La tranquillité

Confort sparciate, chambre trop petite, bain pas propre.

Hotel agréable, calme aprés une visite de rome ,un petit coin de tranquilité , chambre également trés agréable.

Ligne de métro un peu loin de l'hotel,oblige a prendre un bus pour rejoindre la station de métro.nous sommes resté 6 nuits, petits déjeuners répétitifs en choix.

Le calme du jardin apres le tumulte de la ville, petit dejeuner varie et complet, sa position pas trop eloignee du metro bus a proximite, pajing gratuit tres appreciables

Personnel limite agreable ne donnant aucun renseignement pour les visites et surtout ne faisant aucun effort en francais, restaurant du soir que pour les groupes, chambre lugubre au 1er etage (ns avons demande a changer) et salle bains tres tres exigue

Very friendly stuff. The breakfast was good but unfortunately it was not vary. The room were cleaned daily.

The breakfast could be more vary. What we have missed are vegetables. At least some tomatoes would make a difference. Far away from center.

Rooms old and dusty staff unfriendly. too far from everything not desirable area husband robbed. terrible experience would not suggest anyone stay there. No internet in bedroom

The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The staff is nice as well, but you have to smile! The food was good, the breakfast was has many options!

Only that the airco was not on because of the changing of weather. This was a lack of comfort but it was a saving for the environment.

15 minutes walk to Vatican or same by bus to the historical centre.

The room was very cold and inconvenient, the remote was not working. The shower - uuuf, very narrow with curtain, not so clean..., Very cold. The breakfast very ordinary and no variety.

Friendly staff, spacious reception, great breakfast room, lovely grounds, quiet and noise free, easy access to public transport.

The only disapointment was the ensuite bathroom. It smelt so badly that we had to leave the extractor fan on all the time. The shower leaked at one corner and the shower doors had dirt and stains trapped in them. Photos available.

Helpful staff. Responded well to questions and requests for service, including telephone booking at Galeria Borghese. Room was comfortable and generally well maintained. Location has positive and negative. Not central but good bus connections to city and local metro station (but see negative note) Breakfast offers plenty of choice, though rather unvarying (and they really ought to have proper orange juice).

Puny shower cubicle. Ok for us as neither of us is very big, but if you were tall or bulky, you could find it a probelm. Maybe other rooms have something a little more spacious. Noisy teenage tour groups. Other reviewers have mentioned these, so it looks as though these groups make use of the hotel.They were not a huge problem to us. The groups were checking out by the time we asked reception to do something about it, but they would probably have talked to their teachers/leaders about it. Location generally fine. Note the 889 (to the Cornrlia metro station) doesn't run on Sunday. Getting to the hotel by public transport, when you've just arrived and don't know the system, is a bit of a slog with luggage.

There was airco in the rooms and wifi in the lobby for free. The breakfast was very good and there was much choice. The nights were quiet.

The cleaner came in the room, 1 time, without knocking.

the living room were wi hava wi-fi internet it was so HOT and they ned to put wi-fi to the all facilitys thank you

The property grounds are lovely. Good breakfast.

They have problems in the rooms with the A/C. We changed rooms 3 times. Tiny rooms for 3 persons. But they are taking fast action to any complaints and they try to accommodate you.

Distance and difficulty of getting to city centre with not much help from staff. Aircon never worked and leaked water, despite asking for it to be checked never was. Poor standard of food from bar (microwaved and expensive), no pool, weak internet, room right next to building site,

The room was comfortable and the staff was really nice and helpful. The location is a bit out side the center but we know that. It's a 15 min bus ride to get the center and tickets can bought at the bar.

The bathroom was a bit dirty. Due to the lag of fresh air you could find a bit to much molds.

Very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful garden.

Rooms have no balconies.

'hot breakfast' mostly came.cold. location too far from metro station and main town. based next to busy road so taxis were expensive as spent most time in traffic. hotel staff didn't exactly go out of their way to help with information. Satellite television didn't work and was told they didn't know when it would be fixed. if was working, televisions were tiny and very old. bedroom small with no drawers for storage.

beautiful , gardens, spacious lobby and dinning area. Quiet location, bus to downtown stops at the gate.

We liked the staff,they were all very friendly, well informed, and willing to help in anyway possible.The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and restful, which was good after a long day of touring in town.The bus system was ideal for our needs.

The only complaint with the accomodations, was that the room was much too small.We were told however, this could be solved the next time by asking for twin accomodations,and putting the two beds together.

Este hotel/centro de convenciones tiene un parque grande y lindo. También está vecino a un hermoso parque público (el Doria Pamphili). Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias y los espacios comunes generosos. Excelente desayuno y el trato de algunas personas del staff es muuuy amable (de otras no tanto...)

Está a unas 7 cuadras de la estación de metro más cercana y, aunque la zona del hotel es muy linda, la de la estación no tanto, lo que obliga a volver al hotel al caer la tarde (o gastar unos simpáticos 25 euros en taxi cada vez). El servicio de Wi Fi sólo cubre el lobby. Si uno quiere Wi Fi en la habitación debe pagar ¡5 euros la hora!

La struttura è ben tenuta e immersa nel verde. Le camere sono ampie. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. La colazione buona e ricca di scelte.

Ottima la colazione.
