Good, basic hotel near Termini. Staff was great, especially Willie at the front desk - he was so kind and helpful. Would stay here again, good value for the money. Easy walk to Colosseum, Metro, and buses. |

Staff is excellent. Particulary Mister Willy. Problems with hot-water in the Ducale hotel wondered me. Even in our "poor Ukraine" absence of hot water in the hotels or apartments is force-majeur situation. During 4 days in Ducale hot water was absent twice. |

The Receptionist was very friendly he made us feel very welcome. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. This hotel was very clean and it was great value for the money. Some mornings/evenings there would be no hot water for the shower, the heat needs to be on in order for there to be hot weather. The area of the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, if you are not that keen on a lot of walking. The area also looks a bit rough I did not feel very comfortable walking through the area. Nobody bothered us at all i have to say, but i don't think a young woman should walk in this area at night. Having said that there is nobody hanging about the hotel. Its the streets on up. |

Very kind and helpful staff on reception. Breakfast was not Wow, but still value for money (bare in mind in the middle of city Roma). You can even walk (ca 15 or 20 min) to Colosseo. |

Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke fluent english. Place was quiet and close to different transportation - termini station, metro, tram, bus. Bed was big and air conditioner helped us through hot weather. Rooms were cosy. There were some nice dining places close enough. Breakfast might be in variations, not exactly the same every day. Shower-cabin was tiny, but again bigger one might not go in these small bathrooms. |

Location is really good. Rooms are clean. Sound insulation of the rooms are not so good. It is easy to hear what is going on the other rooms. So it is possible to wake up in the middle of the night due to the noise from the next room. |

Good location, nice and helpful staff, a balcony in our room, air conditioner. Very good for the money the breakfast is the same for every day. The slide glass door on the 3rd floor have a leakage during raining. Little noisy, but it is general for the Rome - the emergency cars always go with sirena turned on. |

Warm welcome by nightshift reception gentleman. Breakfast included although it was quite light. Modern decorated rooms, were clean. Fairly handy for train station and metro. Breakfast room was small, only five tables (although this didnt prove to be a problem on our visit). |

The friendly staff and the lovely breakfast - the best I've ever had in a European B&B. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been nice. |

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having a balcony room was a welcome addition. Much further from railway station than expected. No lift. No variety in breakfast. I think we were given the children's section of a family suite as the shower was almost impossible to access |

The room was a good size and clean. The staff was helpful when we had questions. The continental breakfast was more than enough food. I didn't like the location. I would not have felt safe walking around there at night. I was there with another female and men in the area were making rude comments as we walked to our room around dusk. |
