Blisko do stacji metra, położenie w pobliżu Colosseum, kilka restauracji w pobliżu. Pomocny personel, bardzo miła obsługa. Bezpłatny Internet poprzez wifi, wymaga jednak otrzymania loginu i hasła co 48h. Pokój z wyjściem na mały wewnętrzny tarasik, jednak otoczony dookoła ścianami budynku. Pokój mały i bez okna z widokiem na zewnątrz. Klimatyzacja wyłącza się po wyjściu więc wymaga czasu zanim zacznie działać ponownie. Mały wybór programów tv. |

Zwraca uwagę dobra lokalizacja, bliska centrum ( Coloseum i Piazza Venezia), przyjazna obsługa i serwis recepcji, bliskość wielu przyjemn ych barów i restauracji. Mała łazienka, a natrysk wyłącznie dla dzieci! wymiar 60cmx60cm. Ponadto pokój bardzo ciemny, z jednym oknem wychodzącym na komórkę gospodarczą zaplecza od strony oficyny. Jeśli pozostałe pokoje wyglądają tak samo, to za obsługę 4 gwiazdki, a za standard pokoi, a przede wszystkim łazienki, gwiazdka 1! To powoduje, że oferowany pokój, absolutnie nie odpowiada płaconej cenie. |

The hotel staff were excellent. Very helpful and attentive to my needs. They were quick to help me find wonderful restaurants, get taxis and even recommend "must see" tourist attractions. |

The location of the Hotel was very close to Metro and historical sites The room did not look like the photos on the website. The bed was very firm. |

It was small and quaint, providing a delicious breakfast buffet included. Enjoyed the atmosphere and balcony. The mattresses were a bit stiff, but that's probably typical of Europe since we had the same experience in Spain. |

The breakfast was wonderulf. Many selections. The rooms are extremely small. I mean extremely! The shower is the smallest I have ever seen. You have to suck in your gut and go in sideways, then turn around, back up against the wall, then try to shut the doors. If I was a large person, I couldn't have gotten into the shower. |

Front desk staff The first night was booked at a reduced rate but the second night stay the rate doubled. There was also a cancellation fee instead of the 24 or 48 hour leeway. |

Duca d'Alba has wonderful staff and services. The breakfast was great and the location excellent for visiting all part of the city. Our room was small but nicely decorated, clean and neat. |

Ana, the front desk clerk was amazing. We were in Rome for a very short stay and her suggestions as to where to go, how to get there, what to avoid were invaluable. She enabled us to make the most of a very short time. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Small problem with the shower was fixed immediately. Service was amazing.. Would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Rome. There was absolutely nothing I could say negative about this hotel. |

We enjoyed the location, convenient to many sites, restaurants, metro and train station. The breakfast was outstanding and the hotel very clean and well decorated. Use of the internet was appreciated and the knowledge of the front desk staff was very good and helpful. |
