Very light and bright. Good restaurant nearby (Napoli)
No bedside table in twin room or place to hang clothes. No bread.
1) great location, walking distance to Vantican, saved ROMA pass money 2)great stuff, Sebastian, great smile and patience to explain everything and show us what we need 3) 2 bathrooms for the suite, great for 4 ladies 4) well equiped in an old building located in night life area, convenient for restaurants, stores
ground floor, can hear everything outside
I haven't appreciated the hostess Who wasn't l'indice at all
- sabrina is a lovely lady, extremely helpful. Left her details (mobile number) although didn't need it. - the tram line (#8) is just 10min walk down the road and the Quattro Venti station is almost your doorstep (connecting trains to Trastevere station if you want to avoid the 10/15min walk) - the apartment is lovely. Fully equipped 2 bathrooms and living space with a good sized kitchen and dining table with all crockery etc - air con is in the living space and maater bedroom - iron, hairdryers (x2), dishwasher, washing machine - friendly neighbours and nice quiet building which felt very secure with intercom and lift to the apartment when you have suitcases
- the location isn't the best as there is not much around, except a good italian restaurant, pizzeria and several off licences - the tram line is pretty important for commuting (1€50 single) - the apartment is lovely but is a bit expensive when considering its closeness to attractions etc
Modern well equipped apartment with Wifi and AC
Location was quite a distance from central Rome with all the major tourist attractions, had to use at least 2 forms of transport which was quite exhausting and time consuming with 3 children. One of the toilets was blocked throughout our stay so we ended up having just one toilet for all 5 of us. no power points in bathroom for hairdryers etc, unable to use the iron in the apartment without having your own adapter.
It is easy to walk to all major attractions. Very good with 2 bedrooms, lots of space, a private terrasse and fast internet
10 min of frustration when we arrived as the staff were not on the location. The toilet didn't flush properly. Thin windows allowed a lot of noice to come through to the bedroom in the early morning hours
Location near Trastavere was amazing. Lots of great restaurants everywhere we walked. Cornucopia is recommended, LILO as your server. Very comfortable, open set up. Large kitchen. Sebastian gave us great directions for local area sites.
The room was on the third floor with no elevator so to get 7 large suitcases up was a bit difficult. The apartment we stayed was a bit hard to find, but we called the contact and they told us where to go.
location and space perfect for our family of 5
The bathroom had mildew There were balls of dust under the beds
We had a group of four (mom, son, daughter, son-in-law) traveling to Italy for a wedding. We took a chance on renting an apartment in Rome instead of a hotel room. We were a bit nervous at first but it turned out to be the best decision we made. It was less expensive than a hotel for the five nights, was in an excellent location close to everything, and it offered us a chance to live in the city instead of staying in it. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to really see a city.
Nothing. We were very pleased with everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
The location, it was easy to check into apartment, and the apartment was nice.
The AC broke and they would not fix it or give us another place to stay while we were there.
Sabrina emailed us to confirm check in and met us at the apartment. She was very welcoming and pleasant. She gave us great advice on tourist attractions and local facilities. The apartment was spacious and clean and so close to everything we needed. Everything was within walking distance, with metro close by too. Wifi was excellent.
Nothing - it was a great place to stay!
Shower a bit small.
AirCon, Building, WiFi, beds, shower, storage, service, TV
Room heating, water was very slow in both the bathrooms, cramped rooms for a family of 6
Location was wonderful. The apartment had plenty of space in a very busy area, with a peaceful courtyard. Once we settled in, it was a peaceful and enjoyable setting.
Street noise late at night and early in the morning. People's conversations and dogs barking disrupted sleep regularly. Communicating directly with the staff was difficult at first, though once we established communication, they were very responsive. There was nowhere to leave our bags when we wanted to continue our visit in the city for the day before leaving that evening on the train. We had to carry them about 20 minutes away to another one of their properties.
Fantastic location (dormiroma have several apartments in various locations). Within easy reach of all the sights. Really enjoyed our trip which no doubt was largely down to the hospitality. Will definitely be back to stay again at dormiroma. Sabrina who manages the properties is extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable.
Perfect location only 10 mins walk to Vatican. Loved having our own little kitchen to be able to cook meals when we wanted. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
Nights were quite noisy as the flat is on first floor you could hear cars pulling in and out of gravel carpark, also other neighbors going up and down the internal stairs.
We had the apartment in the Via del Mattonato. It´s spacious enough for two, we had some issues with the shower but these were solved very adequately by the caretaker/housekeeper. Bed is fine and kitche. is well-equipped. Few things were wrong here!
It´s on a relatively quiet street, but noise from outside (cars mostly) can be easily heard inside, even with the rooms closed. Also, the apartment is rather dark due to the small windows (only on one side), though that should keep you warm in the winter and cool i the summer..
The apartment was centrally located and spacious. The landlady was very nice and helpful. All in all we would come back.
The kitchen even had a dishwasher, however, there were not many dishes and utensils, which made cooking and eating a challenge. The apartment is quite dark and some of the lights were broken.
Space, location, decorated and rooms finished to high standard. Dish washer.
No light over dining table. Lack of crockery (only 5 big plates and no bowls) and glasses (i.e. no wine glasses) considering apartment sleeps 5 adults.
Very nice personal, very helpful. The Appartment is a quiet place in a romantic surrounding.
Good, spacious apartment in a safe, quiet location close to all of Rome's attractions.
Shower needs attention.
We were at the 'Vatican' apartment. Good location (not a touristic place but a residential district with very good restaurants nearby), close to the metro station and to Vatican; very good equipment, clean and tidy modern apartment
There should be more towels for a longer stay, nothing more
Sabrina, the manager, was bright and helpful. The location was excellent, just 10 minutes stroll to St Peters square. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment was very spacious, except the second bedroom which was tiny. The terrace was very large, but no view except nearby walls. Great to eat breakfast and soak up the sun. The windows from the living area look across a vibrant street scape.
The apartment was tidy but not very clean. The terrace had a broken bed, from the minor bedroom. The bed had been replaced by a camp stretcher type bed. The other beds had foam Mattresses and were not very good quality. The sofa folds out to a double bed but the mattress was very thin and would not be good for the 5th and 6th person for more than one or two nights. The equipment in the apartment needs to be replaced. No wine glasses ... In Rome! The washing machine was good but no instructions made it a bit difficult to use. The clothes rack for hanging clothes was broken and had no lines left except at the short ends. All the decor items looked like they had come from the flea market. The apartment itself is lovely but the furnishing, decor and equipment are well below the standard expected for the price. Be warned, it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Definitely not for the elderly or infirm. It's more suitable for a family with a few small children rather than 2 or 3 couples. Noisy at night with locals enjoying the nearby eateries.
The rooms were very spacious and had plenty of room for cooking. The positioning was fantastic for walking the city of Rome.
