Spacious and beatiful room in a characterful building. Walking distance to choice of bars and restaurants and very convenient for several major sites. Amazing value. Huge car park.

Corridors a bit noisy though the school groups staying at the same time were well under control.

Could retain more of its history with history descriptions, items on display, etc.

Reception staff were friendly and spoke english. We appreciated being provided a superious room on the ground floor not far from the main entrance -- very convienient. The rooms were very nice and a good value. We also thought the restaurant was particularly good and provided good value meals. The waiter at the restaurant was very nice to us and provided excellent service. The breakfast was typical, no more, no less. The location is great for visiting civita and other hill towns - and Viterbo itself is very much underated. An interesting town in itself with good restaurants and shopping.

Loved the pomegranate tree at the entrance. The feeling in the halls and tooms was rather like a hospital with 12 foot ceilings. Rooms are spartan but very clean. Very firm bed, prompt wake-up call. Got good directions back to Fiumicino Airport from the guy at the desk as we had a morning flight. We found this great little restaurant a five minute walk from the hotel. We were the only Americans there - all the rest locals who knew where to go for a delicious dinner.

It was hard to find. Signage was very poor. Our gps told us we had reached our destination about 3 blocks before the driveway to the hotel. Also, the name of the hotel is Albergo Domus La Quercia. It is part of the Ora hotel chain. Having the right name would have helped. Could not get WiFi reception in our rooms or lobby, had to go down a long hallway and then upstairs to a wide hallway area with bad lighting.

The court yard where we ate breakfast. The simplicity. The tables & chairs set up in the parking lot.

It was difficult to find. It is not really in the city Viterbo but in a suburb. You should give more details when you promo the hotel. Also the signs are hidden and difficult to see from the road. The service is terrible. No welcoming, no help with the luggage. No goodwill to answer any question. Not recommendable for foreigners.

Bathroom shower looked dated. Hotel very empty - restaurant had limited selection - probably based on traffic.

Excellent hotel. Value for money and amazing staff. Breakfast was great. Anyone going to Italy must stay there :)

Struttura molto particolare e suggestiva. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione deliziosa ed abbondante. Posizione comodissima al centro di Viterbo ed alle statali.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 3 notti in soluzione B&B e non "posso" lamentarmi di nulla. Grazie ancora a tutto il personale.

La colazione a buffet... O dovrei dire abbuffè? :-P Il grande parcheggio proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel, il fatto che fosse un po' decentrato rispetto alla città di Viterbo. E' molto suggestivo perché è un ex convento del '400. I soffitti sono molto alti, ha un bel chiostro. Nel complesso, un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare per una o due notti. Cordiale e servizievole lo staff alla reception. Mi hanno addirittura chiamato poco dopo aver prenotato su Booking.com, per avere da me la conferma di persona della prenotazione: un gesto di cortesia che ho gradito e ha contribuito a creare un legame ancor prima di aver messo piede nell'albergo.

Andrebbe ristrutturato un po', c'erano dei buchi rattoppati sia nella porta della stanza che nella porta che dalla stanza dava al bagno, il soffitto è un po' macchiato, mancava o era rattoppata qualche stecca delle persiane, c'erano poche prese elettriche, ma insomma, sono piccoli dettagli! Cose che guarda chi vuol trovare il pelo nell'uovo. Il fatto è che è un posto molto molto grande ed è un po' difficile da manterere.

Ristorazione di alto livello. Ottima cucina regionale. Gentilezzza dei camerieri. Staff receptionist gentile e competente. Ambientazione in ex convento rinascimentale.

Presenza massiccia di scolaresche e di comitive di pellegrini per Roma che costringono il singolo viaggiatore o le famiglie ad una coesistenza difficile. Pulizia sufficiente ma non eccelsa. Arredo delle camere nuovo ma messo già a dura prova con suppellettili molto rovinate e usurate.

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura. La camera affacciava sul cortile interno del convento. La posizione molto comoda per visitare Viterbo e provincia. Buona la colazione. La camera era molto riscaldata.

L'hotel non è ben segnalato in quanto sulla strada da Viterbo per Bagnaia si trova in località La Quercia ed è indicato come Domus La Quercia. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e al nostro rientro in albergo la sera abbiamo avuto la spiacevole sorpresa di trovare la stanza non riordinata e non ripulita, Grave dimenticanza!

Per quanto mi riguarda è un ottimo punto di appoggio per le terme dei Papi
