The hotel is situated in lovely quiet Gardens, some way from the main road, you wouldn't think in were in a major city, more like a country atmosphere. Just a small point, the multimedia facilities, were quite expensive. 12 euros for a film, or 23 euros for one days total access including internet seemed expensive. |

The staff were friendly and approachable, the hotel was beautiful. The hotel was close to both bus stops and train station and so travel to city was easy and efficient.It was pleasant stay overall. Air conditioning, cold air did not travel around the whole room, stayed at one side. |

Subway passes are sold in time increments (1 hr, 24 hr, 72 hr) not by the trip like they are in USA. Plus the pass is good for bus too. Hotel is ~3 blocks from subway. Hotel let us check in to our rooms at 10 am. They provided us with detailed maps which were very helpful. We walked to Vatican then used subway after we learned it was unlimited rides for time period. Rooms are small by US standards but comfortable for two people per room. We got two rooms because we had two adults and two teens. |

The staff were very unwelcoming. The food is seriously over priced in the hotel and for what you get it was rediculous! I loved Rome but would definitely not recommend that particular hotel to anyone!! |

The hotel is indeed a palace where you can relax after a busy day in the city.When we booked the hotel we didnt expect for what we actually recieved.The serivices were excellent. Is close to the metro and within 15 minutes from city center.The area in which is the hotel is safe and green.Is easy to reach from highway by car and the the hotel has private parking which was excellent. |

Hotel was beautiful and immacuate. It was very close to the metro system which was easy to use. The buffett breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from. Air conditioning unit in room was set under the window in a little alcove. The cold air tended to circulate round the alcove so the room was generally hot and stuffy. |

The hotel itself was grand!!! lovely setting in lovely gardens. classic Roman style building with all the modern requirements for comfort. The location was quite far from the main Roman Tourist sites and anywhere we wanted to go we had to take the underground. |
