spacious and well equipped room, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff the air condition in my room wasn't working, the area where the hotel is situated is a little uncomfortable (no restaurants, shops, etc.) |

The staff is very friendly and always there to help. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room is large and the bathroom quite nice with good soap products. The location is quite good. Not in the city center but 20 min of tramway away and the tramway is a few steps away from the hotel. The breakfast is disappointing. I guess it is the same in every international hotel. They serve you international bad food instead of delicious local one, |

Staff were friendly and welcoming at all times though not always helpfull. Room was well presented and cleaned daily. Air conditioning didn't work properly and wasn't fixed even though we spoke to the reception desk. Room was far too warm as a result. Also there was no mention of the 'ladies of the night' that line the street the hotel is on and several others that join it. The staff seem to ignore this even though it can be witnessed from the lobby/hotel bar. |

A well laid out room that was very comfortable. The shower had temperature control with good fittings. The flat screen TV and lighting was also appreciated. With such a nice shower it's a shame you can not enjoy it fully as the water splash out onto the floor.The inconstant cleaning staff or was it the last day so not to bother. |

L'hotel gaudeix d'unes instal·lacions excepcionals. Tota la decoració és de disseny i les habitacions són grans, espaioses i molt ben decorades. L'únic inconvenient és la situació de l'hotel atès que es troba un xic massa lluny del centre de la ciutat. |

Hotel nuevo , instalaciones amplias y modernas, habitaciones grandes y luminosas,cama enorme y muy cómoda baño amplio y bien dotado de todo lo necesario. Calentador de agua y bolsas de café y te en la habitación. Personal amabilisimo. Parada de tranvía a 50 metros, tarda 20 minutos hasta el Duomo. La situación en medio de unas naves industriales muy antiguas, con calles oscuras. El cristal existente entre el baño y el dormitorio resulta incomodo por la noche puesto que al ir al baño deja pasar la luz al dormitorio. |

La camera è molto confortevole Anzichè addebitare il costo della camera su la carta dell'azienda (cosa è ho rimarcato al momento della registrazione in albergo) hanno addebitato sulla mia carta personale che doveva servire solo a garanzia per I servizi "extra" ovviamente non mi hanno detto niente, arrivato il sms dalla mia banca ho chiesto spiegazioni la risposta è stata "Mi dispiace cmq può farsela rimborsare dalla sua azienda" Se la mia azienda paga I rimborsi a 90 tu cosa ne sai? Quando si sbaglia non bisogna lavarsene le mani! Inoltre in una settimana non mi hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola. |

Design, Atmosphäre, Schallisolierung, Matratze - alles prima. Frühstücksraum eher anonym, aber das Double Tree ist ja kein Boutiquehotel. Lage ist außerhalb und nichtssagend, doch die stilvolle Atmosphäre, die Ruhe und die direkte Anbindung der Tram zum Zentrum (ca. 30 Min) machen das wett. |

Mi e' piaciuto tutto, molto confortevole la camera,il letto era comodissimo ed I biscotti offerti al nostro arrivo ottimi,tanto da acquistarne alcune confezioni. Non ho gradito2 cose,la1 che giu' al bar non ci fosse1barman qualificato,molto scarso il servizio,abbiamo preso1 aperitivo ...niente stuzzichini....2 Avevo telefonato prima di prenotare chiedendo quanto distasse da san siro e mi era stato detto che si poteva raggiungere lo stadio a piedi ma non e' proprio cosi'... |
