View from Hotel Room Balcony / Overall presentation of Hotel Bar not open after 10pm (Room Folder states 11pm) - No amenities nearby (not helpful to late arrivals). Staff not forthcoming with information - Slightly rude. Too far from Train Station with luggage (20 minute walk/no pavements) |

staff friendly and helpful. hotel very quiet during our visit. not many people staying. our room & breakfast was upgraded for no charge. room was luxurious & clean but still had no hot water in the shower even after requesting it which is a basic requirement. no hot water for shower in the evening. after complaining still no hot water for morning. remote location without a car. charged for telephone calls which had been paid for in cash the night before. |

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is located in scenic landscape. The hotel was approximately 1 km from the train station (not 400m) and they did not inform us of all our options of getting to Marino. Further, the lack of hotel staff to order a drink was a bit annoying. |

Very comfortable, though bedroom rather small. Impressive situation, more for business and wedding activities than for a private stay. Convenient to the airport. |

Beautiful patio with fountains and lighting made the arrival at this modern hotel impressive. Helpful receptionist. Very spacious room with a lovely view over the forecourt/gardens and landscape with Rome in the distance. First morning the dining room looked like it was after the night before - wine stains on all the table cloths and things out of order. The next morning things had been sorted out. Out of town so access limited for those without a car . Although a buffet breakfast it could be improved. |

hotel was picture perfect, although no facilities ie no proper bar/ lounge area, nowhere / nothing for relaxation.shuttle service is supplied, but at quite a price. breakfast - not much choice, other people having access to your room key and people trying to get in your room @ 6.30am |

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very well kept with lots of luxury features like marmole floors and art on walls and hallways. Expensive restaurant and room service |

Some of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. The air-conditioning is rationed (stopped during the day and middle of the night) and there are no fans, so the room was stuffy and hot in the summer heat. No clothes iron provided. The local taxi service is a total rip-off - charging exorbitant fares for short trips. Not a place to stay if you don't have a car. |

The decor was lovely. We stayed in a 4 bed deluxe room and had a good nights sleep. As it was August the hotel was underoccupied and very relaxed. The reception staff speak very good english and were able to help direct us to the hotel over the telephone when we were struggling to find it. We had problems finding the hotel using AA Routeplanner and arrived after 10pm. The restaurant was closed and there was no room service. There is no where close by to walk to to get food. |

basically this is a nice hotel. However, it is more than unusual that the air conditioning centrally is switched off before 8pm and after 0:30 am at well above 30 °C outside temperature. This means awful nights! And this is not at all a 4 star standard. Although we reported this issue several times to the front desk the situation was not changed. |

It was truly a 4 star hotel in the suburb of Rome with a train line linking it to the center of Rome. |

Clean hotel, very good breakfast buffet, lots of space to sit around during the day and relax outside. Staff seemed to lack any desire for customer service - no printed information about anything locally apart from some bus/train times, no local knowledge or info from the staff, poor response to maintenance issue raised with room. Air conditioning is not 24 hours, goes off during night so it becomes very hot and I found difficult to sleep. You need a car if you stay at this hotel, as it's in the middle of nowhere and the bus and train connections are poor/sporadic, and taxi's are horrendously expensive. If you have young kids be warned there is nothing to do here (hotel and area) at all! |

Convenient for Ciampino airport. Beautiful location. Stay one night only so too short to comment on hotel itself. Breakfast OK but mediocre. Staff helpful to me but others staying at the same time had a less happy experience - depended who was on the desk. |
