Very quiet hotel, only 5 minute walk from Termini train station. Very clean! Large room with modern bathroom. The staff was very polite and helpful. For breakfast, excellent cappucino made by Massemo himself, juice, fresh pastries and yogourt every morning. For a short stay in Rome, this is an excellent place to stay. The map from Booking.com was not good. If you come by train, you pass through the station to get to " Via Marsala" at the back of the train station. From there, you will find "Via Milazzo" (2nd street on your right). The hotel is on the left side of the street only three blocks from the Termini. There is only a little sign on the building...a little difficult to find.

Very nice hotel, located in walking distance to Statione Termini (hub for train, metro, bus). Decent designed room, always clean, comfy bed. Excellent stuff, always smile and willing to help. One little minus: very basic breakfast: pastries and coffee (delicious one!). Acceptable for short stay. Nevertheless on close area of the hotel you can find a lot of nice cafes and get proper breakfast.

This is our second stay at this hotel and as before it was excellent, fantastic location and value for money. Only one flaw.....the old fashioned lifts, make sure that there are no more than 2 people in them at any time.

I would say it was such an interesting stay. I was shocked when I arrived at late night, not seeing any hotel building nearby as the hotel itself is combined with other hotels in the same building. Only see the name on the door bell and feel a bit dissappointed before enter to hotel. However, it was a good stay after staying there. The staff are friendly and the bedroom is big and clean. The air-conditioning is cold enough (which is so important if you travel in summer!!). Overall, it was a nice stay I would say. Will definitely go back next time! Lift a bit too small but so interesting when you see such a "small and old style" lift now..^^ But it is safe, dont worry! The breakfast room is quite small, please ensure you go early if you don't want to wait for your table!

Convenient location close to Termini and metro station. Rooms large and clean, though somewhat dated. Good size bathroom and shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Elevator does not work when all three doors are not closed. On several occasions we had to walk up or down 3 long flights of stairs. There must be a way to remedy this situation!

The Hotel was located close to the train station so easy to get to and from places. The street looked a bit ghettoish so a bit scary for a single female but the hotel was lovely, the room was big and comfortable. The hotel staff and reception clerk were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Would book it again on my next trip. The street this Hotel was located in was not very nice and there are market stalls along half of the street which makes it difficult for taxi's to access the hotel so walking with the luggage is necessary but being so close to the train station easy to access and saves taxi fare.

I chose this hotel because it's close to train station and can do late check in. The room was huge. Breakfast was bad. The location was dirty and scary in the night. But around train station is never clean anyway.

This is our second stay at this hotel for a reason. The first time the owners helped enormously when the airline lost our luggage and items were stolen from it. The owners went out of their way to make phone calls and keep up advised abour messages from the airline. This service made us want to go back. Added to the great location near the Termini train station, fantastic rates and rooms, we wouldn't bother to try anywhere else. Great restaurant advice and help planning additional sightseeing were invaluable this time around. Didn't say 'goodbye' at the end of our five days, just 'see you next time'.

The proximity to Termini Train station, Bus for Airport,Friendly staff and rooms which were neat and clean. There are some restaurants nearby with additional options just across the road to Termini, making it perfect spot. Availability of Hot running water needs to be improved. Breakfast options need to be expanded - Hardly a choice. No complaints as such, considering you have options nearby.

Nice. Clean and big room (by European hotel standarads), very friendly and helpful owners - three brothers Antonio, Fabio and Massimo who run this hotel are extremely cordial and helpful. Thye went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even gave us a decent discount, we ended up paying less than what we had signed up through the Booking.com!

Location was good for what was important to us. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Security was good. The bed was firm and the pillows very hard and uncomfortable (for me). The breakfast was very basic. Cereals and/or fruit would have been nice. The juice was very powdery tasting and not pleasant. The coffee was variable, sometimes cold. The tiled floors really needed a rug by the bedside.

Everything was wonderful. Staff, room 303 was huge, both room and bathroom. Big window in room and big window in bathroom.Internet was fast, was down a few times but no big deal during a 7 day stay. Desk, wardrobe, small fridge, room cleaned every day, close to Termini. There is nothing wrong with the area. We felt very safe. Lots of eateries and little shops. There is no need to look any further, just book the room and enjoy

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and made me feel like home. I found my room spacious and silent. The boothroom is also very comfortable. In general the hotel would deserve higher ranking than 2stars If you want to ensure silence and calmness ask the hotel to book your room in the side of the yard since there is a daily market place on the street side. I highly recommend the hotel since the location and facilities in general are optimal. The breakfast was little bit humble, no cheese or ham, only white bread sweet bakery products youghurt and marmelade and juice, but coffee was excellent+++

The location of the hotel to Termini Station was perfect. The room was very spacious with a modern bathroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Shuttle Bus to the airport was just outside the station about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There was no traffic noise from the street - a very quiet room.

Loved this hotel! it was a little hard to find, missed the sign a couple times but it was worth the trouble. Reception was the cutest guy who gave us good suggestions for dinner. The room was spacious (might have just been the triple room, i had a peak at the other rooms while it was being cleaned....and it didn't look as large) but there is a little common area between 3-4 rooms on the floor, good for a little midnight snack or a light lunch if you don't want to go out to eat

My husband and I were very impressed with the security at this hotel. Since it is very close to Termini Station we liked the fact that the entrance required you to be buzzed in. We also liked the very large (by European standards) shower and the small balconey that we had. We found the mattress very hard, and the lighting in the room a bit too low. The breakfast was quite nice, but very basic. But all in all we would stay here again.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and I think it was worth the money. The location isn't the best but it is close to the train station so that's a plus. I read someone else's review about the markets being outside the hotel at night but during my stay that wasn't a problem at all.

“First of all, the owner of this b&b deserves an a+ for his cordial personality, shared knowledge of Rome and some of its travel nuances, and for being a customer-oriented problem solver. The room was large, the bathroom was one of the largest ones we've had in the past year, and everything worked, thankfully including the hair dryer, There was even a fan in the room, which made sleeping in July very comfortable. This b&b is near restaurants, magnificent churches, bus stops, the main train station, and metro, all of which made our trip to the fabulous city of Rome, with its friendly piazzas and its ancient sites, a most memorable and informative experience. ” Richard, Apo Ae |
