The location and the helpfulness of the staff. I got a room that was very quiet and spacious.

The hotel was very clean,comfortable and central. The presentation of a cake in my room because it was my birthday was much appreciated and unexpected.

The staff was very friendly/helpful. My room was very large. (Junior suite). The breakfast was amazing. Probably the best I've had in Europe personally. I was very impressed. Next time I go to Venice I won't shop around. I know where to go.

The hot tub for my room (balcony) was broken. It leaked the water when I tried to fill it. They came up to fix it, and the next night (in the midddle of the night while I was sleeping) they called to tell me it was leaking out of the roof again. They only called because they thought I was trying to use it again when it was messing up. Not a big deal, just strange since we hadn't even used it since filling it.

Great room had a small valcony, which was very relaxing. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.

To tell the trough we had some problems with the rooms. The first room was excellent good but it had a bad smell coming possibly from the fan coils. Although the staff tried to fix it they failed so we changed room. The only available room had a low ceiling (of course it was cheaper). Anyway I think it was a bad coincidence for us.

The hotel is very central and a good base very close to St Marks Square

The hotel has no dinning facilities although it does offer a 15% of at a couple local restaurants; however the price of the food and drinks around this area is very expensive.

Staff where extremely pleasant and helpful.

Ideally located just meters away from la Piazza, yet very calm. Has a brand new wine bar in the neughbouring hotel, belonging to the group, and two restaurants in 20 m distance. Richly decorated, very high ceiling room and very friendly staff.

Location was fantastic and hotel is easy to find - Room clean & very large. Breakfast was lovely the Champagne is a nice touch. Marcus at the front desk was a huge help points you in the right direction and has lots of tips.

Selected package deal - Dinner is based off a set menu with limited selection, service was poor food quality was standard. However the package deal is still the better option given there was no cost difference between room priced with or without package option, especially since a Water Taxi to Murano will run you €35.
