That I need it a cre for wi-fi every time
Room and staff ... Also location , as its very interesting area
The hotel was wonderful - the history, ambience, friendly staff, and proximity to the Vatican and Travestere was perfect! I would recommend this to everyone!!!!
Nothing I didn't like. *Note* Had to walk up 3 stairs to get to elevator and then a small flight of stairs on our floor. Fine for me but not if you are a person who can't use stairs. Their may be other options I wasn't made aware of.
Trastevere is definitely the best place to stay in Rome. Quieter and trendier. Hotel is large and lovely. Great breakfast selection. free WiFi. Lovely helpful and cheerful staff.
Not completely quiet. Not below average, but the floors are tiles. And on a windy night it can get noisy.
Beautiful hotel, converted convent, in a nice neighborhood. Quite an easy walk into the city center.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Everything within walking distance and plenty of bars and restaurants near by that are sensibly priced.
Nothing to dislike
Location, the room and view and a great breakfast
Location Charm of hotel
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Will recommend it to friends.
Fire alarm went off at 3am on our last night. Took over 30 minutes to fix
This was our second time staying here because this hotel has a wonderful peaceful atmosphere and yet is reasonably close to all the major sites to visit in Rome. It is located in the Trastavere section of Rome, which we love to walk at night, and also enjoy some great restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the parking on site in a major city is a huge convenience.
Location, it is far away from local attraction and little bit costly to use taxi every time .
i like the hospitality of the staff
Shower in bath, city tax 24 euro not included in initial booking.com price.
Perfect location in trastevere, romantic atmosphere.
not easy connection with bus/metro, the double bed was two single matresses connected, the bathroom facilities needed restoration
the breakfast was very rich, the wifi quality very good, and the room very clean
The hotel is some distance from tram into centre of town, some of it uphill/ downhill, so if not good at walking, need to be aware of this. If want to be critical, it would be helpful to have a waste bin in bedroom , the one in bathroom too small
Excellent local restaurants ..beautiful building in particular the old refractory room ,where the excellent breakfast is served.staff were so helpful and pleasant; nothing was too much trouble.
We paid an extra 30 Euros per night for a better room, but the heater was not working. The breakfast was poor. There are much better hotels for better prices; it was expensive compared to the services offered.
The location was good.
·Their wifi is not really working... ·If mainly traveling by bus or subway, living here would be a little inconvenient.
·living in an ancient monastery is indeed impressive. ·Large and quite room. ·Delicious breakfast.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room in the cellar
The beauty of historical esthetics and simplicity. Very nice breakfast.
Excellent in all respects
Still two nuns in the part of the hotel that is still a nunnery. Great building in Trastevere, quiet, clearn and with a superb garden and view from roof terrasse.
Trastevere is a great location. Hotel is beautiful and quiet with a very helpful staff, nice breakfast and beautiful garden.
Very friendly staff, good service, superb localisation for sightseeing and testing local cooking
The room was way too hot (26°c) and airconditioning was not on so only way to sleep was to open all windows despite the rain. One window was equipped with a shutter that could not be opened more than a few inches which is a pity as it provided the niciest view on the city
Historical building, very nicely renovated, great views on the city, very quiet, excellent breakfast and friendly staff
For a 4 star hotel the bed was very comfortable however the bedding/pillows could use updating
The quiet away from the madding crowds, the pleasant and helpful staff and the unique hotel experience
Room walls need a bit of TLC
Location, historical building and the GARDEN!
The only thing it lacks is a resturant, although the breakfasts and light snacks are delicious.
Most beautiful old convent with amazing views of Rome from roof top terrace and lovely garden. All the staff very friendly and helpful. A joy to stay in this magic place. Touching that it still has a few nuns and a consecrated church. It would be a wonderful place for a wedding.
