Under a new management since 2010, this modern 4-star hotel, is set in a rich, green area just 380 yards from the shores of Lake Garda. Rooms, suites and apartments are available at Hotel Donna Silvia, and all feature minibars, air conditioning, satellite TV and internet access. Most rooms and suites offer a panoramic balcony or patio. The large apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, a loft area, and panoramic terraces with views of the Rocca di Manerba castle. We stayed in the 4-person apartments (same building as the hotel rooms). They were really spacious and very comfortable, more than enough space for 4 persons. Very clean and brand new. Staff was friendly, everyone spoke decent English or German. The beach was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, there were 3 restaurants and an ice cream parlour right next door (great ice cream). Car park in the underground. All in all, a great place! Probably the only downside was the swimming pool - very small. Ok to lay next too but not big enough for swimming. Not a massive disadvantage for us - we spent most of the day on a very cosy beach just 5 minutes away from the hotel.

It was close to the lake. Not a 4 star hotel, damp sheets, no english tv channels, nothing to do during the day or night, no room service, no bar service. Poor communication from staff who were very unhelpful gave directions to a bar that wasn't there. Staff also accused us of damaging light fixtures, and did not even apologise when a painting fell off the wall hitting me on the head.

Big tow-level unit, new hotel.Apart has a separate big nice parent's bedroom and big lounge with upper gallery with child bedroom. Very spacious terrace.Quite location.Opposite the hotel there is a nice restaurant with very big portions of meals and cheap price. Four people with abudant dinner spend 58 eur there (it is almost three times as cheap as in Verona). Location is not so convenient, it is rather far from attractions like Gardaland or Sirmione but it is quite and not overcrowded. In 300 meters there is a nice long pebble beach with boats and cycles available. WIFI not available in the rooms. Proper cable not available. Breakfast not very generous.No cleaning of aparts.

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Es war von uns ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, jedoch war nur noch eine Suite frei, die natürlich zum gleichen Preis an uns weitergegeben wurde. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Hotel unter Führung von Donna Helga war sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr saubere und gepflegte Zimmer sowie deutschsprachiges Personal. Vor allem die Einrichtung der Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch. Die Chefin des Hauses war außerordentlich aufmerksam und achtete besonders auf unauffälligen und akkuraten Service durch das Pflegepersonal und die Servicekräfte. Das Frühstück war immer reichhaltig und absolut ausreichend. Immer frisches Obst und alle anderen notwendigen Frühstücksutensilien vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren voll klimatisiert, was angesichts von Temperaturen in der zweiten Junihälfte von stabil 30 Grad und mehr nötig war. Besonders empfehlenswert ist unser Zimmer Nr. 309 gewesen mit einem traumhaften Panoramablick über den Lago di Garda. Eine Tiefgarage, die im Preis enthalten ist, hielt unseren Wagen auch stets auf 20 Grad! In Manerba di Garda hat man eine gute Basisstation für Reisen rund um den Gardasee sowie nach Verona, Brescia und auch bis nach Venedig und Mailand, wenn man über die Autobahn fährt. Ein ausgesprochen gelungener Urlaub im Hotel von Donna Helga! alles top!

Das Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet, mit einem angenehmen Raumduft zur Begrüßung versehen und besaß ein helles Bad sowie eine kleine Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist landesüblich. Die 2 benachbarten Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen !! Der Pool ist sauber. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel, denn von dort aus kann man viele Ausflugsziele erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren in der Vorsaison im Hotel und hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Garten / Pool (absolut ruhig). Kühlschrank, Internet, tv, Klima, ausreichend Schränke .... alles super. Frühstück I.O., tg groß / Außenstellpl. Auf Grundstück ausreich. Vorhanden. Sehr sehr nette Hotelchefin (Helga) !!! Wir kommen noch mal in das Donna Silvia Hotel. Wellnesbereich / Sauna haben wir aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht genutzt. Hatten das Hotel aufgrund der Lage und der beschriebenen Ausstattung gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Radl absolut I.O. aber mit 18,-€/Tag zu teuer.

La struttura è nuova, cerca di copiare un po' lo stile americano, nel complesso è gradevole. Buona la colazione continentale abbastanza abbondante e la posizione a 2-300 metri dal lago. Noi ci siamo stati per un weekend di fine ottobre. Quindi totalmente fuori stagione. E la località di Manerba fuori stagione è desolante, ma di questo non hanno colpa I gestori! La colpa invece è quella di chiamare Welness Center ciò che è un piccolo centro estetico con una piccolissima sauna (da 2-3 persone) e un bagno turco da 3-4 persone.. Il tutto accompagnato da soli 4 lettini relax per un albergo di 25 camere..

Our first words when we entered the hotel were "WOW"...It's just beautiful! Looks like a luxury hotel, for an affordable price. The location is a bit off Garda's attraction, however if you're travelling with a car it really doesn't matter, maybe 3 min extra drive. Located in a quite romantic place, close to the lake, surrounded by mountains. Newly built, modern design, we had a room with private terrace...In two words- just perfect, we really LOVED it

Le stanze sono carine e pulite nonché sufficientemente spaziose. Ristoranti molto vicini e di buona qualità. Il paese fuori stagione e abbastanza desolato. Molto comodo per visite al lago che si trova a non più di 300 M. Ottima colazione. Comodo parcheggio interno e staff cortese. Leggermente piccolo il bagno e la doccia, l'asciuga capelli poco funzionale
