The Hotel and room was nice and clean. They had a great breakfast buffet Monica and the Service staff were plesent. They mislead me about the convience of the location. I got terrible directions several times and got lost. They seemed uncaring that a Woman traveling alone in Rome was lost, walking at night and after several phone calls crying , they never suggested calling a cab.It was scary and a horrible experience! The Internet was $12. a day. This is free anywhere else! Dinner was a pre-fixed menu of $30. and the food was awful!!! The turkey (really cheap meat) was like shoe leather! Eat at the Pizza place up the street if you dare stay here. My room was overcharged by $100. and you both said take it up w/ the other guy or booking agency! Thanks alot for the help on your part, not!!! There was construction going on in the Hotel next door and they put me on top of it! With all the rooms they had I could have been placed on the other side of the building with plenty of rooms available. That was a big problem to try to relax with the jack hammer going at 8:00 am everyday!

It was a good value for money. Breakfest was nice & hotel Staff was very helpful. Internet solution (cards & codes for 24h) vere a pain. Location is not perfect - 10 min walk to Metro, far by foot etc.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We would say its excellent for young couples, as it combines a low price with a reasonable location, being within walking distance to both the centre (15 mins) and to the Vatican (25-30 mins). Additionally, we were pleasently surprised by the high standard of the interior, given that this is a low-price hotel. Recommended!

Friendly staff. Not far from the center or metro station. Hotel services were good as one can expect. Terrible noise. Along the river there is a high traffic road, full 3 lanes during the day, fast cars all night. I live in a high traffic city area so I'm not sensitive, but it was really bad. There was no heating in mid of March, it was a little bit cold in the evenings in the bathroom. There was only one highchair at breakfast for babies.

First and foremost the staff are great. The rooms and food are well above sufficient. Good Internet. Lovely views. Well situated to be peaceful and also close to Lerici's wonderful restaurants, especially for fish courses. Should stock Peroni or Nastro Azzuro.

Great hotel. A bit far from the action but close enough to metro. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hit or miss. The menu didn't change and the eggs were often green, but a nice variety of other foods.

Towels fresh every day. Restaurant was a joke. Set menu of three items and food was then served cold and some items served which were not on the menu. The pillows were very thin so had to ask for additional ones. Room supplied was not as paid for so complained and was moved to a larger room with the balcony as ordered. No kettle in the room.

The parking is an advantage. Room was clean. Our room was ready just around 15:00. That was annoying since we were with 2 years old daughter, very tired after the flight. The staff even haven't appologised, but explain that when written check in after 13:00 means that the room can be ready after 13:00 even at 15:00. The breakfast was very poor and the staff were pretty cold. Surely, this hotel is overpriced for what it gives

Hotel is nice and modern. Room is rather small but nice and very clean (the room, bathroom, bed & sheets, public areas). The bad is quite small, probably regular double bad size. Hotel stuff is very helpful and welcoming. Location is fare - 20 min. walk from Piazza del Popolo, 10 min. walk from metro and some buses, not to many restaurants or coffee shops near the hotel area. Hotel is on a noisy road but when windows are closed its OK. The breakfast is very poor. Some 3 stars hotel (and this is a 4 start hotel) serve a better breakfast. Takes time for dining room stuff to fill in missing items. Coffee is terrible and omelet s cold. Not a single vegetable

Comfortable room and king sized double bed. Plenty of power points, and desk and lamp for working. Good location, as we were working at Via Lepanto, less than 10 mins walk away. Also good for Lepanto Metro. Quiet residential area with few restaurants, but Caccia & Pepe, 5 mins away is good and very reasonable. On main road, so a bit noisy, but double glazing worked pretty well. Taxis ordered at front desk usually arrive very quickly (within 2-5 minutes). Breakfast. This was very poor for a 4* hotel. The only hot dish is scrambled egg - it could do with something to go with it - bacon, sausage? Awful coffee from machine - undrinkable. Fruit juice also not good - from machine. If you order a taxi for the airport from the front desk in advance, they get a smart, limo type taxi which costs about 50EUR, which is more than the normal taxi fare from a standard cab (which is now fixed at 40EUR).

The hotel was very comfortable. In a city that does not know English they were a respite. They were always friendly and helpful. The room was very nice for the price. The facilities were well kept. The rooftop restaurant / bar was not open every night. We were led to believe a romantic dinner could be had but only on given evenings. Also, the www was not available one day because of a meeting. Equipment had been moved and re-routed for attendees only.

An excellent hotel. Very good locking- in a castle/villa style which made us take it's photos again and again. Good location in- 3 minutes form the tram 10 minutes form the metro and 15 minutes from important sites. Good breakfast, excellent spa facilities, parking available (which is a huge issue in Rome), and excellent personnel. But as mentioned above- the winner is the hotel looks- it was excellent, and the price was fair. A very nice hotel, but some things can be improved: my wife was unsatisfied with the cleaning, which is important. The pillows variety should be wider (different shapes and types). The tv could be newer & bigger and the amount on English channels is low (only bbc & cnn). Russian tv channels are also appreciated.

It's best place to stay in Rome if you want to relax (far from the crowded places) after a day tour in the city of Rome. The fact that internet wasn't for free.
