The location was good on a quite street in Milan not too far from the train station. The room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection of both hot and cold food. The staff were very abrupt and not particularly welcoming although they were very professional and efficient. The walls in the hotel were also quite thin although this was not a major problem for us. |

We loved staying at the Grand Hotel Doria. The reception staff treated us with warmth, our room was large and quite cozy, the marble bathroom was breathtaking, and the buffet breakfast was superb. Just being a stone's throw from Milano Centrale and next to a subway station made our life so much easier. The airport bus terminal is just a 10 minute-walk from the hotel. Wonderful! |

The hotel is well located in the city, just two minutes from the Central Station, right near the subway station and the tram stop. There is a nice grocery store right in front of the hotel. Also big shopping street is not so far away. The interior is really nice with soundproof walls and windows, so nothing will disturb you at night. |

Lovely big room, clean etc, good breakfast and good secure parking next door. Easy access to city centre on the underground only 1Euro per person per way in and out of the city centre. Advertised as parking on site but parking is next door in public car park. |

location is good (oon foot only 500 meter to train station,you can use underground), room is confortable and clean (bathroom is also clean and big) staff in the reception (with eye glasses) is boring and not helpful. - you speak english, answers italian- |

It's a big 4-star hotel with reasonable price and service. Everithing was comfortable, there was a very good buffet breakfast with good choise of meal including omelette and sausages. This hotel is very good for business journeys. The location was good - 2 min. from metro station, direct line to Duomo (only 3 or 4 stops). Some furniture was a bit old. And the worth impression was one of the waitresses that served breakfast - she was very rude. Other personal was proper. |

Location, room' size, breakfast (but coffee is not too good) In a parking the cash mashine was broken, and a men who managed garage spoke Italian only - we run to parking - to hotel - to parking trying to leave the garage, lost 40 min for it. On the next day the cash mashine was working. |

it is near the bus and train station when I checked in their is no records of my booking. The staff at the check in counter is very unfriendly. I took about half an hour to finish my checking in procedure, The wireless internet connection is down for the second day of my stay. |
