Очень приветливый отзывчивый персонал. Наш номер был очень большим с огромной террасой. Каждый день отличная уборка и смена постельного белья. На мини-кухне вся необходимая кухонная утварь в наличии. За весь период пребывания (8 дней) отсутствовал интернет. При этом обещали на рецепции, что мол уже завтра точно будет. Однако, интернета так и не было. Следует иметь ввиду, что в Корваре (может во всей Италии) не так просто зайти в соседний ресторан и попользоваться интернетом. Требуется персонализация трудно выполнимая с предъявлением пасспорта и т.д. и т.п. Это в целях предупреждения терроризма. Администрация принесла извинения за отсутствие wi-fi в виде огромного шоколадного яйца. Мелочь, но приятно.

Ottima cucina e personale ai tavoli, posizionamento ottimo rispetto alle piste di sci, camere spaziose e pulite, panoramicità, silenziosità. Personale alla reception non molto gentile, armadietti portasci indecenti, canali televisivi scarsi

Urcite prijemny personal, cistota tiez v poriadku..male parkovisko a ak je plne, tak ostatni platia..4* hotel by mal mat welnes resp. bazen, sauna je malo..ranajky velmi slabe, stale to iste a ziadna zelenina..celkovo by som dal 3*, potom by clovek tolko neocakaval..

La colazione era buona, abbondante ed il caffè ottimo. Perfetti I camerieri e grande cortesia in generale. Non ci avevano detto che saremmo stati in una dependance separata dal corpo principale dell'hotel. La mobilia della camera esterna dove abbiamo soggiornato è vecchia e triste (tende e coperte di colori marroncini e motivi floreali di dubbio gusto, moquette vecchia e di brutto colore) e il posto letto ricavato dal divano letto non era certo confortevole. A parte questo, vista l'estrema cortesia dello staff e la grande pulizia della camera e del bagno (non c'era un pelo) non posso muovere molte altre critiche.

Servizi impeccabili contrariamente a quello scritto in qualche recensione pulizia e colazione ottime, l'unica cosa che andrebbe aggiunta perchè manca è l area welness con piscina coperta a quel punto si potrebbe affermare che non manca nulla.

Mancanza di porte insonorizzate. Alle 24 persiste lo schiamazzo di bambini nei corridoi. I genitori e lo stesso staff dell'hotel non dovrebbero insegnare rispetto e regole! Pagare la stanza € 146 x una notte (non poco x il tipo di stanza) e vedersi accreditare € 14 x il parcheggio e' davvero ridicolo!
