Location convenient if hard to find. Staff were friendly, helpful and the service was excellent. One glass was supplied in the bathroom tho' we were two people - and it had a cherry stone stuck to the bottom! The rooms are small but comfy, you are very close to the reception desk and if people arrive late or are talking at midnight, you will know! |

Good location, cheap minibar, helpful staff not 100% professional but not a bad experience. Hopeless to find the hotel, a name on the door would help a lot, even taxi drivers dont know how to find the place. Breakfast is served in room and not that great. |

Primairy services were good: bed, toilet, shower, inroom breakfast (wich was poor, but Italy's breakfast is poor). Location in city centre! Hotel is hard to find, it's like an apartment in a building with a tiny name tag on the front door. Also the pillows were awfull. And the value for money (expencive hotel) was not that great. But you are in the city centre. |

The place is in a very convenient location, reception is staffed 24/7, the rooms are quite nice (pretty wooden ceiling). First off, it's incredibly hard to find. The hotel doesn't even have a sign!!! It's as if you are entering a (very run-down) building and visiting a friend. The only indication is a small name tag next to one of the door bells on the black and grafitti sprayed building. |

Very well located It is practically a hostel, not a hotel - Walls thin as paper. Could hear and be heard. Kept people awake late night and people woke us up early morning. - very bad presentation. We almost came back from the doorsteps - Small room barely fit us and luggages - Impossible to find. Kind of clandestine, without street sign. |

The welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative staff. The location was excellent, well within reach of most of the places we wanted to visit. We were disappointed that there was no dining room and by the lack of an international breakfast. The room walls were thin so we were disturbed every night by the noise of other guests. These factors meant that we felt the hotel was overpriced. |

Very nice and helpful staff. Good localization in the heart of the old city. Hard to find, because there is no sign at the door. Rooms are very small so You wonder, where to open Your bags. |

Centrally located, good service, clean. Near major attractions. Be careful about personal belongings. Difficult to locate. Exterior is shabby. Located on 2nd and 3rd floor of old building. Will have to definitely seek directions even while standing outside the entrance. Look for number 38. |

The room was small and clean, just perfect for two people. A wonderful place to relax after long days of walking in Rome. You can't beat the location of this hotel for the price! It's awesome. A five minute walk to Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to the Pantheon, 25 minutes to the Colusseum and Vatican. As previous reviewers have stated, the stairwell leading up to reception is dirty. Before leaving, print a map of where this hotel is located! If walking, use the street Via Arenula as a landmark. Google maps is very helpful; it provides a "street view." The hotel is difficult to find, but with some good pre-planning you should be okay. Be advised, there is no sign, but the restaurant below the hotel is called Osteria Romania (excellent food, by the way). |

Great location, just a few streets from Campo di Fiori and also Argentina. A short work over the bridge to Trastevere. A nice, simple breakfast served in the room. Nice decor also. Very, very small. The reception desk is spitting distance from all of the rooms, so though you walk by, smile and close the door there isn't much of a feeling of privacy. You can here the phone ringing and their conversations, so presumably they can here everything you're doing too. |

comfortable, with helpful staff Cannot understand why they don't have a hotel sign. Entrance and ground foyer entirely uninviting. |

I really recommend the hotel transfer as this hotel would definitely be a challenge to find on your own. Room was great, really clean and very comfortable bed. The staff were great and breakfast in your room (at a time of your choice) was lovely. Its a no frills hotel in an amazing location with great staff and clean comfortable beds-believe me you will not be in it much anyway! |

The location in Rome cannot be beat. We were able to walk to everything and everywhere from its central location. It was an incredible value for the dollar. There were a few annoying things about the hotel but way less than we expected. It really is an unbelivable value for the money. |

the location was good for places to eat, drink, shop and sight seeing. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast brought to the room. The room was too small, with just enough room to walk round the bed. |

Very welcoming and helpful personnel Very central location when we gained familiarity with immediate location in network of narrow streets. Inadequate identification on building and no intimation that it started two floors up an internal stairway. |
