The staff was friendly and helpful and most of the members of the staff spoke sufficient English. Easy access to busses and trams. Subway was only a couple of blocks away. Street noise was a little annoying. |

Well-situated hotel 10 mins from the Colosseum but not in the busy area. Staff friendly and hotel clean. I visited with 2 grandchildren so the 3 bed room was very good for us. Reasonably priced. Nearest eating place is a cafe, 5 minutes away which is adequate. We discovered a good eating place 15 mins away but you have to find it,Pretty straightforward from the hotel if you know it exists. |

The Donatello hotel has a great situation and fantastic back yard view. The rooms and corridors are very well decorated. The staff and the owners are friendly and helpful. |

Location - worth for the money. Reception is good especially the women who work during December 30th morning. Small room and no extra facilities e.g kettle to boil water, soap. |

Das Personal ist auf Extra-Wünsche eingegangen und hat freundlich Fragen beantwortet. Wir durften schon 1 Stunde vor der Eincheck-Uhrzeit einchecken! Das Hotel war zentral gelegen; man konnte mit dem Bus & der Straßenbahn im 5-Minuten-Takt zum Hauptbahnhof (Termini) fahren und dort zur Metro umsteigen (die Fahrt dauert ca. 10 Minuten). Die Bushaltestelle & die Straßenbahn waren ca. 1 Gehminute vom Hotel entfernt und man konnte diese Verkehrsmittel sogar mit der Metrokarte mitbenutzen. Obwohl zentral gelegen, war es im Zimmer ruhig. Die Zimmer im Keller sind dank der Terrasse sehr hell und man kann dort abends/nachts draußen den Tag ausklingen lassen und für sich sein. Das Hotel, insbesondere das Bad war sehr sauber. Ich hätte ein Frühstücksbuffet vorgezogen; pro Person bekamen wir ein Buttercroissant, ein Brötchen und Zwieback mit Aufstrich und dazu Kaffee und heiße Milch. Dennoch war alles liebevoll zubereitet und wir hätten auf Anfrage bestimmt auch mehr bekommen. |

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, para el precio que pagué. Es muy limpio y los cuartos son modernos y con una bonita decoración. Excelente relación beneficio/costo Los alrededores del hotel en la noche son oscuros y hace parecer como inseguro, aunque no lo es. La persona de la recepción el primer día (un señor mayor) no fue muy amable, y hablaba mal de nuestro país. Pero los demás días, las otras personas fueron muy amables. |

Největší předností tohoto hotelu je příjemný personál,čistota a cena.Za takovou cenu jsem v žádném případě nečekala luxus,který nám při pobytu nabídl hotel Donatello.Personál se uměl skvěle domluvit anglicky a vždy byl ochoten nám pomoci při hledání dopravy nebo památky.Vřele můžu tento hotel všem doporučit. |

Das das Zimmer sehr billig war und doch ziemlich gross und gemuetlich, war alles drin und gab's auch einen Balkon noch dazu! Die Enttaeuschung kam am Ende, da ich morgens sehr frueh zurueckfliegen musste und es noch keinen Bus zum Flughafen fahrte. Der Besitzer war sehr "hilfsbereit und nett" und hat mir eine "Taxi" um 5 Uhr bestellt. Dann kam aber keine Taxi, sondern ein Privatauto, wahrscheinlich ein Bekannter des Chefs. Ich hatte keine ander Alternative mehr,es war kurz vor dem Abflug und ist keine Taxi mehr vorbeigefahren. Ich musste voller Angst mit dem Typ alleine Fahren. Dieses Vegnuegen kostete mir 55 Euro, wobei die Taxis haben (gesetzlich geregelte) Pauschaltarife fuer 40 Euro! |

Tout l'intérieur ayant été refait récemment est très fonctionnel. La situation est bonne, sans être centrale : bus à 50m pour la gare Termini qui communique avec les deux lignes de métro de Rome. Le quartier n'est pas vivant mais calme. Pour être en accord avec l'intérieur, la façade devrait être rénovée, mais c'est secondaire pour le visiteur. |

qualità del letto - discreta dotazione del bagno - televisione - arredo - il prezzo conveniente (ma la tariffa richiesta dall'hotel era più alta di quella di Booking) frigo bar vuoto - neanche una bottiglia di acqua; rumori di motori (tipo impianti di condizionamento o riscaldamento) molto fastidiosi durante la notte. |
