The location was excellent for visiting all the sites in Rome. Just a few blocks from many restaurants and shops. Hop on hop off bus stop was also within a few blocks. Thomas was excellent with any information needed and the breakfast included was wonderful. Best cappuccino in Rome! Felt very safe although the area is quite near the Termini. Locked main doors plus locked doors going to the 3rd level and to our suite. Room was tiny but very cute and well maintained. Perfect for 2 people and the rate was reasonable. All in all I loved it and would stay again.
Tiny shower and beds were a little hard.
Walk to city attractions, metro & termini train station. Friendly manager, I rang ahead to say I would be late checking in & he stayed around to let me in, no reception desk, does not stay on site.
I like the facilities, it is very modern clean and spacious. The staff is very responsible.
I do not like the outside environment, looks like dirty, unsafe. The breakfast is very simple with no choice - only toast, yogurt, cereals and tea/coffee, which is not enough. Lift is very small and often occupied. The price is a little bit expensive with regards to three points I have stated above.
Close to trains
Entrance and lift/stairs need upgrading/repair.
We used this hotel as a base as we needed to catch an early morning train. It was very close to the station, clean, neat and above all cheap. Great for what you pay
Location, cleanliness, room equipment, and especially - the hospitality of the hotel manager Thomas - as to our opinion, the best manager we knew till now. Thank you, Thomas!
good location kind staff
Staff very accommodating and helpful Breakfast was very generous
Location is a short walk to Termini station Free wifi
Basic breakfast Hard to find Unwelcoming when you first enter Check-out time is very strict No facility to hold luggage after check-out
Thomas is very good person. He is smiling everytime. Also he help to me for trip. Thanks....
The smell of the receptionist is awful. No receptionist after 4pm. Nobody will attend to the guest needs. The lock of the main door is difficult to open. The elevator looks like a cabinet. ..To small and scary. The receptionist is also the bellboy, the janitor, etc... The only staff!
lovely small hotel, comfort, service at the highest level, from all areas of Rome location the best, since nearby supermarket and shops that are open till night
Very clean place
There is no iron
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The manager was very obliging and extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant. It is a little hard to find the first time you get to the area but it is very well located once you get a feel for the area. The entrance and lift is not welcoming but gives a sense of living in old Rome, don't let that disturb you coz once you enter the lobby you in a different world. Easy to get around from the hotel to the sites and the grocery store is nearby. Was great to have a fridge and kettle in the room.
Nice breakfast everyday. The room was clean and location was convenient.
the rooms were very nice and so was the manager
the garbage at the front entrance was disgusting. when we booked the hotel, the picture on the website didn't look anything like the actual building
Our room was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable and location close to train station and city sites. I would recommend to stay here.
A little hard to find in the dark when we arrived but was helped by a restaurant owner who was very nice and helpful.
Clean, nice staff, room size, elevator
Bath size, neigborhoods
Great hotel for the money! Location was a 10-15min walk to any sights. But the main reasons I booked this hotel was it's only 1-2min walk from the Termini Station, very clean and budget friendly. The gentleman the ran the hotel was EXTREMANLY nice.
It was hard to find. When you walk into the building it's a little dumpy.
Great location near Termine railway station. loved personal service & quaint lift. Good middle of the road accommodation. Felt very safe.
Door locks a bit of a challenge but managed.
Good location, lovely breakfast, helpful staff, very clean
Very small bathroom, shower was very cramped and I'm only 5 foot tall!
The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most places during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were brought breakfast to our room each morning which was very nice and set you up for the day. Overall very pleased with accomodation.
My only negative would be that the shower was very small. I am a petite person and found it very cramped so my partner who is over 6ft and and wider than me found it very difficult to shower in the tiny cubicle.
Central area to reach sightseeing points Clean room and bathroom Nice breakfast in the room
No need to change towls each day
The elevator is wierd and scary. the location is less nice at night. The breakfast very poor If u looking for hotel to sleep it's ok but not more
Great localization. Tasty breakfast and very nice service.
