Location, location and location! Close to train station and walkable to down town, plenty restaurant around! Ac not working in the room! Luckily its not summer yet you can open the window, however the noise from the street can wake you whole night!

super helpful staff and the location really is superb. It is super close to the train station and the St Lorenzo Basilica as well as the Duomo. Highly recommended!

Very handy to the train station and info centre, so great for quick connections. Friendly service, and a good level of English (helpful when you only know a smattering of Italian!) Walls a bit thin between rooms, but that is often the case in hotels!

Su ubicacion, esta en la zona turistica y muy cercano a la estacion de tren. Que la habitaciones con vista a la calle no contienen el ruido y por las noches no dejan dormir los rumanos o hungaros que se la pasan peleando por ahi ya borrachos y el frio a mi no me srvio bien la calefaccion y nos moriamos de frio.

La posizione centrale e la gentilezza del personale........ La colazione discreta..... La doccia era difettosa...la cornetta si staccava dal cavo e l'acqua schizzava da piu' parti.....la televisione , che sulla prenotazione risultava tv satellitare permetteva di vedere solamente I primi 3 canali rai e qualche altra stazione locale.......

Proximité du centre historique de la ville Ancien palais qui mériterait que les chambres soient mieux agencées et mieux meublées. Les cloisons étant peu épaisses, le bruit des voisins est très présent !

Ottimo soggiorno in questo albergo! Le foto non rendono affatto! Stanza pulitissima, grande, e bagno molto carino!! Lo staff era davvero gentilissimo, soprattutto Emanuela della reception! Ritornerei assolutamente in questo albergo! Direi di no.. Sono rimasta contentissima!

Nos atendieron muy amablemente todo el personal del hotel. Nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de lugares solicitados. Estando en el hotel pedimos extender nuestra estadia por una noche, reservamos una habitación de menor costo y sin embargo nos dejaron quedarnos en la que estábamos la cual era de mayor categoria. En algunos horarios el agua de la ducha no sale muy caliente. El horario de desayuno es hasta las 9.30.

Hotel con buon rapportto qualità/prezzo (considerndo che si trova a Firenze), pulito, ben tenuto, colazione discreta, personale gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo essendo vicinissmo alla stazione e al centro storico.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, soprattutto per chi arriva in treno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Un po' di schiamazzi notturni provenienti dalla piazza sottostante (ma era un sabato sera...) e ambulanze in sirena che partono dal vicino ospedale. Colazione non pantagruelica ma comunque accettabile.

отель расположен в трех минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала Firenze snm. до Duomo пешком идти минут 10. отель в старинном здание и внутри, соответственно, исторический интерьер, что придает некоторую атмосферу проживанию и готовит к знакомству с городом. есть wi fi (пароль указан на информационном листке в номере). в номере есть мини бар и кондиционер. очень неудобные подушки - слишком тонкие и мягкие. завтрак традиционно по итальянски скромный: соки, йогурт, булочки, колбасная нарезка, джемы, фрукты, кофе/чай.
