Very quiet hotel, only 5 minute walk from Termini train station. Very clean! Large room with modern bathroom. The staff was very polite and helpful. For breakfast, excellent cappucino made by Massemo himself, juice, fresh pastries and yogourt every morning. For a short stay in Rome, this is an excellent place to stay. The map from Booking.com was not good. If you come by train, you pass through the station to get to " Via Marsala" at the back of the train station. From there, you will find "Via Milazzo" (2nd street on your right). The hotel is on the left side of the street only three blocks from the Termini. There is only a little sign on the building...a little difficult to find.

The Hotel was located close to the train station so easy to get to and from places. The street looked a bit ghettoish so a bit scary for a single female but the hotel was lovely, the room was big and comfortable. The hotel staff and reception clerk were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Would book it again on my next trip. The street this Hotel was located in was not very nice and there are market stalls along half of the street which makes it difficult for taxi's to access the hotel so walking with the luggage is necessary but being so close to the train station easy to access and saves taxi fare.

The hotel is in an old apartment building (offers quite a bit historical flavor). The rooms are spacious. We booked two rooms. They have different styles, both are comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Termini station. The staff are extremely nice. Nothing. A happy stay.

The staff consists of the father and his two sons who own the hotel; they speak english and are very helpfull. The location is 1 1/2 blocks from the train terminal and is therefore very centrally located to most of Rome via the two metro subway lines. The hotel is in a building that was constructed in the late 1880's and is in its own wing of the building. The rooms are very clean and the furniture is up to date. The price for the location was very reasonable and on our next rip to Rome we will again stay there.

The hotel has strategic location close to Termini station just about 5 minutes walk from there. The hotel is situated on quited street with very small traffic, during day you can find market there. The hotel staff was very helpfull, breakfast was a little bit light but this was expected. From Termini station you have easy access to both metro lines and buses so you can easily explore Rome with all attractions.

Everyone was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We got a nice breakfast every morning, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect because it is right by the metro/train station which we used everyday. I really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. I would definately ask for restaurant suggestions because we did not and some of the closer places were not very good.

Excellent staff...excellent location...clean and quiet rooms. The included breakfast was a bit on the light side, but that is what is usually offered in most Italian hotels. No surprises on this subject.

The location near the Roma Termini was great. Easy walking distance to Metro and bus lines. The owners were very helpful with directions and dining recommendations (both that we tried were wonderful!). Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was continental but adequate. Would definitely stay again.

Superb central location. Ok it was only 2 stars, but that is purely a reflection of the lack of facilities E.G. Proper restaurant. To give you an idea, the hotel is more akin to a block of apartments than a hotel. If you want a clean, quiet place to stay with staff that couldn't be more helpful, then I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Hotel close to the railway station so convenient for connections but the area rather scruffy and has some unfortunate inhabitants. Check on google map for location as not the usual frontage for a hotel and could be difficult to find. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean, of a good size with air conditioning and mini bar. Had a room overlooking a scruffy back alley but was probably quieter than the ones facing the main road when they set up the morning market. Breakfast adequate but can run short of items; then just ask. Quite a few small, local restaurants that don't take advantage of tourist. Cereal and fruit would have been nice with breakfast.

Very correct simple hotel, the front desk people are very helpful and there 24hours.There are two locked doors to get through so very safe.Simply decorated and right by terminus so easy to get about.Street and area typical of a railway station .Breakfast a little boring but having read other reports of other hotels decided it was as good as many.Spotlessly clean. It was so easy to get the terravision bus back to the airport as it stopped at the end of the street. Two supermarkets nearby handy for teenagers who are always hungry We tried three restaurants in the area and they differed wildly so choose carefully. There is a little bar opposite hotel which was the best for coffee and cakes-very kind people and we enjoyed Rome a lot.

The brothers who own this hotel were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and had a really comfortable bed and was very quiet as it looked out on to the rear patio so we had 4 really good nights sleep. The location is also very good, especially as we arrived by train and is only a 5 minute walk away I would definitely stay there again Breakfast was a little sparse, bread and jam and a cup of tea or coffee with a croissant or a cake, but I think this seems to be the norm in this hotel price range. It was also a little difficult to find.

Very nice hotel, located in walking distance to Statione Termini (hub for train, metro, bus). Decent designed room, always clean, comfy bed. Excellent stuff, always smile and willing to help. One little minus: very basic breakfast: pastries and coffee (delicious one!). Acceptable for short stay. Nevertheless on close area of the hotel you can find a lot of nice cafes and get proper breakfast.

Nice. Clean and big room (by European hotel standarads), very friendly and helpful owners - three brothers Antonio, Fabio and Massimo who run this hotel are extremely cordial and helpful. Thye went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even gave us a decent discount, we ended up paying less than what we had signed up through the Booking.com!

Everything was wonderful. Staff, room 303 was huge, both room and bathroom. Big window in room and big window in bathroom.Internet was fast, was down a few times but no big deal during a 7 day stay. Desk, wardrobe, small fridge, room cleaned every day, close to Termini. There is nothing wrong with the area. We felt very safe. Lots of eateries and little shops. There is no need to look any further, just book the room and enjoy

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and made me feel like home. I found my room spacious and silent. The boothroom is also very comfortable. In general the hotel would deserve higher ranking than 2stars If you want to ensure silence and calmness ask the hotel to book your room in the side of the yard since there is a daily market place on the street side. I highly recommend the hotel since the location and facilities in general are optimal. The breakfast was little bit humble, no cheese or ham, only white bread sweet bakery products youghurt and marmelade and juice, but coffee was excellent+++

Loved this hotel! it was a little hard to find, missed the sign a couple times but it was worth the trouble. Reception was the cutest guy who gave us good suggestions for dinner. The room was spacious (might have just been the triple room, i had a peak at the other rooms while it was being cleaned....and it didn't look as large) but there is a little common area between 3-4 rooms on the floor, good for a little midnight snack or a light lunch if you don't want to go out to eat

My husband and I were very impressed with the security at this hotel. Since it is very close to Termini Station we liked the fact that the entrance required you to be buzzed in. We also liked the very large (by European standards) shower and the small balconey that we had. We found the mattress very hard, and the lighting in the room a bit too low. The breakfast was quite nice, but very basic. But all in all we would stay here again.

This is our second stay at this hotel for a reason. The first time the owners helped enormously when the airline lost our luggage and items were stolen from it. The owners went out of their way to make phone calls and keep up advised abour messages from the airline. This service made us want to go back. Added to the great location near the Termini train station, fantastic rates and rooms, we wouldn't bother to try anywhere else. Great restaurant advice and help planning additional sightseeing were invaluable this time around. Didn't say 'goodbye' at the end of our five days, just 'see you next time'.
