Hotel only 2 years old so it's in very good condition, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. No swimming pool so for family that's a no no. Very remote location but train station is a 15 min walk so you would want your walking shoes! No swimming pool, no facilities for teenagers, restaurant was closed to residents because of wedding so we had to walk to nearest restaurant for food some 10 mins walk away. |

Rooms are nice Bad breakfast, horrible coffee, cold (freezing) showers, too far from Ciampino and extremely far from Rome. |

The rooms were kept clean The hotel would turn off the AC in the night and even after complaining would not turn it on. The restaurant closes at 10PM and there is no other restaurant close by. They do not provide any shuttle to the train station |

The room and the views The breakfast was more like afternoon tea and when we had the evening meal we were told we could not have wine glasses but people on the next table had them as they had paid a supplement. I was given the wrong meal and had to wait over 5 minutes for cutlery as the waiter said he was busy |

The hotel staff were very friendly, knew english and helped us every way. The AC was not on in our room but we had reached the hotel very late in the night so it was understandable. |

The hotel was spacious and obviously very new. 1. We were given a disabled room even though we weren't disabled - the shower was a wet room which is fine if it is well designed but the floor slope was poorly engineered and water went everywhere. 2. When we arrived the hotel manager was very unfriendly and just ignored us for several minutes while he sat at his computer. He could see I was cross - perhaps thats why he gave us the disabled... |

Beautiful location, with distant views of Rome (and sunsets) from large terrace/garden, but could be inconvenient without a car (plenty of parking space available). Lovely bedroom - big, airy, comfortable, clean, with views. Pleasant dining room, also with views; decent evening meal. A little difficult to find, after leaving main road. Dining room was unexpectedly closed when we arrived (Sunday ev'g). Breakfast definitely not a strong point - 'fruit juice' had not been near many fruit trees . . . Water in bathroom took 10 mins to run hot in evening; no hot at all in A.M. - apparently a known and ongoing problem. |

It was fantastic value for money. High quality and the night time view from our room over Rome was spectacular. We used the Hotel for our last night before departing from Rome Ciampino Airport (we had driven down for a 4 night break on the Amalfi Coast) - this was a real treat before our flight home. It was quite hard to find from the directions we had. What was desrcribed as the 'Tourist Menu' @ 19 Euro was an ok 3 course evening meal. Tourist sounded a bit patronsiing. We went for this because the other choices would have ended up at over 35 E each. Not many other people were eating. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the beautiful setting looking down from the Marino hillside to Rome. The rooms are stylishly appointed. The dinner menu was not extensive but the food was good. The breakfast - no fresh fruit or Bel Paese cheese and the bread was really not good. |

The hotel is beautiful. Clean and comfortable. I felt very safe there. Breakfast was typical european style which my family finds delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The train station is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel and pretty easy to find when pointed in the right direction by the staff. Then just a brief train ride into Rome. |

nice large rooms, beautiful terrace, clean, free parking, close to rome although you need a car, close to ciampino but no noise at all from it, close to lake and good restaurants nearby in castel gandolfo. breakfast was not too much choice and we had to ask for more bread, cheese, yoghurt all the time, it takes about 5-10 minutes before warm water came out of the shower. Although the people were friendly they couldn't fix it. Beside these inconveniences the hotel is good value for money. |

Very clean and new...beautiful facility and comfortable room. The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport...you have to pay for a driver that the hotel sends for you....at least 20 euro. |

Very clean, polite staff Heating went off in the afternoon and it was freezing, and I had to have a very cold shower. It seemed to kick in about 3.30pm and warm up quite quickly. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, with real fruit juice and a bit more variety on cold meats etc |

The staff at the Hotel were very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my car and they got someone to look at it for me. You need a car really to stay here, and my GPS system was a great help in finding everything. There was no internet access, which was disappointing. The breakfast is simple but for the price it was ok. There is humming from the main lights but we just used the bedside lights. |
