good value for money, central location, no need of public transport within the city centre, rooms were nice, newly decorated and furnished very hard to find (even with a map), a receptionist wanted to give us a room without a window, after a while he 'found' another room with a proper window, room was much smaller, with tiny bathroom, but it was clean, shower was in little worse condition but I cannot say it was dirty. Breakfast served in the room, but it was poor. Not enough for adult - but what do you want for so little money? :) |

The location is fabulous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller with no drain in the room despite having no door on the shower. |

We liked the location very much, it was near the centre of the old town, with most historic sightseeings in near distance. We appreciated the cleaning almost every day. The wireless internet was not working properly, and we had to change the triple room after a few days for this reason. Moreover, the triple room was quite small for 3 adults and the wardrobe was removed to put the additional bed. Morover, the bathroom was in bad condition, without any window in it. The staircase of the hotel (so many steps..) should be cleaned and not be in such a dirty, too. In the end, the entrance of the hotel is very poor, and it was a shock to see it after a long trip. |

Only good think was a good staff I did not like the crummy room, very bad bathroom, walls with no sound proof so I woke up as someone went to bathroom in the neighboring bathroom, and dirty entrance and dirty staircase. |

the "breakfast" was a pre packaged crouton and tang. I think there are prisoners eating better than that. |

We found the staff to be very friendly and cooperative. First, it was very difficult to locate, in an out-of-the way side street with poor signage. The hotel lobby was on the third floor of a walk-up without an elevator. We had to leave because the stairs were a huge problem for one of the group. We stayed for two nights and advised we would have to leave but the hotel insisted on charging fees for our remaining reservation. |

I liked the fact that breakfast was brought to the room at the time requested. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a bad odor - there was little ventilation and for some reason it smelled like a sewer. We had to keep the bathroom door closed when not in use. |

Where it was situated was good for Campo di Fiori and for bus and train connections for getting about and walking distance for most of places of interest. It is not a hotel it is room and minute bathroom. We had about 60 steps up from ground floor Breakfast is brought to your room on a tray and is very poor the only good thing about it is the coffee. Had we known that it was room only and so many stairs would definitely not have booked as I suffer with a back problem and our son is partially disabled. |

I really like the location of the hotel and the staff was very helpful. The beds were a little hard, but I found that at more than one location in Europe. |

location is very good, close to river, in centro historico, within walking distance of the vatican city and the palatino the bed was 2 single beds pushed together - i would have liked a double bed. the breakfast juice and bread both were too sweet. |

Fantastic location close to all popular siteseeing(++). Charming, historical roman neighbourhood, you feel and taste Rome. Accomodation is simple but very clean and exactly as photos indicate. Best value for money and real Rome experience. I would absolutely, definately stay again next time. Breakfast is simple but ok and delivered to your room. Free WIFI is a great bonus(++). . |

The hotel was centrally located in the city and a short walk from major tourist attractions, but in a quiet area. The room was modern and clean with a good shower and had air-conditioning. The staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel only occupied part of the building it was in - the rest of the building was used by others, e.g private flats, etc, therefore the communal areas were not up to the same standard as the hotel bedrooms. Also, possibly due to this reason, there was no breakfast room. Breakfast had to be delivered to your room at an agreed time. The breakfast was very basic - drinks and 1 croissant. |
