Good location, nice and helpful staff, a balcony in our room, air conditioner. Very good for the money the breakfast is the same for every day. The slide glass door on the 3rd floor have a leakage during raining. Little noisy, but it is general for the Rome - the emergency cars always go with sirena turned on. |

Warm welcome by nightshift reception gentleman. Breakfast included although it was quite light. Modern decorated rooms, were clean. Fairly handy for train station and metro. Breakfast room was small, only five tables (although this didnt prove to be a problem on our visit). |

The friendly staff and the lovely breakfast - the best I've ever had in a European B&B. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been nice. |

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having a balcony room was a welcome addition. Much further from railway station than expected. No lift. No variety in breakfast. I think we were given the children's section of a family suite as the shower was almost impossible to access |

The room was a good size and clean. The staff was helpful when we had questions. The continental breakfast was more than enough food. I didn't like the location. I would not have felt safe walking around there at night. I was there with another female and men in the area were making rude comments as we walked to our room around dusk. |

Simple and straightforward hotel, with a good relationship between price (quite low) and quality. |

The location was ok, not so far from Coloseum - about 20 minutes walking, and 10 minutes walk to subway station. We appreciate that was warm in the room, in exchange was cold in all the restaurants - they have no heating systems. The breakfast was very poor, could be more various, and the breakfast room is very small. The bath room have no ventilation systems. The hotel is nearby a tram and was noisy. |

We liked the friendliness of the staff, always helpful and willing to sort out issues. The facilities were clean and well maintained. It's not the best of locations, but it's a good option for an affordable stay. The water pressure was very weak in peak morning time, so having a steady stream of hot water whenever you wanted was an issue. Breakfast was very basic (no fruit or yoghurt). We also disliked having to use twin beds put together, instead of a double bed. I believe it's common practice nowadays for a 3-star hotel to have internet access, so it would've been good to have this option in our room. |

The staff were seldom friendly. We booked a three-bed room which turned out to be a two-bed room with an extra bed: hardly room to move. Two very loud main roads nearby: had to close the window although it was warm. |

The location is ok.. It is in the vicinity of most of the sightseeing landmarks in Rome Well, the first night we were placed at a basement; the room was dark, with a kind of half-window that would not open; since it was a ground level the humidity level was extremely high, you could hardly breathe in the room.. The cell phone did not have a coverage |

Welcoming and comfortable. Staff helpful over local travelling access and places to eat. Public transport easily accessible. Not in a very pleasant area - dirty streets, graffiti, vagrants about. No lifts. Breakfast very minimal and no variety offered. Room rather smaller than anticipated. Limited tv channels available, only 1 english language = cnn. |

We booked two rooms for our party. The room our friends were given was excellent. Our room however was poor. However we were transferred to a diiferent room on the second night which was much better. Unfortunately the standard of rooms in this hotel were either excellent or poor. They need to upgrade all their rooms. |

Very clean. We had a good size room and en suite, just as shown on the website. The hotel is not 900m from Termini, it is a good 20min walk along an area which is not so nice. We walked back at night along roads leading back from the Colusseo which were fine. From Termini, Bus 105 stops around the corner from Hotel, which we used on our return to the station. |
