Main building and breakfast was OK.

The secondary building where we've stayed is poor and in very bad condition for 4 stars hotel.

I have known the Duca D'Aosta for 15 years and sayed there at least 20 times up to 2005. I am very happy to say that it is still a pleasure to stay there. The new section is an absolute delight to stay in as it has always been

Staying in the old section was a bit claustrophobic but it was only for one night

There was a woman called frida i think. She gave us all the info that we needed and she speaks english very good for italian person.

Breakfast was missing vegetables.

We booked the hotel for 1 night so we could visit Venice, it was much cheaper than booking a hotel in the centre of Venice and it was nice to escape from the crowds of Venice and retreat to the hotel in the evening. It was conveniently situated, only a 3 minute walk to the train station and there was a great bar opposite which was ideal as we didn't want to venture too far after a full day sightseeing in Venice. We booked an economy room as we were only spending 1 night there but we were delighted to be given an upgrade to an executive room. The bathroom was gorgeous with a huge corner bath/shower and very clean and modern in design. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of hotel and would definitely stay there again if we were visiting the same area.

The breakfast was quite basic for a 4* hotel, there were was no hot food. You would normally expect at least bacon and egss in addition to the usual cereal/toast.

Close to train station to Venice

Hair dryer didnt work, safe didnt work(despite our request to reception), lamp in bathroom didnt work. 5 euro per hour for bad working wifi is XIXth century. Very poor breakfast. Air conditioner could be switched off only from reception - XVIth century.This is not 4 star hotel at all!

Good clean room

Was upgraded. Did not asked for that. Had to paymore because of upgrade. Hotel was opposite bar ( approx 30 yards) that had music going till 100am in the morning. Very disturbing for tired people like us who travelled all day.

Excellent location, so easy to get in and out of Venice from Mogliano Veneto and very cheaply too. Mogliano Veneto has some wonderful shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and rooms were lovely and comfortable. Didn't have much to do with the staff there but those that we encountered were friendly enough.

The breakfast is fairly basic but certainly enough to set you up until lunchtime. The breakfast room can be busy on a weekend and not enough staff to keep tables cleared. This is no way spoilt the weekend as we just came down later, It would not put me off booking this hotel again.

Very good location, close to the train station (5 min by feet) and thus very easy access to Venezia city center. Friendly services and unbeatable prices for the season and location.

We received a key (214) for the room but it was not working, so we had to ask several times to the reception to open our door with their pass (quite annoying). Some old damp patches on the walls, this rendered a poor overall look to the room. But against the price of the room, this is not really significant.

The Hotel did not live up to the expectations we had. It did not reflect at all what was written on their website and it reflects nothing of the 4 stars they have. I would say it was at one point in its past a 4 star but now its between a 2 and 3 star. The hotel rooms are tattered and old, the breakfast is below satisfactory, and the staff don't know how to smile at all. Would not recommend it at all.

The staff (especially Mario at the reception) was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms spacious with modern furniture and clean, the breakfast buffet well assorted and replenished, a very pleasant ENOTECA restaurant adjacent to the hotel, the railway station just around the corner, in short trhe ideal hotel for city trips and weekend breaks. To be highly recommended.

Nice staff, quiet neighborhood, good connections with Venice.

The hotel staff was very nice,and helpful. Very helpful in telling us how to get to the train station. Also helped us in calling a cab when it was time for us to leave. The front desk guy (not sure of his name) even open the gave us breakfast before we started our long day of travel. We want to thank you for that.

The room we were in was too small for 4 people. I didn't like the fact that they took a double room and added 2 single beds. It made the room really small. They didn't have an iron and broad for us to used.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Everybody speaks English. Good breakfast. Large rooms with excellent mattresses.

Poor internet connection and only one hour is free.
