Just 320 yards from Roma Termini Train Station, Hotel Impero features a furnished terrace overlooking Rome’s rooftops and the nearby Opera Theatre. A varied buffet breakfast is served daily.

Dating back to 1875, Bettoja Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio is an elegant building 300 ft from Roma Termini Train Station. The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk down the road on Via Cavour.
Score from 763 reviews Very good
Breakfast was better then in most Italian hotels ànd until 10:30.
Nothing, very friendly staff.
The proximity to everything. The breakfast. The staff. It was quiet even though it was centrally located. The bathroom and shower was good.
The room is small. Difficult to fit two suitcases.
Walking distance to train station and all the main tourist attractions
Nothing in particular
Nice location Friendly staff
Buffet breakfast staff were helpful close to transport
Excellent location close to the Termini station! As we only had 24 hours in Rome we needed to be in a convenient location. We were able to leave our luggage there (for a fee..) when we checked out and it was easy to pick it up when we took the train to the airport. Good value for money.
When I come to Rome, I can easily find this hotel.
I disliked having to enter the wifi username and password every single time I used my phone and iPad. Bed was lumpy and the staff members did not appear to care.
Breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon!!!! among other things, Clean modern rooms, also bathrooms. great location for station termini and bus to Ciampino Airport. No complaints.
excellent hotel, great location. Unlike other hotels in Italy the bathrooms and shower were not small. Service was fantastic as well.
wonderful staff, easy location to trains, nicely furnished room, great shower, good TV and air conditioning.extremely quiet rooms. They got us a great driver to the airport, on time and very gracious. We will stay there again.
we had a hard time finding it only because the sign outside was so small we could not read it from across the street. no designated smoking area, a minor inconvenience,
Antonio, the front desk clerk, was the friendliest and most helpful hotel employee I can recall meeting over the years. Also, the restaurant on the roof was great for breakfast.
Room with two beds was tight as was the bathroom. There was very little room for our two luggage bags or toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was almost tiny. The bar downstairs was not open the one evening we inquired about it and, in my opinion, should be moved to the restaurant on the roof.
The breakfast was great and the location is 4 min walking from termini station . great value for mony
rooms are a bit small , but you have everything you need in them
Liked the area of the hotel which is closed to the Termini station.
Very small rooms
Close to the train station
Terrible uneven bed which I complained about. The location was really noisy. The room was to small to put your bag anywhere. Shower was big enough for a small adult.
On reception they have only one person (mail) support answering call and answering guests and everything , when you says i need water or any service they says (we dont have any one to service you , just service by your self ), very strange help disk ,, and the rate was 128 euro per night , on booking. com ,,, but on next day becomes 99 euro , so i think this is not good point for cooking .com , because your company (booking.com )is really Amazing , grate ,kind people working , Regards
Service---- room is only 12 meters s queer .. Reception guys , angry --- elevator very bad ,,---- whole time bad signal in TV ,,,,,,,, i didnt sow and room service during my stay ,,, Regards
This hotel is around larger than the other ones I've seen in Rome. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious and have wifi. It's close to the Roma termini train station .. which is good if you're planning to leave to the airport the next day (only a 5 minute walk). The breakfast is pretty good and has more to offer than other hotels I stayed in, in rome. The view from the breakfast area is very nice as well.
The staff wasn't very friendly. Also, it really is close to the termini train station (good and bad). The area is pretty sketchy. There's not much directly around this hotel. Also, it was probably some type of miscommunication but I was traveling alone and requested one bed in my room but was instead given two twins.
Great 3 star hotel, very kind stuff. Great breakfast, bathroom. Location.
Very noisy street.
The staff, the breakfast foods, the bed, the locale, The colors in my room(s).
I'm not accustomed to small spaces but the location of the Exe Domus made up for that detail.
The staff was very polite; the breakfast was nice; Good location
The room was announced as 17 m2, but it was no more than 12 m2; It was a bit noisy.
You had to sign in to the WiFi each time you left your phone more than 15 minutes. It was spotty and slow.
Staff, Breakfast fare, Breakfast Room,
Room very small. Only on chair which was a desk type, Almost no counter space in WC
Central location to Termini station and Metro
The location is good
The breakfast in the morning which is more in sweets ,cake etc.
Not a good neighborhood. Did not feel street was safe. Street noise very loud. Only saving grace was close to train. Room was very small and overlooked busy street. It was necessary to walk past groups of people who asked for money and who closely watched us. It felt unsafe. Would not stay there again
