The location and the breakfast

Everything else. The staff are rude and they don't know how to deal with customers. The rooms are so outdated.

Good break fast ,lively atmosphere,english speaking staff and cleanliness.

Family run lively hotel with comfortable well appointed rooms in great location.

The hotel was packed with cyclists from all countries and everything centered acround that activity. We only ate dinner in the hotel once because dinner was like a battleground, you had to fight for space and food. We and a few non cyclists learned quickly to breakfast late when they had all gone. Not as complaint as the hotel does cycling holidays.

Well positioned for beach and shopping streets, lots of varied eateries nearby.

Picture on booking site made it look like it was directly on beach and was disappointed to find we had to walk there and pay for sunbeds. Also paying for parking. I would have far rather paid more on initial quote and not have to find out these were add ons. I would still return to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, both the rooms & public areas. Breakfast was included and there was a great selection. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Friendly welcome, great service, all staff spoke english so no need to struggle with broken Italian! Good selection of food. Great cycling guides and good challenging rides

It was close to everything, and the staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

I think the breakfast could have been a bit better. There was a nice selection, but better coffee (instead of machine made) would have been nice, more fresh fruits, and fresh baked goods (since sometimes they were a bit hard). And the website was a bit deceiving with the pools and pool sizes. There is only one real pool and it is very small, and then there is a hot tub inside.

Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast especially for sports people. Very central location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A huge plus was the free shuttle service which took us to the pool complex for competition. I managed to forget a jacket in the room and the hotel were very helpful in posting it back to me.

La gentilezza del personale e il centro benessere incluso. La colazione ottima, soprattutto le neole calde a forma di cuoricino da preparare da soli.

Ci hanno assegnato una camera veramente piccola, la 201.

Non avremmo potuto scegliere di meglio per il nostro week end a Riccione! Qualsiasi giudizio positivo su questo hotel sarebbe riduttivo...il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile!

Posizione perfetta,in 5 minuti a piedi sì arriva in viale Ceccarini. Hotel carinissimo,con un piccolo centro benessere, perfetto per rilassarsi. Colazione ottima e molto abbondante.

La gentilezza del personale, la zona benessere con sauna, hammam e due grosse vasche idromassaggio, la varietà a colazione.

a voler essere pignoli il bagno forse un po' approssimativo rispetto al livello di tutto il resto

Gentilissimi, mi hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera senza che lo chiedessi. Posizione comodissima.

L'albergo e situato in un ottima posizione sia x il mare che x uscire la sera . Tutto molto curato sono sempre molto cordiali e si vede che investono x migliorarsi sempre ongni anno vi consiglio di provarlo poi non lo lascerete più

Mi e' piaciuto direi tutto , dall'arredamento alla pulizia. Anche il personale e' stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Ci eravamo ripromessi di tornare, ed è stata ancora un'ottima scelta. Tutto perfetto come prima e se possibile anche meglio. Cortesia del personale, camera moderna, ampia e confortevole, colazione spaziale, zona benessere completa, qualità prezzo insuperabile. Indubbiamente torneremo ancora.

Il design della stanza, la cortesia dello staff, l'atmosfera dell'ambiente

Giusto una piccola nota sulla colazione che non era un granche (da ammetter che non son un gran mangione, ma il pane era piuttosto gommoso, e mancava una latte scremato o parzialmente scremato, bisognerebbe presentare, per la qualita dell'hotel una varieta maggiore)

La simpatia, la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale prima di tutto e poi un'ottima colazione varia e completa. Nonostante il breve soggiorno siamo riusciti ad approfittare della zona centro benessere che consiglio vivamente. Posizione inoltre ottima per uscire la sera visto che il centro è a due passi
