The hotel has 42 air-conditioned rooms. Most of the spacious rooms have balconies, some with a little sitting room. The balconies overlook the lake, so you can enjoy relaxing views, ensuring that you have a peaceful stay.

There are also Garden rooms; recently renovated, these rooms are available with their own flowery, peaceful garden and access to the beach, away from the noise of the Gardesana street.

Area information

The hotel Du Lac is situated in Brenzone, a well equipped tourist centre. A peaceful and friendly town, far away from the main tourist areas, the town is extended along 12 km of coastline.

Today, Brenzone is famous for its olive oil production, its tourism, the popular excursions on the Baldo Mountain, its breathtaking panorama, the boat race and its coast.

Brenzone has numerous areas; some of them rise on the lake and others on the relief of the Baldo Mountain: Assenza, Sommavilla, Porto di Brenzone, Castello, Magugnano (municipal site), Marniga, Castelletto. These different localities still keep Middle-age ruins; a precious example is the Romanic church of St. Zeno, one of the oldest around the lake, situated in Castelletto.

In front of Brenzone is the island of Trimelone, with its 200 metres of length, which was fortified during the 10th-century, at the time of the Hungarian invasion. The fortress was destroyed by Barbarossa in 1158 and re-built from the Scaliger. After the Second World War it was used as storage for the military materials, found during the land reclamation.

By car from the north::
the north: "Brenner" motorway - exit "Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord". Follow road signs to Lake Garda in the direction of "Torbole". At the roundabout to the right in the direction of "Malcesine", followed by "Brenzone". After"Assenza" and "Porto" you will see at the right hand side a dark red building directly on the lake side:Hotel du Lac.

By car from the south:
"Brenner" motorway-exit "Affi - Lago di Garda". Follow raod signs to "Garda". At the roundabout to the right in the direction of "Torri del Benaco", followed by "Brenzone".
After "Magugnano" you will find a dark red building at the left directly on the lake side: Hotel du Lac.

By train: 40 Km. From the railway station in Rovereto. Taxi service to the hotel. Bus service to Brenzone with bus change in Riva del Garda. Busstop 500 meter from the hotel.

By airplane: 40 Km. From the airport "Valerio Catullo" of Verona/Villafranca
