Friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Good to get help with town plan including map. Good English speaking staff - helped alot! Excellent location. Good hotel - clean, with the bedroom etc. more than adequate. Good Wi-Fi service.

Would of liked cash machine (out of banking hours), but this was not a real probem.

Nice hotel......

Really delighted with our stay at this hotel. We used Padua as a base to visit Verona and Venice and the hotel Donatello proved an excellent choice in this regard. The location is very central, the hotel very comfortable, the staff pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast very copious. We were delighted with our choice.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms and the hotel itself are a little "tired", but this is obviously related to the age of the facility and the city.

On-site parking, very pleasant staff, good location opposite Basilica..

Difficult to find and enter garage (hairpin turn past news stand and restaurant tables, very narrow passageway). Room was dark and a little dingy. 40-watt bulbs.

Walked out the front door and saw the Saint Anthony Basillico. Staff was friendly. They were helpful with transportation informatioin,local events,resturants and shopping.

Its location because we were visiting sant antonio. The staff were very friendly and carring.

The location is excellent, just near Basilica di S.Antonio. Stuff is very helpful and pleasant.

The bathroom in our room was a bit out-dated, but functional and clean. It is more a 3 star than 4 star hotel.

Very comfortable, elegant, affable, kind and friendly hotel. The hotel is really patrician and traditional place, there is in the absolut centre of the historical center, five steps to San Antonio Basilica and Orto Botanico, Prato della Valle, etc.... The staff is excellent, kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The parking place is under the hotel, but only for the smaller cars. Summary: Absolute suggested!

Comfortable, good location and ver friendly staff, In a safe and quiet location, short taxi ride to train station, which made easy to get to other location eg. Venice.

The best position in Padova with no exeption. Nice garage for motorcycle included in price.

A bit worn rooms, and hotel in general, but price/performance is ok.

We were very pleased about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We came there for the Palio. The city was vibrating and full of passion. The day of the Palio was an experience I never will forget: 40000 people standing on the Piazza del Campo in totally silence while one lonely voice declaring the order of the horses to start. It was a silence as loud I never heard in my live before. In contrast the hotel was a peaceful oasis and a place to recreate from this caldron.

Marvellous location overlooking basilica and equestrian statue. Helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent value for money.
