The location is a plus. The restaurant area has a wonderful view of the city and the breakfast is very good. The bed is huge and the room has the right size for a 3 star hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. Great breakfest served on the roof-terrace. Check the room before, especially the shower (plumbing) and that you have the room you wished. We obtained dark room with "view" inside the block of houses. As we ask for other with better view and larger window, the gave it us next day... There is no bar, cafe or restaurant, only breakfestroom.

Excellent location near the roma termini and city buses. Nice and clean hotel. The hotel name board was not ver visible from far we could find it only because we had the offnet map.

Excellent staff, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Good location, near the station but not in a seedy area. Very good for all public transport. Great breakfast with brilliant views over Rome.

Location is excellent - less than five minutes walk from Termini station, bus station, metro lines. Also near lots of restaurants. Breakfast very good, plentiful and varied. Staff helpful. Slow lift!

Good location, friendly and welcoming staff (especially at Reception), comfortable rooms, beautiful view from the breakfast room. Nothing too major: the breakfast was ok (the coffee and juice machines were not brilliant but that's a minor point), and it was quite pricey (but probably comparable to other hotels of similar standard and location).

The staff was excellent and went out of their way each day. They were so nice I came back and stayed another couple of days. In addition, our flight was earlier than 7am and they went out of their way to make a take away bag for the plane.

Situation...very handy for the station, open topped buses, museums, Metro.etc. Staff very friendly...cleaning staff said hello, breakfast staff very accommodating. Excellent breakfast and views from the hotel top. Would have been really good to have a comfortable chair to sit on and read
