Breakfast was wonderful! The fact that they ran us to the airport in the shuttle on a day that they said the shuttle wasn't running was much appreciated. And The fact that we arrived at 10:00 am and they had us in a room within an hour was tremendous. Dinner recommendation was excellent as well. |

The room we received was a box room and the bathroom was tiny, this wasnt what i expected. The only thing i really didnt like was the taxi that we got to the airport through the hotel, the driver didnt know where he was taking us, instead of getting there in 25 minutes it took us an hour and 20 minutes and at that we had to tell him how to get there by actually reading the signs!!!! |

Good value vs other Venice hotels. Although a bit off the beaten path, hotel is very convenient to Marco Polo airport (free hotel shuttle during normal business hours/ $20 Euro for early departure) and is just around the corner from the #19 public bus stop with very regular schedule into Venice. The hotel provided a complimentary, quality European breakfast, and the staff was very helpful. |
