Hotel Donatello

The shower was great and the bathroom was spacious, but that's about it to like this hotel.

The worst thing was the noise. During our stay I hardly slept. From 5 am to almost 8 am we kept hearing people talking and moving chairs and tables and bumping around. The next morning we talked with the reception and was told that there was a group of very old people (around 70) arrived next to us early in the morning. So either these old people next to us were super active like little kids, or one could simply hear everything from the entire hotel. The hotel itself is like a labyrinth. Our room was located on the ground floor, but we had to take one elevator up and walked through a zigzag corridor and took another elevator down. The location was outside of the tourist features. It took 10-15 min walk to the center.

Удобное расположение относительно вокзала и центра города. Приятный персонал. Просторный номер.

Были в ноябре в период дождей. Ночью номер отапливается посредством кондиционера - шумно, мешает спать, приходилось открывать окно, тогда кондиционер выключался автоматически. В ванной комнате ОЧЕНЬ холодно, не отапливается никак.

la proximidad a la estación central de santa Maria Novella, la tranquilidad de la zona y lo cerca que que está de los monumentos y zonas de interés.

Si, el equipo de la calefacción es muy ruidoso

Hotel bien situé ,sur une des seules places arborées du centre de Florence. Chambres très correctes et très bon petit déjeuner (buffet)

Hotel molto curato, pulito e bello. Personale cordialissimo. Ottima posizione.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof sehr schnell zu finden und die Lage ist ruhig, da ein kleiner Park vor dem Hotel ist. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein sauberes und großes Zimmer. Gute Lage.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, aber auch nicht ohne ein Paar Minuspunkten. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur zentral bedienen. Frühstückraum ist zu klein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem Fenster zur Straße. Man könnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, weil es zu viel Lärm und Abgasen rein kamen,. Mit dem geschlossenen Fenster war es aber gut. Es kam genug Luft über die Klimaanlage rein.

La pulizia della camera lasciava un po` a desiderare. La nostra camera, all`ultimo piano, era molto calda ma il condizionatore non poteva essere attivato autonomamente, bensi` si richiedeva di contattare la reception per poterlo attivare. Di questo non eravamo stati informati al momento del check-in.
