In front of Rialto Bridge, Hotel Rialto features a terrace with views of the Grand Canal. It offers traditionally furnished Venetian rooms and suites with satellite TV.

Score from 355 reviews Excellent
The location was within 3 minutes walk of all attractions. The hotel was in a quiet location, with its own water landing and was very quaint. The top floor suite with the hot tub was a great room and vantage point overlooking the roof tops of venice
The breakfast was limited and a bit hap hazard.
Elevator and lobby. Needs update.
Excellent hotel in excellent location, St.Mark square only a couple of minutes walk away. Friendly, professional staff, spatious room.
Very slow wi-fi, but, coming from a country with very advanced Internet provision, this is a constant complaint when traveling to many European cities.
Helpfull Staff. Spacioues Rooms.
Breakfast poor standard. Eggs from Powder. Not fresh. Bacon more like grilled proscuitto. Juice was fruit drink. Awful frankly. Rooms and furniture looking tired. Public areas not clean and tidy during the day.
Fresh baked pastries every day for breakfast. The staff were very accomodating and polite and would go out of their way to help. The room was massive, with a separate sitting room and jacuzzi bath tub - very nice. The view from the bedroom windows was great as we had a corner room overlooking the canal where the gondolas sailed along under the little bridges. Had a lovely time.
Good price for the location (close to San Marco and in a happening little neighborhood) Staff was really nice (had a problem with a clogged shower and they addressed it immediately) The bed was actually one full double bed (rather than two twins - a rarity in Italy!)
The bed we had in our bedroom desperately needed to be replaced (it had a huge concave towards the middle so every time my husband and I went to bed we would find each other smashed together in the middle). I am not picky when it comes to sleeping and yet this made it hard for me to get some quality rest.
Location Courtyard facility enabling us to relax in the evening and enjoy the fresh air and ambience of the canalside location
Time that it took to order drinks, which depend on an arrangement with a neighbouring wine bar. If this was better explained to guests it would be comparatively easier simple to cross the path and order them directly rather than have to wait for the bar tender to have the time to come accross and take the order and then subsequently deliver it.
excellent location with a little jetty which meant our water taxi could drop us directly at the door. the hotel also has a small canal-side garden area which was lovely to relax in late in the evening, and also in which to wait for our return taxi. staff were excellent -really friendly, professional and efficient-and gave us some great recommendations for places for dinner, which we very much enjoyed. all in all a great find. would definitely stay there again!
Location excellent Staff very friendly eficient and helpful Outdoor area by canal
Hotel could do with a bit of a spruce up otherwise very good
Location and staff.
A bit much "wear and tear" which could have been updated.
The hotel was in an excellent location just off St Marks Square. Very central for all the sights. We stayed in the attic suite which had a hot tub on the terrace - which was amazing!!!
The decor in the hotel was a bit faded - it could do with new carpets and being painted. The website says the hotel offers afternoon tea but it doesn't. It would be great if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room
We stayed 2 nights. The location is excellent near to all the major attractions and transport point. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a suite. The staff at the reception and breakfast rooms were very helpful and friendly.I would definitely recommend the happy hours cocktail drinks at the lounge in the sister hotel across the road very good selection of wine and good buffet spreads.
Breakfast spread was limited especially the hot food selection- only 2 items . Other than this nothing negative about this hotel.
Location is perfect! Room very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast enough.
All is fine
The location was excellent, and the staff at the beginning and middle of our stay were excellent shame about checkout staff. Once they have your money they don't care.
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and too small. The room is worn out and when we tried to leave to catch a boat bus to our train, the paths were flooded. Which is a regular occurrence in Venice. Instead of helping to move our luggage to the boat with a trolley they sold us plastic bags to put on our feet to carry and shuttle our heavy luggage by ourselves wading through knee deep water with no assistance. Not impressed. Will never stay again nor suggest anyone else to stay here.
Marco and the other staff were brilliant and the hotel is simply stunning. The location is perfect for exploring Venice and San Marco. We stayed in the junior suite and had a view of the bridge of sighs from our room. Definitely recommend the Dona Palace and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The bed, hard and not to my taste
The size of the room! Was impressive! The gentle lady bringing the breakfast to the room. That we got an upgraded room and the location of the hotel.
The mattress was very old. You could feel the resorts in ur bag. Also, the guy helping with the suitcases... He just stand still at the door of the room until we put together a tip. Very uncomfortable, specially if u don't have euros with u.
