The staff were wonderful, very helpful, rare for a Rome hotel!! The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything that we wanted. |

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, the staff was very accomodating, and breakfast was very adequate. The air conditioner was controlled through our key card, so when we left the room, the air conditioner shut off. This is fine except that the heat in Rome during our stay was very oppressive and returning to our room & the 20-30 minutes it took to cool it to a comfortable level was not pleasant. |

It was in a great location! Very non-tourist. The room was great and had a little terrace. Most of the staff was outstanding and the breakfast was superb! Recommend!!!! The main person at the front desk was arrogant. He was not eager or willing to help very often. At one point we really needed to use his computer to check flight information. It was too early and the internet cafe up the street was closed. He told us no and that it was not possible. He wouldn't check it for us or help find us help. I'm okay with the "policy" but his attitude really upset me. |

location right by the Metro, the Colloseum , the no. 110 open-top bus and the train station, etc. At first glance, the hotel is in a back lane (noisy at night) with rubbish bins and graffiti everywhere - it looks like the worst place in town. Then we realised nearly all of Rome has graffiti and rubbish bins everywhere! |

Everything!!! friendy, excellant location, I would highley recommand this hotel, 5 min walk to a fantastic view of the coliseum......My husband loved it, it was our 1st year wedding anniversary....Thank you Duca d'Alba hotel |

Nice clean hotel. Our room on the 4th fllor had a lovely balcony. Breakfast good and mini bar prices reasonable. Very close to Collesuem. Good overall value for Rome. |

All of the staff were cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was also very stylish. Just a 10 min walk from the Colosseum. |

The hotel had an excellent location, it was small but intimate and very pretty. The room didn't have big windows, but there was a nice balcony. The breakfast was of excellent quality - especially loved the fruit cocktail with fresh strawberries and banana. |

Everything, warm welcome on arrival, helpful & very friendly staff, clean room, ample & varied selection of food at breakfast, conveniently placed in easy reach of the metro line B and the Collosseam. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel :-) ;-) |

The location was great and the staff was courteous and very helpful with all our requests. Additionally, the place was clean and safe and the food for breakfast was great. The bed and pillows were a bit hard. If you like a firm mattress--this is your place, if not, bring your own pillow and your staff will be excellent. |
