Das Zimmer war vom Platzangebot großzügig ausgelegt. Die Lage des Parkplatzes ist eher ungünstig.

La pulizia delle camere, colazione abbastanza buona Non so come possa essere un 4 stelle, dalle foto sembrava molto più bello invece l'hotel è abbastanza bruttino poco curato e per questo sono rimasta molto delusa..ci sono molti tre stelle che costano di meno e sono decisamente più belli quindi non fatevi fregare dalla quarta stella..le camere sono veramente brutte e la posizione non è neanche comodissima.

Das Hotel hat sehr aufmerksames Personal, und eine tolle Lage. Der Fahrradverleih des Hotels ist günstig und gut, und der Shuttle Service ist auch sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer waren schön und ordentlich Der Pool war etwas zu stark gechlort.

La stanza era piccola e malconcia, nonostante fosse comforrt, il bagno vecchiotto con gres bianco e rosso più vecchio di me, con una doccia fissa ed una luce bianca tirste, le lenzuola quasi trasparenti erano macchiate e vi erano diversi capelli, il letto era rumoroso, la moquette a terra sembrava sudicia L'hotel si trova in una bosizione abbastanza comoda ed ha a disposizione delle bici (a pagamento) per andare in città

Buona accoglienza, hanno cercato di accontentarmi dandomi una camera con una grande terrazza e vista lago (da lontano....) La piscina non è molto grande ma nemmeno affollata: ci sono sdraio a sufficienza, anche messe un po' più distante all'ombra degli alberi del giardino. Il bar piscina presenta una carta semplice, pochi piatti ma ben presentati. Per raggiungere la piscina si passa dietro la hall di ingresso per cui ci si sposta in modo discreto. Buono il posteggio chiuso da un cancello elettrico e quindi sicuro. Manca una linea free per internet. L'albergo è inserito in un villaggio di case di vacanza: la sera c'è troppo rumore! Attenzione all'aria condizionata nei corridoi e nella sala della colazione, sempre un po' troppo alta. Non è permesso fare colazione all'aperto vicino alla piscina, forse perchè i posti non sono sufficienti. Sarebbe piacevole prolungare l'orario della colazione a buffet che per ora termina giâ alle 10.00. Si parla di un servizio gratuito di trasporto con un pullmino dell'albergo ma le corse sono troppo poco numerose: peccato perchè i parcheggi a Sirmione sono molto costosi (Euro 2.20 all'ora) e incidono soprattutto quando ci si sposta in battello per visitare altri luoghi.

Un peu loin du centre ville; toutefois, une navette gratuite au départ de l'hotel est très appreciable; les chambres ( 231 ) ne méritent pas 4 étoiles; prix trop élevé.
