The outside grounds were lovely, although very hot the days we were there! The bartender on 6/15--6/16 was very nice, well mannered and professional. Food served was excellent in the bar. Breakfast nice, although the eggs were cold both mornings. Thank you. Eggs both mornings of our stay in the continental breakfast room were cold, toilet stopped flushing the morning of check-out, and the internet was 'down' the morning of check-out! Housekeeping did not pick up the fruit/welcome dishes for 2 days.Other than ---- 5 star hotel employee from Dallas Texas! |

Nice hotel that is close to the metro and has lots of free parking which is unusual for Rome. Would definitly stay there again. It needed somewhere to hang towel when you are in the shower |

Peaceful and quiet location away from city noise surrounded by gardens. Elegant building. Not far from the metro. Shops nearby. Hotel short of facilities. Narrow bedroom with high ceilings. Very very expensive bar. For the money we paid, tea and coffee in the room would have been appreciated. Shower screen leaked water all over the floor. Overall cheapish fittings in bathroom. Breakfast average. Staff at reception not very friendly. We didn't get a smile or much of a hello in our 4 nights there. |

the luxury is in space and there is plenty in this hotel the vast space is not acuurately furnished. many areas feel empty and almost eary or uncomfortable. the breakfast room is ugly (colors used remind you an outdated Las Vegas hotel in 1970s and decorations are not updated), univiting, too noisy with only few poeple in. single rooms are too small and too military in apearance. |

I was appalled to find that my reservations had not been received and there was no record at the hotel that a reservation existed. It was also frustrating to find that the staff (no concierge service) could not and would not recommend local restaurants when asked. |

Very close to the Cornelia metro station, the surrounding garden. The noise during sleeping time ( flushing water heard from other rooms through the walls) |

It's covention center with no decoration and minimum staff who speaks and understands little English. The only restraurant in the hotel serves food undesirable and overpriced. The fast food served by the snack bar is unappetising. The complete environment in this hotel is uninviting and unfriendly. |

The gardens at the outside, and the proximity with the underground No Gym, poor quality breakfast, and they did not change the bed linen in any of the 5 nights we were there! |

The hotel was surrounded by gardens and next to a lovely park although it was close to the Metro with easy access to everywhere. We had booked a triple room but on arrival there was only 1 double bed. However, the staff were quick to rectify this without any hassle, by setting up an additional bed. Room was a little small for 3 adults. |

Very nice rooms, nice and cleam bathrooms. Internet access wired or wireless works flawlessly. Breakfasts standart. Parking is free in the parking slot in the courtyard.Very close to Cornelia Metro station - 5 minutes by walk. Taxi to FCO costs about 40€. Will definitely stay there again and can definitely recommend this hotel. |

staff spoke reasonably good english and were helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. Close excess to the metro subway system which is a must when visting rome if you want reasonably priced travel around the city & sights.Hotel in a lovely setting with driveway up to it restaurant is expensive in hotel but there are lots of other places to eat within walking distance not really a problem |

Very nice building surrounded by a small park. Room clean, equipped with plasma TV. Quiet and peaceful place. Very spaceous location. Facilities are not very great. The only coffee shop is open only during day time. The room ambience could be much better, no carpet, only floor tiles. |

The price and the proximity of the metro station The whole 4th floor is in a really bad shape. Rennovation needed immediately. Rooms on that floor have no window, only an attic window and are pretty small. Fortunately the receptionist aggreed to chage our room immediately and with no complaints. Be sure to ask for a room on the first floor. Staff should be more informed and friendly. |

Change of towels twice a day in superior rooms. The price of alcohol. Had they charged lower prices for wine etc we would have eaten in their restaurant. Also in 7 days the menu at breakfast and dinner was never varied. |

Your staff is beyond excellent, I was very impressed - especially the bartender Marco - very helpful gentleman I did not like the web advertising - it was misleading regarding the geographic position of the hotel in the city of Rome. Just tell the truth. |

Was a super spot just outside of the city, yet very easy to get to the Metro. Staff were great, did not mind our two little rascals running around place and were very helpful. The corridors were very loud, not carpet just marble floors, so you could hear everyone going up and down the corridors. Had quite a conference centre feel to it, would have been great if there was a gym or pool, something more family orientated. |

The rooms were quite inexpensive and the location was good just 350 m from the hotel. There was a lot of noise in the hotel which could be heard in our room during the day especially. |
