The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. The rooms were really clean, and nice decor. Very comfortable sleeping. The breakfast was a nice perk. Better labeling to help find the location... The buzzer on the door needs to be more clearly marked. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellant location for Historic town. Clean room. Value for money. Not a hotel for older visitors: No mention of the fact that the hotel is up five flights of stairs with no lift. Would not recommend it to my parents for this reason, but would recomment it to youger visitors for location. No English speaking tv channel. Can be noisy as rooms are directly off the tiny reception area, so you can here every conversation at the desk. Very hard to find. No Irons! |

the extremely friendly staff, the bubblebath , the location is superb and the shutlle service to Fiumicino was very quick a strange smell in the bathroom at first but the problem was solved quickly |

1º - The hotel had a overbooking, so they had to for another hotel for our first night, it took hours and the hotel they've found was far from touristics points. 2º - The bathroom smelled sewerage all the time, we were almost not able to sleep. We had to let the window open because of the smell, and got a cold!!! |

The location of the hotel was perfect, very central to all city attractions It was very difficult to find the hotel at first, some plaque on the wall would help. Rooms were a bit small but ideal for a short break. Breakfast was only available in the room with little room for two people to have breakfast at tables/shelves provided. |

the hotel was in a great central location, and the female receiptionist was extremely friendly and helpful with arranging transportation to and from several locations, was also nice having breakfast served in your bedroom if coming from the airport i would recommend getting the driving pick up service otherwise the hotel would be pretty hard to find |

Position of hotel was very good, near all sights. The rooms was very clean, breakfast ample. Our room was very small with no wardrobe just 4 hangers. We found this hotel very difficult to find, we only found it because I saw the resturant sign below the hotel. |

The staff is very friendly and you can tell it is fairly newer or remolded, the rooms are very nice. It is very hard to find! It is inside a building on the second floor and the name plate for it is very small. The look of it is also very deceiving until you walk in and see how nice the actual hotels is. Also, it is very small, but if you are just staying a few days and want an excellent location, then this place is great! |
