nothing all was the best don't even listen to any one that will give bad critic not even a drop and believe me we go to a lot of hotels
Everythink was great. Room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. There was excelent when we come back from sightseeng and can relax in this hotel. The breakfast was also good. Only there was lack of vegetables. Personel was helpful.
Staff was great, especially the bartender Feb 10,11,12,13,14
Bed was VERY hard
good staff attitude
location a little remote from sights. Breakfast coffee not hot
The location is good. Staff was helpful (but not for the fist complain).
the wifi not working very well, always disconnected. The room was too small for 3 person. We have only 5 cm between the beds.
Helpful staff who remained patient dealing with the number of complaints had to make! In particular the charming lady on the back shift, and guy who worked the night shift.
Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was a wide selection of the cheapest quality. Room although clean and tidy, had issues with wobbly chairs. (I was even told they were meant to be like that!) I think the people who manage this place need to spend time staying there as mystery shoppers, to see what it's like to be a customer!
Everything was great.
the wifi wasn't so good.
Fantastic hotel, ideally located in a beautiful, safe, green, elegant area called Prati,10-15 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo. The hotel is spotless, classy, quiet with a super friendly staff,a very good breakfast a relaxing hot tub and very beautiful rooms. This is our beloved hotel as we visited it for second time and every time is greater than the other!
We travelled to Rome for 4 days. The hotel was in a good location but the staff was tragic!! Too rude they didn't care about helping us at all. They even gave us wrong information and directions when we asked them about visiting a site! They couldn't even communicate in English! No qualifications at all about being in the position of Reception! Finally, I forgot a personal item at their hotel and called them some hours after we left. They told me to send an email to them telling them what was all about! I did it. 2 days later when I called them they said they didn't find anything! Nothing more to say about them! Thieves and cheats! Never visit this place!
Rooms are very nice, staff very helpful.
Location is slightly less than optimal if one is interested in visiting tourist attractions.
Cosy rooms, very clean. The staff was more than helpful.
Breakfast was average but in a lovely room. The wifi was goof most of the time but some times it got tricky to have access
The room beautiful and was cleaned every day,the breakfast was very nice and yummy with lots of options and the staff were very frienfly and cooperative !!! (I asked for a late check out and I got it with no extra charge). The location is excellent and quite to start your adventure inRome since everything is close plus you see the Tivere from your room . I would definitely book here again! !!!!
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! !!
The micro location direct next to a very busy street. Luckily the windows manage to reduce the noise.
Terrible Internet speed, poor breakfast, just had egg and Sausage for hot meal and same menu for all days, poor spa and fitness equipments, Irregular redaction desk,
Nice building, good breakfast, good wifi, close to Roma center
Small parking place, nioses
Staff very good, location
-design -location -staff
-poor breakfast -noise isolation of rooms
Location from Metro station was not as far as expected - very near to Vatican and Spagna easily accessable with Metro A. WiFi speed was good; staff very attentive, polite and friendly - unusual for Italy!
First night was in an extraordinarily tiny room and A/C was not functioning; very unpleasent experience with more than 80% humidity outside - however, they have changed us the room the next day. Terrace was closed although wheather was sunny and constantly over 24 degrees.
Comfort of bedrooms. Variety of breakfast food. Quiet location. Two informative receptionists.
One arrogant and rude receptionist not prepared to help us with tourism enquiries. Service and food for evening meal was very average and poor value for money.
Really liked cappuccino in the breakfast and breakfast itself
Old keys instead of magnetic cards. Little bit uncomfortable and unsafety
Personnel is hospitable, cheerful and ready to help 24hrs / day. Rooms are amazing (I saw two of them). Hotels is located in a quiet place, not so far from Piazzo di Poppolo (~15 mins afoot) and Vatican (20 mins). Breakfast is yummy.
Strange wifi authorization system, low-speed internet access.
friendly staff; clear room; good location on the Tiber river side, not far from city centre and Trastevere/Vatican
Our Waiter/Bartender was excellent, he made the stay!
Excellent food and bar service. The front desk staff was business like to the point of being somewhat unfriendly. The female (with glasses) ignored guests when they approached the counter. They appeared to be more concerned with completing administrative tasks than making one feel at home. Limited air conditioning (came on in the evening and went off early in the morning) made sleeping very uncomfortable. Would not return or recommend the property to anyone.
