Good bar service .

'hot breakfast' mostly came.cold. location too far from metro station and main town. based next to busy road so taxis were expensive as spent most time in traffic. hotel staff didn't exactly go out of their way to help with information. Satellite television didn't work and was told they didn't know when it would be fixed. if was working, televisions were tiny and very old. bedroom small with no drawers for storage.

We liked the staff,they were all very friendly, well informed, and willing to help in anyway possible.The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and restful, which was good after a long day of touring in town.The bus system was ideal for our needs.

The only complaint with the accomodations, was that the room was much too small.We were told however, this could be solved the next time by asking for twin accomodations,and putting the two beds together.

The best thing about the hotel was the buffet breakfast that was included; plenty of food to eat.

The staff were not very helpful. Internet service was not free as stated on website. We had to pay 5 Euros per hour of Internet and it was very slow. Big Student groups often come and they are very noisy.

Location.

Throughout the night clatter /rumble/ every 40-50 minutes in a room airconditioner! How to sleep? This situation was in 2 of 6 ordered by booking.com rooms. 102 euros per night in such conditions???

I checked in the night before meeting other students who are studying in Italy this semester.

Nice green environment around the hotel.

Not really a complaint, but Wi-Fi access seems to be overpriced.

On Arrival, Hotel looks nice, but close inspection is terrible. Front Desk Staff only a young blond lady in the meorning was nice the others terrible and rude. Hotel is dirty, you can spot cobweb everywhere, The young Lady works in the bar in the evening was the must rude person I have met, my friends and I were in shock with her attitude. Carpet in my room, room 201 very dirt and for long has not seen a vaccum at all. And the worst, I have returned with several bits which by pharmacist is a bed bugs bits. I would never recoment this place no anyone.

I was comfortable staying at Domus Pacis Torre Rossa Park because I have stayed there before. The staff are very helpful and speak English!! The location is also convenient and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel premises that takes you right into the City Centre. Two thumbs up!!

Location and park.

This is a well situated hotel for arriving by car, no need to drive into the city centre - plenty of parking. A frequent bus from just outside takes you to St Peters and the city only 4 euros for a day's transport on buses/metros/trams, and the hotel bar sells the tickets - very convenient. Good breakfast from 6.30am - 10am so you can pace your start. Nice gardens for a drink if weather is good. Nice looking modern hotel with preserved old villa in the garden.

This hotel unfortunately is popular with school trips, possibly due to being able to park coaches easily.On a 4 night stay we had three disrupted nights due to Spanish teenagers running about and slamming doors, on one night until 4am. We had to confront them each night. One party stayed for two nights then another party came, same problem.We complained to the hotel management but nothing really was done. 'Normal' gusts should not be mixed up with school parties, they are incompatible.

La posizione dell'albergo

Purtroppo la realtà non è stata corrispondente alle mie aspettative, benchè il personale fosse molto dsponibile e gentile. Ho prenotato una camera con tv e mi sono trovato una stanza con la tv che non funzionava, ma io ho pagato una camera con tv.Mi viene rimborsato la differenza?
