The location to Roma Termini. The staff was attentive and helpful whenever called upon, even offered dining options. The breakfast out back is OK. I like the fact that you need a password to get in, because the area seems sketchy. How far it is from everything else in Rome. The area is a bit run down, the hotel doesn't have an elevator so you must carry luggage up 3 flights of steps if you're on the top floor (like I was). The room is very small, the tv is even smaller, and there was slight mold spots on the ceiling.

The reception lady was very nice and welcoming, and explained the location and the main attractions straitforward. The room was great for the price I paid - spacy, clean, warm, good furniture, a safe, comfortable bed, big bathroom with hair drier and electrical radiator - which is convinient in the rainy weather. Free WiFi. I liked the breakfast on some kind of covered terrace. Location is good also - 20 minutes walk to Termini train station. I was given the room right to the entrance door. So actually was living at the reception area. ))) At day time it's ok, at night was a bit disturbing - so ear plugs recommended. Also I did not like the street which led to the hotel along Termini station. It's quite a walk - about 1.5km and you meet some strange faces. I liked the parallel street -via Napoleone iii - it's a big street with traffic and has a good big supermarket on the right if going to the hotel. All in all - it's a good value fro money.

Friendly reception, the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the bathrooms spacious compared to the bedroom. In the neighborhood just down the street you find the best and biggest gelateria "Palazzo del Freddo" of Rome or even Italy (maybe even in theworld) - frequented above all by locals all day round! The area of the hotel between Termini and Porta Maggiore is not the nicest, but within 20 minutes you can walk to the Collosseum or the Forum Romanum. The next Metro and bus stations are also just a few hundred meters away. I would have liked some fresh fruit or cucumber/tomatoes for breakfast (canned fruit just doesn't do it for me), but maybe I am just the only one needs this for breakfast. Also the rooms are very small, hard to turn around or sit at the desk, and at night you hear the traffic from the main street.

The staff were kind and spoke English at an acceptable level.. The room (I took the double) was clean, comfortable and big enough for a couple.. Wifi connection was really good.. Excellent deal considering the 35€ I paid for the double room. Recommended.

The staff was excellent, very nice, friendly and helpful. Good location, near bus and tram (5 min on foot) or metro (10 min). Breakfast was poor but good. Wifi works ok. Good price and choice if your are planning to see the city and spend less time in the hotel. It's noisy. The hotel is located near a busy street with a lot of car and tram traffic. Inside the room, I heard almost every door closing. The bathroom is small and the shower cabin it's very small. I had problems with the cold water, it didn't work with the shower if I was using the sink.I Had 4 plugs in the room, but only 2 where working. The room was rather cold than warm for January. They turn on the heating in the evening. Their is no dining room, you will take the breakfast in the same room with the reception or on the terrace (even if was in a tent with heating system, it was a little bit cold for winter). It's a 2 star hotel rather then a 3 stars. Not so good if you are planning to relax at the hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Equipment is simple but we loved this place for polite and pleasant staff and room was very clean all the time. They made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast is like in most Italian places : croissant and coffee. Internet was free. For the price and location they have a very good deal. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a night club or bar next to the hotel and on Friday night it was quite loud.

I love the single room of this hotel, a real value for money choice! I stayed for 4 nights in total, and really enjoyed the stay here. The location is not perfect (15 min walk from Termini), but the staff are very friendly and helpful (the restaurant they recommended was very nice), the room is small but complete (with hair drier, safe and even a balcony!), the breakfast is fine (not many choices but think about how much you pay for it). I would recommend it to everyone who wants a decent stay and has budget control. Nothing

The staff of the hotel is great - very helpful and very friendly. They sent us a mail 2 days before the arrival with the directions on how to get to the hotel and assisted in everything we asked. - The rooms are worn out and need a renovation. - The single room was more like a cupboard than a room, very uncomfortable. - The heating in the room was turned on only from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. And it was pretty cold in the room. The conditioner in our room did not work. Though to be fare when we told the staff about the conditioner they left the heating on for the entire second day of our stay. - The hotel is not far from city center, however the surrounding area did not feel like Italy at all and we were even scared to walk to the hotel at night.

Superfriendly and welcoming staff, breakfast is in a cozy garden very well heated during my winter stay. Position of the hotel is very close to station and subway station. Single room was small, but still comfortable enough, and quality for price is still high.
