Very handy to the station. Felt safe and secure.. Helpful staff. Access to hot water for drinks.

Breakfast was very basic.

Very helpful staff...near to train station...near to halal restaurant...walking distance to the whole city of Florence.

So close to the train station. The room was very big for the price. The easy walking distance to the centre of town.

Less facilities. The main problem is that the hotel is on a street that buses park on and they start up early and can be quite loud.

The hotel is located in a charming old building that you can try to figure it out the old decades. The room is comfortable, it has hot water in the bath and it is worth for the value. You have to pay for the breakfast but we advise to have it outside in the city where you can enjoy the Italian "cafe's" environment.

In the morning you can hear all the movements in the breakfast room.

I've stayed at Hotel Duca D'Aosta three times now, and it is always a lovely experience. Located just across the street from the smn train station, it is a prime location. The staff have always been helpful and friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious (I've stayed in a single twice and an accommodation for five as well). Everything is a short walk away, a grocery store is right around the corner, as well as fast food options. Traditional eateries are just down via Nationale as well. If you're in Firenze for the culture, don't worry about that either, at Hotel Duca D'Aosta you're 5-7 minutes from most of the major sites (the Duomo, S. Lorenzo markets, smn, etc). You can even catch the 12 or 13 bus from smn to Piazza Michelangelo from right across the way. If you're a tourist, this is the place to be, in comfort.

If you're not accustomed to it, Italian breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Prepare yourself, but otherwise they do it as Italians do.

Location of the hotel is too good. Just 200-300 mts from termini station. Breakfast was too limited ie tea, cofee, juices and breaks but thts common with all hotels in italy. Overall upto my satisfaction.

1. Website said free wifi, but the signal is very weak... We cannot get any signal in the room. Please ensure your room is close to receptionist, as it is the point of wifi antenna 2. The heating is very poor. Our first might is like in north pole, we couldnt sleep all night due to cold. The day after is better.. 3. Cleaness of the room is questionnable. Toilet is not cleaned properly during our 3 nights. 4. The cleaning staff cleaned the things which is still usefull. Mywife was upset due to a piece of her face soap was taken away or thrown away..

Awesome location literally 1 block from Firenze smn train station. Breakfast is limited but includes great coffee, worth the 3Euro xtra charge. Building is quaint, rooms are spacious, ac, and a decent bath.Staff is multi-lingual and accomodating.

Location was excellent. Most of the staff new enough English to help us. I felt very safe there.

It is so strange, I have to paid when I check in. Generally we pay when we check out. Not so good feelings on that. It is convinient on the location, very near the train station. But all the others not so good.

The location is great, very close to the train station and all main atractions are in a walking distance. Withing the period of our stay there were no problems with hot water or heating, the room was cleaned every day, so it was really good value for money.

Приятный персонал. Очень тихий отель, никто не шумел, не голдел, не орал. В номере всегда чисто и убрано. Автобусы из аэропорта останавливаются на соседней улице, такси до аэропорта стоит 24.5 евро. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом продуктовый шикарный рынок. Расположение отеля просто шикарное! Цены оличные.

Завтрак скудный по руссим меркам.
