happening. For instance, they did not know which ski slopes were open and which were closed and they couldn't suggest a place to go for a day trip.

When we opened up the door to our room we were shocked by its size. It's nearly double the size of what you expect in a 3-star at a comparable price. The bed was awesome and comfortable so our sleep was amazing. There were 3 chairs that flipped out into beds and they were perfect for some extra kids or even adults. The common area was warm and cozy with lots of chairs and couches. Breakfast was exemplary and the waiters there were very polite and happy to help. They all spoke pretty good English.

The parking was a little pricey- 20 Euro per day but it was cheaper than parking out front in the common city area. I would expect some sort of pool/spa/sauna/hot tub/ wellness center for a 4-star. Also, some people might not like not having wifi in their rooms (it was down in the common area). However, I strongly believe that on a vacation in a place like Cortina d' Ampezzo, you need to unplug.

Hotel maravilhoso, excelente localização, atendimento, tudo! Ficamos somente 3 dias mas fomos muuuito bem atendidas e o quarto era super aconchegante e bem arrumadinho, não tenho do que reclamar.... Custo/benefício 100% Per me è stata la meglio scelta che ho fatto quando ho deciso di viaggiare per Cortina, è un albergo meraviglioso in tutto, mi ha piacciuto proprio!

Quase nada, somente a localizacão e o quarto era confortavel

Houve muita coisa que não gostei. Primeiro havia pago o apartamento mais caro com vista para as montanhas e me deram um apartamento com vista para os telhados das casas, tive que brigar para trocarem para um apartamento com uma vista um pouco melhor. O atendimento é péssimo, os funcionarios são todos mal humorados. O banheiro é minusculo, isto porque estavo na suite superior, imagina a outra. O preco da diaria altissimo, ou seja , não recomendo ninguem a ficar neste hotel. A informacão que tem no site do hotel não é a mesma que voce encontra quando chega lá. A 10 anos uso o Booking para fazer reserva e foi na primeira vez que isso me aconteceu, comprei uma coisa e recebi outra

Sin duda su ubicación es destacable, frente a la terminal de buses, al centro de ski (cable carril). Y a la calle mas linda de Cortina, donde estan las mejores tiendas y bares. El hotel es amplio, cuenta con guardaesquies y el desayuno es correcto.

Las habitaciones son un poco rústicas y poco equipadas para ser un 4 estrellas. Es un 3 estrellas correcto. El personal de recepción no esta bien capacitado para atender turismo internacional, no hablan español y son un poco inexpertos.

Solo la posizione mi ha particolarmente colpito

La zona comune non ha quasi nessun intrattenimento, non c'è la tv satellitare e manca il wellness

La situation geographique.

J'ai reservé deux nuits mais je me suis trompé sur internet d'une journée. L'hotel n'a fait aucun geste commerciale et m'a fais payer 3 nuitées alors que j'en ai passé deux. Meme si l'erreur de date est de ma faute, j'estime comme l'hotel n'etait pas rempli,qu'ils aurait au minimum pu faire un geste sur le prix de la chambre etant donné qu'il n'y a pas eu de menage ni de petit dejeuné. Mais non... Rien... Et j'ai été très déçu...

Slechte keuken, oude afgeschreven meubelen, kamers te klein, lawaaierige verwarming/airco maakte ons snachts wakker, geen spa, sauna of zwembad -bij een 4x hotel verwacht je dit toch, ontbijt was erg slecht en beperkt; oa fruit uit blik en als je om een verse sinasappelsap vroeg dan moest je daar €6,- voor betalen, kinderclub was een kale kille kamer met alleen een tv en een paar stiften verder niets. Op een uitzondering na was het hotelpersoneel onbeschoft en niet vriendelijk of had geen kennis van zaken. Bij navraag bleek ook dat dit geen italianen waren maar mensen uit het oostblok. Waar komen die 4 sterren vandaan voor dit hotel en wie geeft zulke idioot goede beroordelingen op uw website? Het was een grote teleurstelling voor ons. Later bleek dat dit hotel aan timesharing doet en de verschillende eigenaren kunnen dus goede referenties op het internet plaatsen. Voor €530,- per nacht bb mag je toch meer verwachten.
