Henkilökunnan huomaavaisuus ja ystävällisyys ensi hetkestä alkaen. Rauhallinen sijainti, rauhalliset huoneet. Viehättävät yleiset tilat, jossa säilytetty hienosti vanhan luostarin piirteet. Hyvä aamiainen.

Joku saattaisi häiriintyä hotellin tiloissa ilmeisesti hyvin usein pidettävistä ulkopuolisten juhlatilaisuuksista, me emme kokeneet häiriöksi.

Historiallisuus, todella mukava henkilökunta, uniikki, kaikki toimi erinomaisesti.

Hotellissa oli ainoastaan baari, lähistöllä paljon hyviä ravintoloita, mutta tämä ei korvannut hotellin ravintolan puutetta. Ilmastointi ei täysin toiminut.

Ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta, vanhasta ympäristöstä, laadukkuudesta.

The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There are beautiful small streets to explore in the neighborhood and a large park close to the hotel. The hotel is in a very old building that is also nice to explore. You can hear a bell ringing the hour and quarter hours in the neighborhood. The staff are very nice.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is positioned in a nice area and within walking distance of everything. The building and little courtyard garden are really pretty - highly recommend.

A delightful hotel well located in the Trastevere district. The staff were very polite and professional, on arriving we had a problem with the air-conditioning in our room but this was quickly rectified with a change to another room. The hotel interior including that of the rooms themselves reflects the character of the hotel's previous life as a monastery and really adds to the atmosphere of a stay in Rome, highly recommended. Very comfortable rooms even during the heat of Rome's summer.

This is the most amazing hotel in Rome. They exceeded our every expectation. The staff was absolutely amazing and they ALL went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The front desk manager (Emanuella) was particularly helpful with everything we could possibly need in Rome and at the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the setting is beyond your imagination - Hollywood couldn't do it that well. We have stayed in the most famous hotels in Europe and this one was up there with the very best settings anywhere.

We could have stayed there for a month.

Clean, quiet, courtyard, location and proximity to most attractions

Elegant surroundings, courteous, friendly and efficient staff and great location in the charming Trastevere district. Unique and beautiful setting in the heart of Rome.

Late-night wedding reception with live music until the early hours of the morning on one night of our stay. We were exhausted so it didn't disturb us too much but may not be acceptable to some customers in an otherwise very peaceful and relaxing setting. Despite this fact we would certainly return as this is an excellent hotel.

I appreciated the hotel being so close to train stations and shopping. The staff was very helpful and warm. The staff knew alot of current information about local happenings.
