We had a great time here, thank you very much for helping us enjoy our holiday, especially Tatiana and the other young guy at reception (sorry, we never got your name!) from who we got a lot of fantastic recommendations.
The only fault we could find was that during breakfast time we often had to wait for new food to be brought out once it was gone.
Location, hotel, neighbourhood has a nice vibe and the restaurants that the front desk recommended were fabulous. very enjoyable weekend.
The junior suite is comfortable and a good size. The location is great for wandering around this part of Rome.
The double bed could be split into two singles. Always uncomfortable and a pet hate of mine. If it's a double room, then use a proper double bed.
Everything was excellent, fantastic location in a lively area close to main tourist attractions, very calm room, excellent wifi connection, nice staff
Good location, helpfull staff, fair breakfast, 40m from Metro, free parking around.
Small room, ideal only for newly married!
The staff were chrming and very helpful!
Small roms The breakfast was a bit poor.
The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the room was modern and very comfortable, breakfasts were fantastic and the location is perfect.
Others have complained that the rooms are small, but ours was fine. The en suite bathroom was a bit tight, but of high quality, with a lovely shower.
The location was great and breakfast pretty good. The room was a decent size and quite clean.
The bed was two twins pushed together, the bathroom was OK but basic, very thin towels. The "inner courtyard" the room apparently overlooked was just very small and narrow, full of pipes and essentially just a gap in the building. for the money we expected a lot more.
The young gentleman night concierge was excellent
The room was overpriced and ridiculously tiny even for Europe. Daytime front desk staff surly
Excellent hotel.freindly staff.5 mins from coliseum,2 mins metro which takes you everywhere in rome in 30 mins or less brilliant.Pubs, bars, restaurants, all within 5 mins walk perfect location.
Keys were old style, and it was quite loud when opening the door, the rooms were too close, when the other room owners opens a door, i jumped out of the bed thought that somebody was entering the room. That loud! And there was only one key for annex entrence, and the floor entrence and the room, me and my partner has to stick to each other while we are entering the building/room. The staff was not very friendly when i complain about the key. And said this is not Shereton, what do you expected?!! Come on Booking.com, this is not a 4 star hotel..
Location was perfect, suite was small but was very nice, breakfast was great....we loved our stay there...
It was in an excellent location right next to the metro, staff were friendly and accommodating.
Bedroom and shower room a little compact, wifi signal poor.
Great location, although you pay for it! $$$ Walking distance from Roma Termini, or a €10 cab ride if you have bags. Staff is great, and rooms are really nice as well.
Pricey, but you get what you pay for!
Friendly staff. Very clean hotel and lobby, great location for touring Rome.
Rooms were small.
We stayed there for 3 periods during our holidays (5 nights) being able to leave our luggage at the hotel while travelling to other parts of Italy. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All else very good.
Staying in the annex was a bit of a nuisance and uncomfortable having to use lift as well as using the stairs and initially struggled unlocking the doors especially when one is quite tired of travelling. I would suggest rather to use main building which was excellent.
The attentiveness of staff & the location
Breakfast could be better
The location and staff were absolutely brilliant. Very clean and walkable to all major sites. Nice restaurants around and close to metro. Staff are fantastic. Very helpful. Rooms are lovely in the annex.
Quiet yet central location with plenty of eating options
The location was near the forum, and rather close walking distance to major sites in Rome. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.
Staff was really friendly and took the time to explain how to get to the major sights in Rome. I was not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean but the Wifi was really slow, to a point where it was unusable. Breakfast was really nice and the coffee was great...actually it was some of the best coffee I've ever had. Price was fair and location was great. I would highly recommend the hotel to tourists traveling to Rome.
Wifi was really slow.
Although small, the room was a miracle of modern engineering, with every convenience: excellent AC, totally soundproof, flatscreen tv, safe, hair dryer, etc. Breakfast was wonderful!
Only one elavator, sometimes it gets busy. Wi-fi sometimes doesnt work
The staff and location were great. Breakfast was decent if not spectacular but the evenings were made better by the good suggestions of restaurants by the staff.
The WiFi flickered in and out and the internet connection was slow when it did work. The hotel is quite near a few bars and in the room we were in it was very noises, even with the windows closed.
We were a couple + 1 kid. We stayed in the annex. The suite was very comfortable, spacious, clean, with a wooden ceiling for an old-style look. Also thick windows so we could sleep even when the streets were noisy. TVs in both rooms. It's very central, close to the Forums and Colosseum and right next to the underground. The staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts, too.
Again, it's the annex. It was somewhat unfinished: The shower had glass walls, but not at all sides. The door between the rooms couldn't be shut completely. But really, these were minor inconveniences. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
