Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und die Super-Freundlichkeit des Personals (offenbar führen 2 Brüder das Hotel), die Lage (keine 5 Min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Termini), ausreichend großes Bad, täglich frische Handtücher. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis allenfalls, dass morgens um 6 auf der Straße ein Markt aufgebaut wird - aber das ist nun mal Italien und eigentlich überhaupt nicht schlimm |

leicht bedienbare Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit (u.a. weil Fliesen im gesamten Zimmer), sehr schöne Möblierung, extrem gute Lage zum Bahnhof 'Termini' täglich stattfindender Markt in der Straße |

Close to Roma Termini and hop-on hop-off bus. Clean, quiet room with very comfortable bed. Airconditioning. Curtains that allowed the room to be made dark. |

Very helpful staff and they helped us deciding on covering the must visits as we had less time.....very nice rooms and near to termini...which is a plus..... the entrance is not visible from main road....probably they cud put up a board or smthing |

The hotel is close to station termini and metro. Easy walk with cases to catch Leonardo Express to airport. Reasonably priced restaurants close by. Hotel staff very efficient and friendly. Excellent security and rooms large by European standards. Rooms clean and quiet. Allowed us to leave our cases for 3 days while we travelled south. The cases had been taken to our room ready for our arrival which was really appreciated. We would cetainly stay at Domus Praetoria again and would certainly recommend it to travellers who were wanting to stay in a small central hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory but somewhat basic. However excellent coffee. |

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms and an excellent location very close to Termini Station. Good breakfast, more than the usual biscuit and coffee in Italy. Coming from Termini Station situated at the end of the road with only a little sign at the wall, no neonlights at all; the hotel is just part of an appartment block. Will certainly stay there with our next visit to Rome. |

The location for Termini Station and the Metro, the family who own the hotel could not be more helpful. We had a large room with air con, mini bar and a lovely bathroom. This hotel has a true friendly Italian feel to it unlike the large corporate bland chain hotels. If you have a room at the front of the hotel it can be a little noisy early in the morning when the local market sets up for business in the street below, however if you shut the double glazed windows this helps. If you like to sleep with the window open be prepared to be woken at 5.30am! |

My room was spotless, comfortable and so quiet it was hard to believe it's only metres from Termini. The hotel owners on reception were extrememly friendly and helpful, and all spoke perfect English. The hotel is centrally located with a great fruit and veg market outside in the mornings. |

The three brothers who run the hotel were all helpful and knowledgeable. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good location for transport around the city and from the airport. Excellent value for money. |

Very centrally located within easy walking distance of the train station; staff went out of their way to be helpful, spoke excellent English too. Provided a map of Rome upon check-in that was very helpful. Room we had was good sized and well appointed; great shower. Staff gave good recommendation for nearby restaurant for dinner (there are lots of them to choose from). As other reviewers have noted, you have to look carefully for the small plaque on the wall outside, makes it a bit hard to find. Breakfast was good but not great -- but eating while on vacation in Italy is an all-day affair, so a light breakfast was probably good :-) |

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful calling us a cab at 4:30 in the morning. The room was overall nice and clean The shower could have been cleaner. The floor to the shower seemed dirty, sticky. |

I loved the fact that it was so close to the Termini and therefore, easy to reach. I walked to it. I also loved the fact that the huge and heavy door opened onto a lovely atrium, and closed behind it the rather ugly street it's on. The gentlemen at the reception were very kind and helpful and so was the lovely lady in the breakfast room. I was a bit put off when I arrived at the Termini and started walking down the street... It looked a bit dodgy but it turned out to be fine! |

Very close to Termini station, which is the main transport hub in Rome - the Terravision bus from Ciampino airport stops just across from the hotel's street. The staff were very helpful, making suggestions based on my plans. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very basic - coffee, bread and preserves, and yoghurt. The door between my room and the elevator got stuck at one point, which was worrying as this was the only exit. |

The location of the hotel and the value of the room for the amount we paid were very good. We thought that friendliness of the staff was a tremendous asset. We would definitely stay at the hotel again because of these facts, and have already recommended it to family members. |

Every thing! The owners spoke fluent English and were there to assist in any way. The restaurant they recommended was wonderful. The owners took time to help us plan our days travel on the metro or the bus. The main terminal was in walking distance only 10 minutes away. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good. |

The location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small, but immaculate and comfortable. Bathroom was large and spa-like. All around excellent. The breakfast was rather spare, but handy for a bite on the way out the door. |
