Installations sanitaires défectueuses, salle de bain sale, bruit et cafard dans la chambre de mes filles ainsi que des blattes se promenant dans les paniers du petit déjeuner !!!!!!

Nous avons aimé, l'environnement verdoyant, le calme, le personnel qui parle français, les informations touristiques délivrées, la proximité des transports en communs.En régle générale, un personnel attentif, sympathique & compétent, bonne organisation.La terrase pour le diner.

Peut-être une chambre la 119, un peu exïgue.

Le personnel n'aide pas beaucoup pour l'orientation dans ce quartier assez excentré (pas de plan disponible pour s'orienter dans le domaine du centre de conférence), les chambres sont petites et très mal insonorisées, le petit déjeuner est moyen.

La facilité pour aller en ville. Les petits déjeuners sont très biens.

Le soir il y a trop de bruit dans les passages,le monde parle trop fort. Il n'y a aucun respect pour ceux qui dorment

Hotel staff was very polite and willing to help in literally every issue.

Small rooms for the price, in at least acceptable shape. Small windows, staring from above 1.6m from the floor.

Air conditioned clean rooms, beautiful restorant in the garden, rich breakfast, huge parking, 2 minutes from the bus station, you can catch the bus for 1 Euro going to the center ( very close to Vatican). Hotel is situated in the peaceful area. Very helpfull staff, especially Stela

I liked the lobby and all of the common areas. Also, the staff was helpful in explaining attractions in the area and the food was good.

I found the rooms to be kind of bare and lacking the comfortable and inviting atmosphere that could be found elsewhere in the hotel. Simple ammenities, like an iron, would have been helpful.

We checked in at the reception, thought we would go upstairs to our room;however, the rooms were in another building which did not look like a hotel but a hostel.It was very noisy, the rooms were dirty, the fridge was not working, the bathroom was so old that we thought the tap was from antic Roman times! Shower cabin was too small as the other reviews say..In short: A total nightmare!

resteraunt service at night was very hasty. Couldn't get rid of you fast enough. Bar staff did not collect glasses and rubbish off tables, were just left. (outside). There was no emergency when at the bar, staff were happy 4 large ques to form.

The most I liked about the hotel was the park, the surrounding area the minute I entered the facilities.

I didn't like the rooms, nor the furniture. The accommodation rooms were old and not renovated.

Rooms are of fair size and with breakfast included, the rate is decent.

The location is not very central although it only takes about 10 mins to the city center. Nearest metro is Cornelia and not Valle Aurelia. We walked an hour from the later station.

The old villa and the park surrounding the hotel is great and must be even better in summertime. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary for Italy.

The room was cold (stayed here in Jan 2009) and the shower had only rather cold water. Bathroom is mini!
