Domina Inn Malpensa - Milano

Location. Close to Malpensa airport. Shuttle service. Great continental breakfast. The personnel did their best to meet my needs.

Very poor air conditioning system. I had to change the room three times because it was too hot. The refrigerator in my first room was not working and I could not get an internet connection. But the personnel was very willing and helpful. They moved me to another room and allowed me the use the internet for free in the lobby.

Easy to find,clean,helpful reception,good food offer. A good airport stop-over.

Beds were much too hard.One of the bedside lights broken and tripped the electric.

Everything was really clean, the staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety.

We loved this hotel... the staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. The only downside was there was no pool or gym, but everything the hotel had was great. We needed to go get some diapers and the supermarket and the airport shuttle driver took my husband over there, waited for him to get the diapers, and drove him back. This really was above and beyond service.

Complimentary transfers to and from the Milpanesa airport. Courteous staff.

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff and facilities are excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel would be hard to beat in any hotel at any price. For example the white duvet covers are new to each customer- so different to the bed covers we have all experienced with a long history before cleaning. The restaurant floor was so clean it was like a mirror and the food excellent

the free shuttle was a real pluse and on time. the room was clean and smoke-free as well as having an updated bathroom. while the dining room is stark, brightly lit, with above average prices, the food and wine and service was high quality.

It was a higher quality of room than expected. The staff answered every question we had and were more than helpful.

This is minor, but we had hoped for a light dinner at the Bar instead of the restaurant, but even though one waitress came over to us, nothing on the bar menu was available to us. We then had to go to the main restaurant which didn't have light fare.

location near airport - shuttle I would recommend this hotel as long as I told my friends the windows don't open and the heater/air is fully controlled by the desk- kind of a drag. Very stuffy in the room

did not like the fact the windows did not open to receive fresh air. Also, the air conditioner was turned off, and the heat was locked on. Had to contact the front desk to turn off. We were told our room was turned off, but it was not.
