I didnt seen this horrible accomodation. I solved 2 hours Internet connection and finaly I didnt have any connection. Staff was wery lazy. When I cammed to breakfast thay diddnt have neither plate, spoon and knife. Finally when I decided move to another hotel thay charged me 290 eur more. This hotel I can only reccomend only for people who looking for horror house Filip Schovanek Czech Republic

The staff at this Hotel is very helpful. Moreover this hotel enjoys a very good location since it is very close (only 5 to 10 minutes drive) from the two main amusement parks (Gardaland and Moviepark). Also very close to the touristic villages around the lake. The breakfast is very poor and the room was too small for me, my wife and our two children who are 9 and 5 years of age.

Come punto di partenza, considerando che veniamo da perugia, è stato buono per poter visitare il lago a 360gradi La camera(il letto matrimoniale non aveva un materasso unico, ma 2 lettini accoppiati).dopo avergli chiesto di cambiare camera ci hanno detto che tutti I letti matrimoniali dell'hotel sono formati da due lettini accoppiati. E' un hotel soprattutto per piccoli gruppi di ragazzini che magari fanno una gita e noi abbiamo trovato per due notti consecutive 2 gruppi di ragazzini che fino a notte terda hanno tenuto nella hall una specie di discoteca con musica alta e rumori, e finita la festa hanno continuato nelle rispettive camere a sbattere porte e a fare confusione. Nemmeno il buffet della colazione era buono:succo oltemodo annacquato e poca scelta. In sintesi: pessimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.

La cordialità nell'accoglienza, camera pulita, colazione con un buon assortimento. Ottimo per Gardaland . La reception dell'hotel ha a disposizione dei biglietti scontati per l'ingresso (da cambiare però in biglietteria). Ritorneremo. ...la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno: mooolto lenta.

L'incredibile rapporto qualità/prezzo....per adesso senza dubbio il migliore, da questo punto di vista, nel quale abbia mai soggiornato. La colazione, inoltre, ha sfiorato la perfezione (voto 9,5), almeno per me Poco o nulla....all'interno della colazione mancavano yogurt e frutta. Per questo la colazione ha "solamente" sfiorato la perfezione

La buona posizione tra le varie attrattive della zona Personale incompetente al ricevimento. Tra l'altro hanno utilizzato senza alcuna autorizzazione la carta di credito inserita nella prenotazione come da Booking richiesto ancora prima del ns arrivo.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfreich und hat uns bei der Planung des Trips zum Tierpark Bussolengo (Parco Natura Viva, sehr empfehlenswert) und zur Stadt Verona geholfen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge mit dem Auto sehr gut (Verona 20 Minuten, Gardaland 10 Minuten, Parco Natura Viva 5 Minuten). Durch die Check-In-Möglichkeit bis 24:00 ist es ideal um nach dem Gardaland (offen bis 23:00) einzuchecken. Nach Verona kann man durchaus mit dem Auto fahren, da die ZTL (Fahrverbot) nur innerhalb der Stadtmauern gilt. Fährt man bei der richtigen Ausfahrt ab stehen auch schon die beiden bewachten Parkplätze Arena und Cittadella (Parkhaus von Apcoa) angeschrieben. Wir haben bei Cittadella geparkt und 8,80 Euro für drei Stunden bezahlt. Es gibt nach Angaben der hilfsbereiten Reseptionistin auch weiter westlich eine große unbewachte, Gratisparkfläche. Das Frühstück war vergleichsweise auch reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett angenehm und ebenfalls groß. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße (trotzdem war unser Zimmer auf der Rückseite sehr leise).
