Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer zum Hof recht ruhig, schöne Ausstattung, Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Frendliche Rezeption

Brummgeräusche im Zimmer (die sich durch Unterbrechung des Stromes abstellen lassen), sehr kleiner, warmer Frühstücksraum, Lichteinstellungen im Zimmer lassen jederzeit eine OP zu - nur sehr hell zu schalten. Nur mäßiges italienisches Fernsehen.

Von Ankunft bis Abreise unauffälliger netter Service. Da offenbar in Familienbesitz, hohes Mass an persönlichem Engagement .Zimmer wurde bereits 10.00 Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt . Vergleichsweise großes , offenbar frisch renoviertes, saubere Zimmer, sehr ordentliches Bad. Da das Hotel in verkehrsberuhigter Seitenstrasse liegt ,"normaler" Strassenlärm. Ca. 300 m bis Bahnhof Termini - beste Verkehrsanbindung.

Für ein deutsches Frühstück fehlte leider etwas Wurst und Käse. Für ein leckeres süßes Frühstück waren diverse Kuchenkreationen und Brotaufstriche vorhanden. Der Espresso war hervorragend.

Very nice hotel, located in walking distance to Statione Termini (hub for train, metro, bus). Decent designed room, always clean, comfy bed. Excellent stuff, always smile and willing to help.

One little minus: very basic breakfast: pastries and coffee (delicious one!). Acceptable for short stay. Nevertheless on close area of the hotel you can find a lot of nice cafes and get proper breakfast.

I would say it was such an interesting stay. I was shocked when I arrived at late night, not seeing any hotel building nearby as the hotel itself is combined with other hotels in the same building. Only see the name on the door bell and feel a bit dissappointed before enter to hotel. However, it was a good stay after staying there. The staff are friendly and the bedroom is big and clean. The air-conditioning is cold enough (which is so important if you travel in summer!!). Overall, it was a nice stay I would say. Will definitely go back next time!

Lift a bit too small but so interesting when you see such a "small and old style" lift now..^^ But it is safe, dont worry! The breakfast room is quite small, please ensure you go early if you don't want to wait for your table!

The Hotel was located close to the train station so easy to get to and from places. The street looked a bit ghettoish so a bit scary for a single female but the hotel was lovely, the room was big and comfortable. The hotel staff and reception clerk were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Would book it again on my next trip.

The street this Hotel was located in was not very nice and there are market stalls along half of the street which makes it difficult for taxi's to access the hotel so walking with the luggage is necessary but being so close to the train station easy to access and saves taxi fare.

This is our second stay at this hotel for a reason. The first time the owners helped enormously when the airline lost our luggage and items were stolen from it. The owners went out of their way to make phone calls and keep up advised abour messages from the airline. This service made us want to go back. Added to the great location near the Termini train station, fantastic rates and rooms, we wouldn't bother to try anywhere else. Great restaurant advice and help planning additional sightseeing were invaluable this time around. Didn't say 'goodbye' at the end of our five days, just 'see you next time'.

Very nice, little hotel near Termini. Big clean rooms, italian brwakfast We were very happy about nit.

Excellent location, really nice staff, very accommodating, they let us have a late check out at no extra charge and looked after our luggage until that eve as we had a late flight.

Location was good for what was important to us. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Security was good.

The bed was firm and the pillows very hard and uncomfortable (for me). The breakfast was very basic. Cereals and/or fruit would have been nice. The juice was very powdery tasting and not pleasant. The coffee was variable, sometimes cold. The tiled floors really needed a rug by the bedside.

The staff were very accomodating and helpful.

Excellent and attentive staff. Rooms very very clean and well maintained.
