The room is big, and have all facilities. Free shuttle bus service from Malpensa airport to the hotel is good. The breakfast is OK. |

Rooms were very clean and tasteful. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast and free shuttle to airport. This was excellent place to rest up between flights. The main dinner option was quite expensive. Alternative places to eat were not within walking distance for tired and/or elderly travelers. |

great hotel if going up to the lakes. close to malpensa airport, although you cant really hear the planes at any time. Shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic. very short wait when we arrived. good food for breakfast. Very clean and tidy hotel and friendly staff. Would stay here again anytime |

Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very large. Bed rather hard. a little mold in corner of shower, but overall the room was very clean. |

Good transfer to and from the Malpensa airport. Breakfast very early served what is good when you need to travel early in the morning. Poor service for dinner, they dont have several wines that we are look for, mini bar was empty, location nothing to see, sleep over and go. |

The hotel is really well located, very close to Malpensa Airport, about 10' by car. You can use the free shuttle provided by the hotel to reach the apt. Somma Lombardo is nice, there's a beautiful castle downtown and some very nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is in very good conditions, the room was really nice and confortable. The buffet breakfast was quite good. |

Nice to park, OK to find with a GPS. Good breakfast. The special pre-paid offer was a good opportunity to save some money. Confortable bed Receptionist in the evening a bit cold. Rooms need to be renovated even if still acceptable. No bathtuub in the bathroom |

Excellent desk staff that checked us in. Very eager to help. The gentleman who checked us out in the morning, however, lacked personality and concern. Absolutely no circulation in the room. We called to inquire and were told that the system is controlled from the front desk. After our second call, they said they "unlocked" our system and we could control it. There was no change despite lowering the temperature several degrees. It was very uncomfortable sleeping forcing us to open the window. The sounds of cars and trucks going by and people smoking outside below made it very difficult to stay asleep. In addition, the shower had a fair amount of mildew. |

24Hr service, nice breakfast, good location near malpensa airport, shutle service (too bad that there's no shutle during night-time). Shutle service does not work during the night. We landed at 1:00 am, and had to take a taxi that cost 30 euro; the shower stall was broken; and during the night it was very cold. We couldn't change the temperature of the air conditioning and there was no extre blankets. |

Staff is really nice and attentive. A nice breakfast. The hotel's resturant does not work on Wednesday.You must have a car to drive to a near by resturant. |

near to the airport, comfortable and convinient for a night, without entering the city. The service on breakfast + the food was so and so. it took a long time till empty plates (there where lots of them) refilled. and wwe had to ask twice. |
