We were very happen with the location, price and the sercurity of the hotel.

The staff was friendly; the hotel is located one minute walk from main train station, near the main city sites. The room was clean (we stayed in a quadruple room which were in fact two rooms with double bed) and the room was much bigger than we expected. They have free (but slow) Wi-Fi. All in all it was a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

The street where the hotel is located in is really noisy and you can't sleep with the windows open, but when you close them it's so hot, they really should have a free air conditioning (there is an air conditioning in the room, but I think you have to pay in order to use it, there is no remote control in the room). Bring ear plugs.

There is nothing to like besides that it is just one minute walk from main Train station. So many negatives will never recommend to anyone , unless you Are for just one night and solo male traveller. Area is so unsafe you will regret walking out late specially if you have Young daughters. It was a bad experience and the photos on booking. Com are a big lie. Wish I had seen the reviews at trip advisor first. Avoid Avoid Avoid

it was not comfortable to stay by following reason: 1) it was warm in roma but room has no air condition 2) hotel room located in about 200 meters from reception 3) wifi is available however you hve to type in password of about 30 characters.

Location is convenient for the city and trains

The rooms are a block and a half away from the reception in a separate apartment. There is no air conditioning, only an ineffectual and noisy fan, which isn't good during the heat of summer!

The location was quite central for the train station and major city sites, particularly the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. Was a moderate walk (10-15 mins to Trevi Fountain). We were able to walk back from the Vatican with little difficulty also (but quite a fair distance). Check in was easy and with friendly staff. They stayed late for us without notice when our flight was delayed, had maps ready and went through all the major sites with us. The room was in a very secure building, was very quiet and extremely clean.

A minor complaint, but the beds were very hard which was not to our taste. While not in the very centre of the tourist hub, it was close enough for us. The Dreaming Roma check in area is a little hard to find if you have just come off a long flight, on the first floor of a building with only a little sign and then the room where we were staying was another block back towards the train station, but we were taken there by th eman who checked us in. Not sure if all rooms are in this same location.

The staff was very friendly and we managed to communicate with them even though their english was limited. They went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean and secure. It is close to reasonably priced restaurants and grocery outlets. It had free WIFI.

Bathroom needed maintenance. (Towel Rack, shower head) No safe in our room Our friends had one.

Perfect location, 5 minutes far away from Termini station, daily cleaning service. Thank you, Bruno! :)

Not the all staff speak english, but we were able to understand each other:)

Close to all transportation except airport. Could walk to many of the sights. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and small shops. Clean. Good price for the location.

Had to pay extra for breakfast although the place is called a "bed and breakfast", and you had to tell them the night before if you wanted the breakfast. Not sure how or what they would have done to provide the meal because I did not see a kitchen. Same goes for air conditioning. You had to let the staff know the night before that you wanted air conditioning because they controlled it remotely. Very noisy for sleeping with the windows opened and closed. The city never seems to sleep. Staff had minimal English. We communicated best with our skimpy French, rather than English. Small room. Looked bigger in the picture. All considered, decent place to stay for sight seeing in Rome because you would only be in the room for resting.

Good pricing, helpful staff (even if limited English).

There were limitations, but completely consistent with the attractive price. For our purposes, being near the Stazione Termini was not very important, and so something a little more central to tourist attractions would have been better. Mostly, however, it was a very positive place for us.

En el hotel tienes lo justo y necesario. El personal amable, habitaciones confortables, camas cómodas... Desayuno justo pero correcto. La situación perfecta al encontrarse al lado de la estación de Termini que comunica toda Roma. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

La verdad es que es un hotel tirando a cutre, pero realmente tienes lo necesario para simplemente dormir. Es viejo pero está limpio.

La camera da tre abbastanza ampia. Wi-fi gratuito.

Il lavandino in stanza e lo specchio con barra di legno ad altezza degli occhi! La mancanza di un armadio. Il pagamento anticipato.

Não tem recepção, não tem cafe da manhã no quarto não tem se quer um copo a faxineira todo dia por volta das 9:30 hs da manha fazia um barulho danado para arrumar os quartos. Quem esta de ferias nao tem horario para acordar, exceto no Dreaming Roma Bad & Bad. Um local sem breakfast, pode ser chamado de b&b?

Dość ciasne pokoje, ale to w końcu miejsce noclegu a nie wypoczynku

Şehir Merkezinde, Metro istasyonuna ve havaalanı ulaşımına yakın, temiz ve rahat edebileceğiniz bir yer. samimi ve iyi bir yaklaşım gördük. Tavsiye edilebilecek bir mekan....

Na uwagę zasługuje czystość w hotelu, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, ścielenie łóżek wymiana ręczników I mydeł. Duża szafa I kilka szafeczek, telewizor, w łazience suszarka do włosów. Internet bezprzewodowy za darmo, hasło dostępne bez pytania w pokoju. Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, bardzo blisko dworca Termini.

Podstawowym minusem był brak możliwości korzystania ze śniadań, chociaż na stronie booking była informacja, ze na miejscu można wykupić śniadania. Jestem przekonana, że nigdy nie było takiej możliwości, bo najzwyczajniej hotel, to za duża nazwa, to mieszkanie z kilkoma pokojami do wynajęcia. Duży minus za brak możliwości porozumiewania się w języku angielskim (tylko po włosku). Pokoje bardzo małe, tylko by się przespać. Za oknem hałas z ulicy przez cały dzień, do 1 w nocy bardzo głośno!

Très bel accueil. Je suis arrivée très tôt et ils ont tout fait pour me donner ma chambre plus vite.

Nuestra estancia como familia fue fatal primero porque la recepcion del hotel quedaba a 5 cuadras de las habitaciones donde nos iban a hospedar, las habitaciones sin telefono para comunicarnos en caso de emergencia con la recepcion; cobraron el 100% de la estancia del hotel una semana antes de nuestra llegada al hotel, lo que quiere decir que no tuvimos opcion de irnos a otro lugar segundo: se encontraba en un sitio residencial donde no respetaban el descanso, mucha bulla con ambulancias transporte, peleas de barrio, escandalo etc,Segundo la habitacion no tenia Aire acondicionado, tenia un ventilador de techo que enfermo a toda la famila, con gripe y problemas respiratorios, tercero: son tan miserables que ni siquiera paños tenian en los baños nos pusieron unas sabanas para secarnos, tubimos que optar por comprar paños, donde se ha visto que un turista tenga que comprar paños para pasar una estadia en un hotel

Az utcára néző szobák hangosak, a nagy meleg miatt jó lett volna éjjel is kinyitni őket. Dehát Rómában vagyunk... :)

Tisztaság, modernség, közelsége a vasúthoz és viszonylagos közelsége a belvároshoz.

Egy szoba kicsi négy főnek, de alvásra tökéletes :)

l'accueil de Bruno, le prix de la chambre.

le bruit, impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, il a fallu payer un supplément de 8€ par jour pour avoir la clim afin de pouvoir fermer la fenêtre. Impossible pour les enfants de dormir le matin, il fallait quitter la chambre pour que le ménage soit fait.
