Bra standard, vennlig betjening, meget enkelt å bruke metron i Roma som transport fra til hotellet. Hotellet er plassert utenfor turist området, og det var mulig å kjøpe mat til lavere priser enn i turist områdene. |

The hotel itself was grand!!! lovely setting in lovely gardens. classic Roman style building with all the modern requirements for comfort. The location was quite far from the main Roman Tourist sites and anywhere we wanted to go we had to take the underground. |

Staff was very helpful; continental breakfast was superb; ambience was a little spartan but overall comfortable. Set up of the room was a little impractical--the one mirror in the Bedroom was over near the door with no outlet near it nor anywhere to sit/put on makeup etc. |

Staff were excellent, grounds were lovely. It was very easy to come and go as you please which i have experienced in some other hotels. there was always someone out side the hotel door to greet you which i thought was a lovely touch. fair bit of noise from what sounded like the air conditioning unit out side of our bedroom window. hall ways were a bit noisey. |

The breakfast, breakfast room and staff were excellent.Bar and Reception Staff were good and helpful. I would have liked coffee/tea/milk/sugar facilites in my room. |

Rooms were good Many things, to start with location far from main tourist points, some members of staff are really uncooperative, does'nt understand english, refused to re-fill coffee machine even while breakfast was on. |

The hotel surrounding are beautiful, very good communication to the center, busses as well as metro availability there. Good staff service. Bathrooms much below 4 * standard. The first night I had dirty stained towels. |

The hotel is set in pleasant grounds and the standard of rooms was good and comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful and eager to be of assistance. For a four star hotle, I found some things missing - breakfast while good was a bit cold and impersonal. In the bathroom, there were no "special" touches that I would expect in a better type of hotel - again cold and clinical. |
