Absolutely everything was great at this hotel!!! Staff were brilliant, room was superb, breakfast good. Great location about 200 yards from Loreto metro station. Cannot find anything negative to say at all. |

My experience with this hotel matches very well with all the other reviews written except the air-conditioning in our room for 3 persons not working well and the hotel even switched off our room's air-con from the reception at 2:00am which made the hot summer night even more unbearable (we were in August). We went down to complain at the reception, the man just said it is the hotel policy to switch the air-con off at 2:00am but my very kind friend who is pregnant with 7 months thought they might want to save money with very few customers, she therefore asked for an electric fan from them. "No" was the answer from the man again, so we have had to demand him to switch on the air-con. After a while of reasoning, finally he did. |

The hotel is next to the Buenos Aires Corso (next Metro Loreto). The cleanness is excellent and the employees are very nice and also we don't have to pay any tax for internet. In my opinion, the breakfast is really poor! Only a coffee and one croisant! |

Excellent hotel in great location, close to metro, restaurants, shopping. Very safe area, as we were out late at night with no problems. Nice large room (triple) clean, quiet. Staff very helpful with information etc. Would definitely stay there again. Only given one cup of coffe or tea with breakfast; were charged for additional cups. But this is a very minor issue. Overall great hotel. Would definitely stay there again. |

Staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location near the Metro, with good communications to the centre of Milan, but it's not noisy at night. No, everything was fine. |

It was nice, clean and quiet. Perfect if you want to discover the city. The metro station is 1 minute walk and from there there are no distances. |

Il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima posizione e ben collegato. La stanza non era pulitissima, in special modo la biancheria. Non c'era praticamente nulla in bagno, nemmeno la cuffia per la doccia, un solo sapone in tutto. Colazione davvero minimale e con tutto confezionato. Da ultimo per essere un tre stelle, certo non di più, costa troppo |

La dame à l'accueil était très sympathique, les chambres spacieuses et très propres. Le déjeuner n'était pas du tout diversifié (croissants et craquotte), pas de pain ni de salé (ex : jambon, fromage...) |

Wir hatten, wie erbeten, ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage zur Hofseite erhalten, daher war es sehr ruhig. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel war das Zimmer außergewöhnlich modern und angenehm -- wenn alle Zimmer so eingerichtet sind, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gut. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt, daher war es im Zimmer sehr heiß. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel in Italien kann man da aber realistischerweise nichts anderes erwarten. |

Het is een eenvoudig maar goed hotel, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is okay. 's nachts ging de airco uit wat het lastig maakt om een goede nachtrust te hebben. |

La habitacion era muy grande, tenia terraza ( era la planta baja ) y el baño era grande . tenía internet gratuito ( por cable de red ) . El espacio para desayuno no era muy amplio, pero suficiente para el tamaño del hotel . |
