ADI Doria Grand Hotel  

The staff was fabulous! They parked our bags before check in and after checkout. They helped us with dinner reservations. The rooms & bathrooms were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious!

I didn't realize the distance to the city center until we got there. It was fine taking the metro.

soundproof good. not too big hotel. breakfast.large and good beds.

fee 8 euro reserving taxi is much too much. this fee is new thing? dinner food quality bad, especially in jazz cafe.

The location is excellent close to loreto metro station and shopping areas. They have good breakfast with gluten free bread muffins and crackers. Room size is not bad. Staff are fine, but couple of them are so nice and helpful like Alessandro.

The keys are old style and huge, no iron facility in room and no complementary water, tea or coffee.

Location: 5 minutes on foot to train station, 5 minutes to metro station. That's all folks

Brief description of the hotel - "old school": old approaches, the old furniture (damaged), the old equipment. Breakfast - low quality for 4-star hotel. Shame. Price does not match the service. The main category of clients - pensioners tourists.

Close to railway station; walking distance to shopping street (5 min) and Galleries (about 20 min). Good breakfast and supermarket in front of Hotel.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast was excellent with a huge choice, and the situation of the hotel was close to the shops and the station. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I thought that Milan, as a whole, was very expensive.

marble on bathroom seams should be taken care of, our room got mold between marble tiles under shower, and bathroom should be take care of least once per year, not just regular cleaning.

Place where hotel is situated - very good for shopping, very comfortable metro station 2 min walking - and 10 min straight to Duomo. Very nice comfortable room.

Poor breakfast. Every evening drunk receptionist Massimo on the reception, and he is not friendly at all. City tax are not included in the cost of room and nobody do not tell it from the beginning. Just gave us a bill when we check out. Its not right. If we ll not gonna have money????((

Location to central train station and the red metro line could not be beat. Walked to fantastic restaurants. Desk and staff very helpful and the Tuesday night Jazz in bar was great. Good size rooms and lobby area.

The breakfast layout was laidout wrong. Everyone bumped into each other because of the L shape, should reconsider straight layout.

1. Breakfast is good, even though the menu is the same day-by-day. 2. Room is good, clean and big enough for two of us. 3. The Room rate we got is very attractive, consider it is a 4 star hotel.

1. The location is quite far from Milano Centrale Train Station and the direction from station to hotel is not so clear. 2. Lift is a bit annoying. If you press the close button, it will re-open the door first the close it.

1) Hotel wi-fi non stable/slow speed when connected. 2) Computer for Internet access extremely slow (like 486). 3) Incorrect time on radio in bathroom/impossible to set correct time. 4) Issue with water flow in bath which was ignored by hotel staff when requested fix. 5) Issues with understanding English at reception. 6) Not working "down" elevator button on 9 floor (you need press "up" then wait inside cabin for doors to close then press ground floor button. 7) Bad door lock (had to "tune" key inside to open the room door) 8) No hotel/elevator security. Anybody can get inside and use elevators.

Old fashion room, but good hotel. good location -10 minutes walk from the central station & metro .
