Clean modern hotel and not to far from city centre.

Pool Closed Breakfast could have been better

Excellent hotel, services and facilities. Friendly staff. Excellent for late flights because its close to the airport.

European equipped room, large size. Nice colors and good quality of materials and furniture. Clean and large bathroom. Large bed and nice linens (European style not "Italian"). A convenient business hotel.

Location in the industrial zone. Around the wastelands or started and unfinished construction projects. technical of the stairwells contrasting with interior rooms. Terrifying, unpleasant exit from the hotel to the pool outside through the level -1.

The hotel stands in the middle of development scrub and you need a taxi or transport to take you to the old town.Casual dining facilities are unusually limited for a hotel of this grade and not that good.

The room was wonderfull with a terrasse. The people are really sympathic and the access to internet for free by wifi or on workstation is really useful.

The swimming pool was not in a good status and it is a little bit lost and do not try to come before the checkin time no chance to have your room especially if you have a discount by booking,

The restaurant and their staff were good. The cleaner was good.

Complaints and how they were dealt with. Not getting twin beds on arrival blaming booking agency and acting as if they were doing something exceptional putting it right. Expecting a family to be placed on different floors. Charging for water in the room when there was no information it was chargeable.

As usual on Double Tree Hotels the facilities were very good. The building is brand new, the rooms are spacious and comfortables and the lobby, bar, swiming pool etc were pretty good. Employees were kind but not effective.

Although the employees of the hotel were kind and made their best to provide a good service it seems that the headcount is not enough or the organization is poor, resulting in a poor service. The check out was time consuming (two people to receive a large group of tourists), the service in the restaurant was slow (lot of dirty tables not been cleaned and people awaiting for a seat). The self service breakfast was kind of poor and not well maintained, platers became empty and nobody made the replacement.

Fantastic facilities, very attentive staff. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Loved the walk to the centre though some may not.

Location, hotel is isolated on a piece of ground, surrounded by scrub land.

very well kept, modern, clean, friendly and professional staff. it has also restaurant serving very good food for very reasonable price. again, compliments to restaurant's staff. finally, the bar is perfect place to chill after the long day in the heat and one couldn't ask for the better bartender than Samuele Idini

location, but that should not be a problem if one has a car.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were delightful and very attentive.The food was excellent except for the hot buffet breakfast.It is a very modern and well-kept hotel.We had a large,luxurious room with a balcony in a quiet location as requested with panoramic views of the mountains,some of the outskirts of Olbia and the pool and garden area of the hotel.We had a hired car and the hotel's position gave us easy access to the main roads leading to all the different parts of north- east Sardinia which is absolutely stunning.In guide books the city of Olbia gets a bad write-up however it was nicer than expected considering it is a major port & an is an excellent base for touring the area

The food in the hot food buffet is not kept hot so we had to ask for our hot food to be freshly cooked.

Le camere sono ben insonorizzate e organizzate per stare comodi.

La moquette. Non ho potuto godere del balcone, che è pertanto rimasto chiuso, per continuo abbaiare di cani nelle vicinanze, peccato.

El hotel, espectacular, sobre todo en la atención. Realmente estamos muy agradecidos de Enrico y Francesco, hicieron que nuestra estadía en Olbia fuera maravillosa. El servicio también fue muy bueno. Tenían todo a nuestra disposición, eso se agradece. La habitación muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario, e incluso más! Lo que sí recomendamos es que exista un bus o auto de acercamiento al centro de la ciudad, ya que no hay problemas de ir caminando al centro, sin embargo, de noche se pone complicado al estar en un sector apartado Felicitaciones Double Tree Hilton

Hotel godny polecenia.Nowoczesne,bardzo dobrze wyposażone,świetnie wyciszone pokoje.ładny,duży basen.Dobre śniadania.Wygodny,bezpłatny parking.Uprzejmy I kompetentny personel.Położony w odległości 10 minutowego spaceru od centrum Olbii.Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy.

Отель замечательный ! Понравилось все,Приехала в 12 часов-заселили сразу.Большой,светлый номер,чистота,тишина,отличная звукоизоляция.В номере чайник,чай,кофе,минибар с водой. Отличный завтрак с горячими сосисками,беконом,омлетом и др.-хороший выбор- все вкусно! У отеля хороший,чистый бассейн,лежаки,полотенца.Есть шатл от отеля на пляж БАДОС с 11 до 17 часов,там мне тоже понравилось.

До центра идти пешком минут 20, без машины не комфортно.
