Bra och prisvärt hotell, bara 10 minuters gångavstånd till Termimi station. Ingen störande trafik utifrån fast det var mycket trafikochljud från gatan. Dålig luftkonditionering i frukostmatsalen på taket, överreklamerat med att det var en fin utsikt från takterassen, såg mest hustaken på byggnader runtomkring. |

Frukostbuffén på takvåningen med den underbara utsikten och all personal var mycket trevlig och pratade bra engelska. The location (kommer inte på vad det heter på svenska) var precis där vi hade förväntat oss att det skulle vara,bra. Jag antar att det fanns några rum som man fick röka i på vårt eller ovanstående våning för det luktade både i korridoren och det kom in lukt på vårt rum, lite jobbigt om man har astma (känns även ofräscht). |

Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed very confortable. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice, together with a good view of Rome's rooftops. The position of the hotel, nearby the Termini train station, is also a good point. Internet was expensive and during the first 2 days wasn't even working, only later they managed to fix the problem. The room (single room) was a little small, though livable. |

Great location approx 10mins walk from train station.Walking distance for many of Rome's tourist attractions. Being Brits we like tea making facilities in our room, but this was unavailable. |

the location was very good and the price for a city centre hotel greatly influenced the booking the bathroom was compact to say the least !!! |

Good location. A few of the staff tried to be helpful. The hotel appearred very clean. Rooms were comfortable but somewhat small. Sewage smell in lobby and halls during the entire stay. No hot water two nights. No coffee/tea at breakfast two days. Lift was broken. The poor staff was frustrated dealing with the guests. This hotel needs some maintenance. |

Our group only liked the location of this hotel The hotel did not have adequate hot water, the sewer backed up and the elevator broke during our stay. There wasn't any water for coffee or tea in the morning and the staff was less than accomadating. |

Great location and ease in finding. Clean rooms. This stay was a disaster. We had four rooms booked for eight ladies. On arrival, we were not given twin beds as requrested. One room had no water pressure and the pair was given a "free" room down the hall to shower in. On the second day a new room was provided two floors up, but the lift was broken and we had to drag all luggage up the steps with no assistance. On the third day, another room had no hot water. On the last day there was no coffee or tea at breakfast due to a plumbing problem. They made lukewarm water to make Nescafe that didn't dissolve. Throughout the entire stay the lobby and halls were smelling very foul from sewage gas. The attendants tried to be helpful but were always frustrated with the conditions. Don't stay here. |

Great location by Cathedral. Quiet at night. Orvieto is amazing, the epitome of what you imagine Italy to be like. Hotel manager and wife initially very brusque, but improved by the time we left! |

Very quiet, AC was usefull, near the trainstation, kind and helpfull people in the reception, to be in Itlay the breakfast was extremly good and with a view over the roofs of Rome Several good restaurants in the neighbourhood if you are tired after a long day in ancient Rome Our room was surprisingly small while the bathroom was good size |

Very nice hotel! Small room, but clean and equipped just enough for two who wants to spend few days on sightseeing tours. Very good location right next to Termini railway station and both subway lines. Gorgeous roof-top breakfast restaurant. We were very satisfied with this hotel! |

The Hotel Managers, Alex and Alessandro, are both friendly and helpful. It is located near the Roma Termini, which is convenient for visitors. There is a nice restaurant around and so, no need to be worried about food. Hotel amenities are full equipped. The buffet breakfast is richy with some fresh fruit. A recommended hotel. The room is a little bit tiny. |

Is close to Termini station and thus convenient for using public transportation. Has decently clean facilities. Good breakfast for a 3-star hotel. Very small room. They did not consider our comment about adding a baby cot in the room (problem with their fax machine). Even after they gave us a baby cot the next day the room was very small to install it comfortably. Very slow elevator. |

this hotel was in walking distance to the city,metro,trains and bus station and was excellent value for money and the breakfast menu was outstanding with a fabulous view of the city from the rooftop restaurant. |

The location of the hotel is very good for the few days city visitors, who are not planning to stay a lot of time in the hotel. Specially I liked the venue of the breakfast room - the top floor of the hotel, very light and nice; provides a great overview of the city. There is no such specific features I would like to highlight here. |
