The owner of this hotel, 3 brothers, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They have upgraded the existing rooms and are adding more. The location is perfect for easy access to the Terminii mall and transportation. It was a great base of operations for touring Rome. |

This hotel is a bargain for travelers to Rome who want convenient access to the Terminii mall and transportation and a friendly welcome. The brothers operating the hotel could not have been more hospitable and helpful. They have updated the facilities and are adding new rooms. |

Very close to the Termini train station. No need to get a taxi to the hotel! 3 min walk!! Rooms were very clean and cosy! Located in a safe area and hotel is very secure. Will stay here again. |

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a bonus with great coffee, teas, juice and yogurt. For breakfast there was a nice selection of fresh bread, pastries and jams. The location was great for using the Metro, trains,buses and the airport coach. There was 24 hour reception with helpful staff. We felt very secure as reception controlled access to the rooms and there was also a "Free" safe in our room. On our final day reception collected our cases from our room and stored them until late evening. I would use this hotel again. |

We have chosen this hotel on the basis of previous comments and the choice was actually optimal. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location, nice, comfortable and fully equipped rooms, much better than other hotels in Rome of the same category; it looks like, at least, three star hotel, rather than a two star-. |

We had a large comfortable room, quiet and conveniently located to public transportation. The hotel clerks were very accommodating and suggested local restaurants for eating that were very satisfactory. They were able to advise us about local travel needs. |

The staff were very friendly and gave good guidance on what to see in Rome. We had brought our own maps but preferred the one given to us by the hotel. There was also someone there 24 hours so it felt very safe. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day and towels replaced. |

Very efficient staff, accommodating and professional. They went out of their way to assist me in various occasions. The place is extremely clean, quiet and very safe. During the correspondence there was immediate response to my inquiries and I got all my questions answered. The room was small but well designed and the little fridge kept the drinks cold. The bathroom was extremely clean. Not a single complaint about the hotel. Looking forward to visit the hotel again The hotel is part of a condo association and is hard to find it first as there is no sign. Once inside there is no problem whatsoever |

The 3 brothers who were running the hotel are very helpful, very friendly speaks English very well. The breakfast are adequate, rooms are very clean. We atayed 2 nights before our cruise, so wasy to find from Roma Termini a short walk and we stayed again for another night after our cruise. No problem finding the place from to and from the airport |

Location was great for our trip. We felt quite safe, and found having the market in front of the hotel actually kept the street noise pretty low. Nothing. Was a good choice. Would definitely stay here again. |

Very close proximity to Stazione Termini. The building was very secure and quiet. The rooms were large for Europe and very clean. The brothers that operate the hotel could not have been any more friendly or helpful. |
