Дуже привітний персонал. Чисті номера. Хороші сніданки. Достатньо хороший інтернет. Автобусна зупинка в кількох метрах від готелю.

I liked the breakfast

I didnt like the room furnishments.

The staff was very pleasant, helpful with next mornings transfers to the airport and recommended a great restaraunt for dinner. The morning staff were up and ready for us at 0530 with coffee and a light breakfast Thanks for a great stay! Quiet night stay. Oh, they have ac too!

The shower was very small.

Location great for access to Venice Airport. Good location alternative if you want to avoid the crowded city of Venice. Staff very nice and accommodating. Village has good restaurants and possibility to shop in local shops rather than tourist traps.

Very small elevator. Room we stayed in is showing its age - smaller, bed older though still ok, bathroom smaller shower. AC and ventilation either did not work or was just not easy to operate. Not a problem for spring, but would be a problem for summer.

The hotel is easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is really wonderful with a huge choice of home made products. The beds are comfortable.

The room is a bit small for 3 adults. The parking spaces are very small as well.

Comfort : Great, spacious room. We have stayed and enjoyed our experience Facility : Lift, AC room, for us it's more than enough Location : The bus just in front of the Hotel, it's convinient to take the bus to Venice Breakfast : a lot of variety, with automatic coffee maker, and hot chocolate Staff : I think it's a family run Hotel, so they served with their heart, It's not just some "staff"

location : it's Mestre, right ? so without asking It's a "bit" far from Venice, but for us It's very cheap comparing Hotel in Venice

Great location - the bus to Venice stops just outside the hotel.

The breakfast was okay excluding the coffee and juice which tasted quite bad.

The receptionist was such a delight! She was so helpful!

Location - excellent for getting in to Venice centre. Buses 19 in the day and 4 at night stop right outside. From the airport you need to get but 45 and it stops outside. Very friendly staff and the bar, snack bar was really good. The restaurant the hotel recommends, Du Piero, down the road is excellent - don't be put off by the exterior, the food is fantastic and very reasonable.

Room was a little small but we were only staying for 2 nights so this wasn't an issue. Shower was tiny and the corridors could do with a lick of paint.

Staff friendly and helpful. Public bus outside hotel to Venice 5.2euros return for two. Skty TV with a huge range of channels.

breakfast and the girl is very friendly. that is very good point for stay here comfortable.

bathroom is not so comfortable. the door of shower was not close perfectly...and towles are not enough.necesally one more for foot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the room was very cosy. They had a lift that was great as after walking all day, we could get the lift to the 3rd floor. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to all my friends.

Rather clean. A very good layover place for catching a flight in and out of Marco Polo Airport.

The room is extremely small. Hidden charge of 2.4 Euro city tax never mentioned any where, and seems to be high comapring to its room rate.

Personal was great, comparison for price and comfort as well...

Location, bus to Venice at the corner, staff very helpful.

Wi-Fi was ok. Easy to reach Venice, station. Bus station near hotel and buses every twenty min.

Very small and dusty room. Many guests, not enough food and they no hurry to refill.

Decent hotel.

The location was slightly away from the main Venice.

Close to airport. Near to restaurants, grocery and dry goods store. Close to bus line. Clean hotel convenient for layover stay. Free and efficient WiFi in room.

Mattresses to firm but the bed was clean.

Location is everything. Nothing really fancy, but when you're that close to Venice you shouldn't be looking to stay in the hotel, except to sleep.

Staff was extremely friendly and spoke any language you needed. Breakfast was included and plentiful and delicious.

Two twin beds instead of requested double. Difficult to find unless planned out in advance -- do this!!

The hotel was very very nice. Great facilities, nice english speaking staff, and a safe environment. Every room has a programable safe the is bolted to the inside of the closet, I had no fear that my passport and railpass were going to get taken.

The only downside is that we had to buy bus tickets to get to the island, but considering how much we saved by staying off the island it was very much worth it
