Spacious and clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, and conveniently located.
The staff and management of this property were exceptional. They went out of their way to assure we were comfortable and knowledgeable of the area. The facilities were always clean and the complimentary breakfast was very good.
Easy walk to Termini train station Supermarket next door Helpful staff, all English speaking Close to Colloseum Many restaurants nearby
Location - 10min walk to main train station, 15minute walk to the colosseum, great restaurants within small walking distance. Only a few years old, so everything was new and so clean Great breakfast Staff so welcoming and helpful Wifi worked really well in our room We were able to leave all of our luggage with them during the day after checking out as we had a flight late at night (there is also a shower/toilet you can use to freshen up once checked out)
Nothing to not like!
Friendly staff and location. It was secure and the owner help us find the places that we wanted to go. It was also nice to have a lift instead of having to lug suitcases up the stairs.
Very clean, lovely location 200m from the hop on hop off service. Once we got in we got a map great info main tourist locations pointed out for us. Main routes highlighted by sal. Staff were great always ready to help. I have stayed in rome 5 times now and this was by far the best accommodation I have stayed in.
Very fiendly and helpful staff the hotel is situated close to the rail station and is on the route for the open top bus. Walking distance from most attractions. Rooms very large and well presented good breakfast
Great location. Helpful staff
Friendly staff and great location. Good size room.
Service, price and location
Hard to find the place at first as the hotel is not on street level.
Location Staff Wifi good
Bed (two single beds out togther) was in inadaquite Breakfast was limited
the staff were really nice!
We liked everything about the B&B. The staff were very friendly and nice to us. We had booked 2 rooms for three nights and we were given an extra room at no charge. For a family of 6 we couldnt ask for more. Lisa and Sal are the best hosts we have had in à long time. We would recommend their B&B to everyone wishing to visit Rome.
Nothing at all!
Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were nicely decorated! Nice enough location within walking distance of colosseum
Breakfast wasn't great
The location is great in walking distance of everything. Wonderful owners, welcoming and helpful with local hints. Gray value for money. New we'll appointed apartment, generous breakfast.
I prefer natural light. Signage on entrance not clear or large enough. Coffee with breakfast not great. I am fussy though!
Beautiful lodgings and helpful staff.
The B&B is located in a lovely part of the city, minutes to major attractions, the view from our window of Santa Maria Maggiore was spectacular and the staff were warm, friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Most notable was the service of the staff. We arrived late and despite the time, our hostess Mariana spent a long time with us drawing out walks and giving us advise on seeing as much as we could in our brief stay. We were also very grateful to be given access to a shower late in the afternoon the day we flew out. There were fresh towels and soap too. We would highly recommend this B&B and will visit again.
Location Comfort Staff Breakfast Clean rooms Modern
I couldn't stay longer
Staff were very helpful
Breakfast was just ok compared to other places in Italy
Really kind, friendly, fun staff ( Andrea deserves special mention for her cheerful, very helpful manner). They are very accomodating and really try to help you get the best from your stay with advice and a map with transport info and locations of tourist sites. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, a great haven from the bustle of Rome. Very good if you have children and need a quiet chill out from all the heat and bustle of the city. Kids love the codes etc to get into building and room. The whole place is really clean. Great location for seeing ancient rome without too much walking and everything is easily accessible with a good map. There is fantastic ice cream close by (89 min walk) and it's not too much for 10yr old + to walk to any of the other areas. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the little back streets etc as well as the tourist sights. Not a problem to walk to vatican and back unless you dont normally walk much, then use transportAlso the best lemon sorbet in rome is at Crispino'S. Nr piazza Navona
We live in a rural area so did find the city noises disturbed us a fair bit so didnt sleep so well but that is just us.. Supermakrket deliveries and bottlle bank empying late and early were an issue and general traffic. But if you are used to town/city noises it would be fine. We would go again in spite of the noise.
Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel less like foreigners.
Very friendly people and good location, the high ceiling room is great, location is good for walking to the city spots
The only downside is the rooms on the street side are noise at night and the early morning
Sal and Lisa were fantastic and so helpful and generous! Great advice. Central location. Extremely comfortable rooms. Would not hesitate to go back.
The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant, helpful and educational. Gave some great tips about navigating the city. The facilities were very clean and secure. Rooms were comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast.
It was a bit challenging to find because I was expecting a hotel sign. It is a bed and breakfast on a floor of another building--not a stand alone hotel so it was a bit confusing. Before you arrive, be sure to contact the staff and get the alarm code (there are several layers of doors with alarms for you to get through) or better yet, see if they can meet you in front of the gate as you arrive. Otherwise, it can be anxiety-provoking wondering how to get in. Once you are inside the first time, everything was great.
Updated apartments split to rooms with new bathrooms, windows and furnishings. Very safe as you use a code to get in. Location close to Main train station and across the street from Sta. Maria Maggiore church. Price includes Wi-Fi and breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cold cuts and croissants. Would stay again when visiting Rome.
Bed and pillows could be better.
